internal LanWar reports.

Backer didn't steal the weapons
to sell them.

so he went outside
the chain of command.

Backer called up
an old professor

to conduct the tests.

But they needed the weapons
to test them.

risking his entire career.

Not to mention jail time.

lifting the freeze
on LanWar's contracts.
