new spokesmodel

page spread in DNA Magazine

and 5000 dollars cash.

It's week six and there are

only seven tempting
contenders left.

Last week we saw our
remaining guys glam it up

with local drag queens,
Jaylene Tyme and Raye Sunshine,

in a head to head photo shoot.

But one model just couldn't
flex his femme side.

Today, we're in
Vancouver's west end,

affectionately known
as The Village,

and home to XY nightclub
where our handsome hopefuls

will take a stab at
vogueing to new heights.

- Today, we're at XY in
the heart of Davie Village.

- The funnest street

- After last week, to be
eliminated but then saved,

it did kind of crush
me a little bit.

- I am sad to say then,
that Lochland and..

Lochland, you're gonna

and put up with us
for another week.

(group reactions)

- So I'm just kinda
licking my wounds

about that right now.

But I'm still here, ready
to kill the competition

and just have some
fun with that.

- The competition at this
point with seven people left

is definitely more serious.

- As we dwindle down,
it's gonna be interesting

to see who can push
through in the last steps

of this competition.

- The curtains open, and
the first thing we see

was the Snap Boys.

They're very popular
here in Vancouver.

the queer group Snap Boys.

They're awesome in heels.

I've had a private
show once or twice

and I want to see what
they can teach the boys.

in modeling, dancing,
walking in heels.

And then you're gonna

with our returning

But, I'm all about the heels,

so maybe I'll join it up

- Runway, in heels

which is literally the
best fucking thing ever.

- I'm excited about the
photoshoot challenge

because I strut,

and add some heels
on to that strut,

it's gonna be a good

- Being a Dirt Squirrel
transcends gender

and sexual orientation.

So, playing a little more
with the feminine side

of themselves versus
the masculine side

or vice versa is always going
to be important if you're

being a Dirt Squirrel
brand ambassador.

- That looks a lot better

confident for this.

I really enjoy heels.

I'm a natural in them.

-kind of overhanging [laughing]

- I like the gender bending
component of wearing heels.

they'd be hard to walk in.

It made me a little bit nervous.

I'm actually scared
for my safety.

- So some things to think of,
definitely when you're walking

are making sure your
shoulders are farther back,

our weight is actually
presented way more forward,

and really going heel-toe
is gonna be a thing too.

- I have not walked
in heels as an adult.

When I was young child,

once or twice in my
mom's shoes sure enough.

a movement in your hips.

transferring weight

so whatever foot you're
actually stepping on,

your hip goes in
the same direction,

but your body counteracts.

- I'm very top heavy, I've got

us out of our comfort
zone which we've done

It was to do something
I've never done.

I haven't met her yet.

of a very high fashion poses

Owen is able to give us
high fashion consistently.

But we also need to see
the commercial side of him.

- I think overall, they all
did actually pretty good.

you think fell flat?

little bit below the radar.

from the rest of our contestants
here was based on today

but if we look over the
course of the entire season

some people have landed in
the top more than others

and there's others who
have not landed in the top

and for that reason
I'm going to say

could just feel the room

I could feel his frustration

- We all did really well.

and also he's good

but I don't think
