with music because it was cool.

We're going to play
Hutchison this Saturday.

Everybody's really happy that we've been
able to be this successful, but the truth

of the matter is our season
really starts right now.

We're going into a three-game
stretch where we play Highland, Hutch,

and Butler, which are definitely three of
the best teams that we're going to play.

So, you know, even though we're tired and
even though we want a break, it's time to

kind of dig deep and work
twice as hard because we

want this season to be
what we set out it to be.

We want a chance at the title.

We have a daunting
task ahead of us.

We have what they
call the gauntlet.

The gauntlet in this
league has been,

historically, Hutch,
Butler, and Coffeyville.

Those are our last three opponents,
so it doesn't get any easier.

for the last six games.

Coming from a school that's
been considered to be the

doormat in the Jayhawk
Conference for many, many years.

Jason Brown and his staff
has came into Independence

Conference by storm.
