what authorities say was a soap bomb

placed in the atrium fountain.

Just who is the so-called Mad Bomber?

Mischievous madman? A fool?

Why has he chosen seemingly harmless
targets? A used car lot after hours, the

foyer of an abandoned movie house, and
now the atrium of a local mega mall.

Harmless? Well, police say that his
bombs are getting more destructive and

his targets closer to home.

I myself have shopped at the mega mall
and think there is nothing funny about

planting a thug bomb in the atrium
fountain.
