He wasn't about to let anybody
take it away from him.

in the hospital.

He's come to get the girl.

He wanted to wind up in charge
of the whole operation.

So he killed the Don.

He knew that Al would blame
Matt Brandon,

and he framed Al
for his stepmother's murder.

Would've worked, too,

if it hadn't been
for your pictures.

Obviously,
I was writing the wrong book.
