Protection, there's so many things you need to protect.

Now let me tell you why.

So this year the fire is on duty,

and we're coming to the month of fire.

So we have a double fire of the energy happening among us.

You might not notice this,

but when this energy is happening,

there are lots of unknown angles,

frustration, anxiety, what happened.

And this will trigger that deep emotion,

as a people would have the crazy thoughts,

and they're causing even more damage to the family,

to the community, and to the world.

So as you know, then so from the world,

while perspective, like a wildfire,

and fire of any kind,

and like air-praying crash, walls,

and volcanoes, and hurricanes, and typhoons,

and like you can see,

there's lots of this kind of natural disasters happening.

It's even worse, because the fire stimulates more water,

and the extra water in the atmosphere,

and that energy is going to hurt the mother earth.

And of course, our life.

And when you travel, there's unexpected events

with happen accidents and those kind of things.

So to bring the beats with you, the incense with you,

and do the chanting with you.

So that will be wonderful.

So this blessing is going to focus on this,

to help you to clear the energy in your aura,

to help you to protect your family, yourself,

and your loved ones, and of course, the world too.

Alright, so now we are going to start.

So please close your eyes,

drop your shoulders, and put a smile on your face.

If you can put your hands in front of you,

like a making a prayer that's even better,

and activate the sincerity on your heart.

Focus on your lower dantian,

which is deep in behind the neighbor.

And then you see there is a little happy candle flame

shining in your lower dantian.

And you take three gentle deep breaths.

While you are taking the deep breath,

you scan your body from head to toe,

And your soul is so connected to your physical body.

Then you caught upon your master's energy,

You can literally feel the warmth of your skin in the sun.

Now you see the sun is sending beams of light into your lower dantian,

making the little happy candle flame even brighter.

I focus on this light.

Now you tell the universe, tell your master,

and your body, what you wish to happen.

Like a healing your body,

healing your relationship, bringing peace to the world.

Say that aloud in your mind.

And then you repeat what you wish a couple more times.

Make sure that every part of your body and the universe know this is what exactly you want.

Now through your visualization, you invite any people,

your loved ones, your family,

for your friends to come to join us in this chanting meditation.

You see each one of them coming across the sky,

sitting down next to you, around you,

happy, filled with joy,

and they are getting so ready to join this blessing and we see the blessing.

Now you bring the light from your lower dantian,

up to your middle dantian,

which is in the bottom of the rib cage, next to the bottom of the height.

Seeing this light,

you are so beautifully shining there.

This is the light of your soul,

this is the light of your unconditional life.

With each breath, you see this light is growing,

growing bigger,

bigger than the size of your body.

And then you see yourself completely enveloped in the light.

Now you can start chanting.

You don't have to chant very loud,

just to the level you feel comfortable,

you feel the vibration starting from your heart.

You can start chanting,

you can start chanting,

you can start chanting,

you can start chanting,

you can feel the vibration starting from your head,

vibrating throughout your chest,

going through your throat,

and then your lips,

and the vibration through the sound,

this blessing,

all your loved ones,

your entire body,

seeing this higher vibration,

all the energy blockages,

causing emotions of any kind,

and you feel frustration, anxiety,

agitation,

now at this moment,

you can transform into beautiful butterflies,

coming out from your body,

going away back to the Universe,

and you say goodbye to them.

Dear butterflies,
