Previously on the Avengers.

Wanda, what are you doing?

I am disconnecting Wanda right from the machines.

No, those machines are the only thing keeping him alive.

Simon.

Scorpio, we're playing this in motion.

We can now tear this miserable planet open

and destroy the Avengers at the same time.

Begin maximum power.

Oh, I think something's...

No!

Ah!

Simon, Simon, speak to me.

How do you feel?

Felt like I was being pulled apart.

Dr. Pym, Mr. Sikorsky is on the line.

Put him through, please, Jarvis.

Did your instruments record what just happened?

Our planetary sensors detected a worldwide spike

in tectonic activity.

Earthlings, volcanoes, and cold mountains

erupting up out of the ground.

It's as if the forces holding the Earth together

just got tugged in three different directions.

Yanked apart, just like me.

We've isolated three major crisis points

where the tectonic activity appears to be centered.

Earth's molten mantle has a high metallic content

that could, in theory, be affected by magnetism.

You know, there's someone I might be able to see

about this, Cornelius Van Lunt.

Can you get past his security protocols?

Henry, please.

Look, that's lying.

He's developed full-scale machines, huge ones.

But for what purpose?

The machines were placed at these points

to put pressure on one specific area here

in the Kuril Islands above Japan.

He's using them to squeeze the planet,

to rupture the Earth crust at that precise location.

But what's so important about those islands?

Security breach, halt or be destroyed.

Follow me.

Henry, talk to me.

Security breach, halt or be destroyed.

Henry, you have to get out.

Don't you mean we?

I'm not going to let Cornelius keep my father's plans.

But there's no time to download the files.

Then let's destroy them.

Jan, maneuver Epsilon J.

Right.

(

Oh, Henry, my father trusted him.

Your father never meant for his magnets

to be used this way.

Van Lunt is responsible, not your father.

It doesn't matter.

Whatever's happening at those islands

I swear Ant-Man and Wasp will pay for this Taurus.

This, I promise.

Why waste the energy?

Zodiac is eliminating the other Avengers

at the magnet sites.

Then none of this will matter.

Come on, let's tangle.

Falcon, you found that magnet yet?

I'll keep hairball here busy as long as I can,

'cause I'm running out of dance steps.

Two more minutes, Tigral.

That's what you think, Avenger.

Red Wing.

Red Wing, my crash armor.

Tigra, it's Falcon.

How are you holding out?

Now comes the fun part, lots of pain and begging.

And I love the begging.

Tigra.

I'm keeping them distracted.

You got that magnet thing destroyed yet?

I'm working on it.

Is that the best you can do?

The magnet.

Is that the best you can do?

No!

Finish her off.

I'll give it a rest, Junior.

We're both toast.

Why you?

Now that's what I call teamwork, darling.

You and me both.

Hey, wait a sec.

Where'd they go?

Something's wrong with our instruments.

It's not the instruments.

Look, this whole area has phenomenal magnetic properties.

Oh, that's why our readings are through the roof.

Right, there's Carrillo Island.

Prepare for landing.

All Avengers code red.

Carrillo Island is breaking up.

Destroy those super magnets.

Repeat, destroy those magnets now.

Roger that, boss man.

And heads up.

Looks like we're dealing with the Zodiac again.

Gotta jet.

Thanks, Horn Head.

Your little snow slide made my job a cinch.

By the power of the stars, the Zodiac will triumph.

How dare you?

Hey, go cheese.

Wanda.

Oh, yeah.

One Avenger down.

You're the one to go.

So weak.

Let's see how you like being on the receiving end

of this thing.

Wanda, I'm getting you out of here.

Such tactics are a waste of time.

And arrows.

Oh!

Silent lightning.

Wanda, what's happening to me?

Teens of destiny, change.

Simon!

Simon!

Let me help you.

I'm all right, but Simon.

Simon, what has happened to him?

Ah.

What did Ultron do to make him react this way

to the seismic magnets?

I do not know, but seeing him this way

and seeing the pain it causes you

fills me with such sadness and determination.

Jan, ground's too unstable.

Switching to hover mode.

Henry, none of this makes sense.

I know Cornelius Van Lunt is somehow mixed up with the Zodiac

and I know he stole my father's technology,

but why would anyone want to tear up the Earth?

Jan, I think I found something.

Look, something slammed into the Karel Islands eons ago.

It could have been a meteorite or a small asteroid,

for all we know, an alien spaceship of some kind.

Whatever it is, it buried itself deep in the Earth.

If someone like the Zodiac wanted to recover it--

They could have teamed up with Van Lunt

to force it to the surface.

Of course, and they wouldn't care how many lives

they'd destroy in the process.

Any word from the others, Falcon, Scarlet Witch?

The static interference is heavy from the magnetic field,

but everyone reported in.

They managed to neutralize the super magnets.

After that, the comm links went dead.

Anything on Simon.

All I heard was Wonder Man's in trouble.

We have to get him back to the lab as soon as possible.

Henry!

We must abandon the jets.

Henry!

Inhaled, too much gas.

That's a Van Lunt airship with Zodiac markings.

This can't be happening.

At last, everything is in place.

Now all I require are the celestial powers of my earth

and fire science to betray my meteorite,

Defiling Iron Star.

Begin.

Concentrate.

Focus your energies.

Focus your energies.

Avengers, Ant-Man is injured.

Recovery time unclear.

The Zodiac have arrived.

I suppose I'm doing this one by myself.

Maybe that's how it's supposed to be.

Wasp out.

I have to leave you now, my darling.

Jen, no.

You don't have to make up for your father.

Henry, this is not about who my father was.

This is about who I am.

I am an Avenger.

That's it, that's it, the meteorite.

All an Iron Star.

This has to stop, now.

Concentrate.

Focus your energies.

I can't let them get that meteorite.

Well, I've finished this pest.

I cannot be bothered.

My pleasure.

Oh no, you don't.

Aries, Capricorn, let me finish you.

No!

Henry, they're here.

Oh, more vengeance.

Zodiac, do this, big ones.

We have to get before an Iron Star.

The Avengers believe they can stop me.

Force!

Capricorn, you have to accept insight.

Whoa!

It's gone, Hawkeye.

But it's not over.

Taurus got what he wanted.

Didn't get all of it.

The remaining pieces may tell us what he's up to

and how to stop him once and for all.

My fallen Iron Star contains elements

not of this earth, but planets, but beyond the stars.

I call upon the power of the cosmos to turn the zodiac key.

And thus, I come one step closer to my final victory.

What has Ultron done to Simon?

Wanda, he may have altered

Simon's molecular structure somehow.

But why?

Perhaps because Ant-Man helped free me from Ultron.

Ultron is determined to control Wonder-Man.

To serve his own evil purposes.

Simon's powers are so unstable now, he could threaten.

What are you saying?

Even if we can save him.

I'm not sure if Wonder-Man should remain on the team.

Simon?

Not an Avenger?

No.
