hopes you never notice. At the end of

your family group and wondered if it was

Let me tell you what it feels like to

discover there's another you working

against you. The fake channel had dozens

of videos. My face had been copied and

rebuilt using deepfake technology.

Software capable of making me say

The very first sentence says, I urgently

request that a human review analyze this

ticket.

Think about that. A real doctor called

by a machine begging another machine to

let a human look at the case.

Then I discovered something even worse.

There isn't even [music] a YouTube form

for someone stole my identity. The

closest option was copyright

infringement for a photograph. To remove

a fake version of myself, I had to prove

that the photo of my own face belonged

to me. Not as a doctor, not as a victim,

as a photographer.

Meanwhile, my clone kept publishing

video every day. Weeks passed. One email

after another. Finally, the channel

disappeared.

A few days later, another fake Dr. Andre

appeared. Hello everyone, welcome. Today

[music] let's talk about heart health.

Eat more vegetables, fruits, and whole

grains.

Different account, same script, same

promises.

That's when I realized this wasn't an

accident. It's happening worldwide. This

isn't [music] a scam anymore, it's an

industry.

Now forget my face. It's Sunday evening,

your phone vibrates. Your mother

forwards a video. A doctor in white

coat, beautiful office, diplomas behind

him.

He says a natural supplement cures high

blood pressure in 3 days without

medication. And your mother takes four

blood pressure medicines. Underneath she

writes, "Could this be true?" She

believes she's listening to a doctor.

But those words

may have been written by someone who's

never opened a medical textbook.

I've seen patients buy online cures for

diabetes.

They couldn't understand why nothing

improved.

The scammer doesn't understand medicine.

He understands psychology. He knows

exactly what makes people click.

I spent my life studying diseases.

He spent months studying human

attention.

People says, but it's natural. So is

snake venom.

There are videos online right now

telling people with high blood pressure

to drink salt water [music]

every morning because we're low on

sodium.

one appears. Different face, same scam.

There's another clue. On Monday, he's an

aphrologist, Tuesday a surgeon, Thursday

Thursday afternoon a urologist. Four

specialties, four videos a day.

Doctors like that don't exist.

Do you know why it takes me a week to

make one video? Because between videos,

I treat real patients.

That's where my ideas come from.

An avatar has no waiting room, only a

processor.

I've practiced in medicine for 24 years.

The person who built that fake version

of me probably needed one afternoon.

What hurt most wasn't removing the

channel. It was hearing one of my

All noticed the doctor, the office, the

white coat. Until recently, scammers

decided whether to disclose AI

themselves. Now, detection is improving,

but mainly obvious AI video still

appears without any warning. I love

YouTube. I've learned home repairs,

cooking, photography.

That's the magic of this platform. Real

people teaching [music] real skills. The

AI avatar destroys that trust.

And trust doesn't collapse one topic at

a time, it collapse all at once. When

your mother discovers the doctor she

trusted never existed,

she won't just doubt fake doctors. She

will start doubting YouTube itself.

That hurts everyone.

teacher. Every fake expert teaches

Next time someone sends a miracle video,

don't argue. Don't panic. Just say,

fails, report it.

Every click teaches the algorithm. Every

knowledge. Your origin slogan was

broadcast yourself. A machine should

never replace the yourself because when

AI replaces real experts, you don't just

lose one medical channel.

You lose the trust that built YouTube in
