somebody had called asking

about buying the parcel of land
that Silas had left for me.

- Well, they can't do that,
not if Silas had a will.

- Well, this man is saying
that Silas never actually owned

the land and, therefore, he
couldn't give it to anyone,

and the people at the
county office are saying

that they can't find any record of it.

- I'm sure your uncle had some kind

of document, like a deed.

- We found a deed for the main
piece of land with the house,

but nothing for the section
that he left for me.

- So what are you gonna do?

- I do not know, but if we
don't find it, lose the land.

[upbeat orchestra music]

- [Jeff] Craziest thing.

- [Cheryl] No thanks.

- An offer came in before
we even knew the owner

was deceased.

That's why I called Jessica

and told her she should call the Millers.
