the Galactic Empire, when Darth Revan

reached into the Forgotten Past, he did
not awaken wisdom.

This was the Infinite Empire.

Before the galaxy knew masters, it knew
only distance.

Worlds turned in silence, unclaimed and
unobserved, bound by gravity and chance

alone. On a volcanic world later known
as Rakata Prime, life endured under

constant pressure.

The land was hostile.

Survival demanded strength.

not reflection.

Among the Rakata, dominance was
instinct, and emotion was not weakness.

It was necessity.

Then, without warning or understanding,
something changed.

In moments of extreme stress, the world
itself responded.

The environment reacted to the inner
state of living beings.

Across the world, others experienced the
same phenomenon.

We learned quickly that calm produced
nothing.

Balance yielded no response.

But intensity and fear.

Pain, rage was answered immediately.

pattern.

The Rakata came to understand the force

confined spaces where suffering could be

sustained and observed.

alloy, and living force energy,

shaped through suffering and control.

concentration like a wound in the force.

And for the first time, off-world
technology forced its way into Tython

Sky.

The ship descended, casting its shadow
across a world that had never known

invasion.

This was not a campaign.

This was the first step.

quickly, thrown aside.

hours.

Tython's people would not be erased.

And in chains, under alien skies, the
age of balance ended, replaced by the

first true empire the galaxy would ever
know.

After the fall of the Jedi enclaves, the
Rakata began a systematic process.

Survivors were gathered, examined, and
separated.

Those who demonstrated sensitivity to
the force were removed from the general

population.

Those who did not were assigned to
labor.

As expansion continued, the Rakata
refined their methods.

Captured force users were cataloged and
redistributed.

Labor populations were organized to
support construction, transport, and

extraction.

Public demonstrations were limited, but
effective.

By this stage, the Rakatan Empire had
not yet declared itself eternal.

But its structure was already in place.

across key systems, Rakatan authority
became permanent.

God kings and overseers ruled from
elevated positions, not as

administrators, but as constants.

Local architecture was reshaped or
replaced with structures designed to

control movement and visibility.

Cultural identity was gradually erased.

Symbols, meeting places, and traditions
disappeared as worlds were adapted to

Rakatan design.

By the end of this period, the Rakatan
no longer presented themselves as rulers

among others.

They stood apart from those they
governed.

The empire did not require belief.

The Jedi observed.

They watched Rakatan rule spread across
the planet.

galaxy.

And when the first lines moved forward,
the Force Wars began.

identified, separated, and taken.

The rest were left behind to remember.

Dantween was not destroyed.

It was emptied of what the Rakata
desired, and the construct departed,

carrying its harvest toward the next
world.

The Rakata did not defeat Kashyyyk by
mastery.

They overcame it by overwhelming
presence.

By filling the canopy with bodies.

Until resistance had nowhere left to
move.

They returned as collectors.

From worlds taken by force and fear,
they brought back what conquest yields.

Bodies, strength, and those who could
feel the force.

Wookiees, Sith, Jedi, and countless
others.

Passed through the gates of Rakata Prime
as resources.

yet fed nothing lasting.

Power surged, yet never remained.

every call, but demanded more each time.

And so the taking continued, not to
expand the empire outward, but to hold

it together.

This was not the end of conquest.

It was the moment the Rakata learned.

That domination alone could not sustain
what they had built.

For the first time, Rakatan scholars
looked beyond conquest and began to

search for a power the galaxy itself
could not resist.
