Hi, I'm Charles with Annicap. The story

begins as a guy says that he needs

talent. He wants to become somebody and

just one talent would be enough for him.

He's willing to do whatever it takes and

he ends his own life. The next day,

everyone at school talks about the

strange pedals that have been appearing

all over the city. Our protagonist named

Toya tells himself to focus and not to

let the others distract him. The teacher

introduces a new student, but the girl

doesn't even acknowledge him. Her name

is Haido and she simply introduces

herself to Toya. Toya doesn't think

anything of it and the class begins.

Afterwards, Haido finds Toya again and

looks deep into his eyes. She points out

that his eyebrows are really tense and

he has bags under his eyes. Toya is

startled and he leaves so he won't be

late for cram school. Haido speaks to

someone named Newman and says that she

understands now. After getting a good

look at Toya, she can tell that he

definitely has it in his eyes.

Elsewhere, a girl is terrified as she

has been captured by a lunatic. This guy

tells her not to worry, but he ends her

life soon after. That night, Toya is

unsatisfied with the results of a recent

exam he took. This won't cut it for him,

and he's desperate to find a talent of

his own. He doesn't care what it is, and

just one will suffice. He wants it more

than anything, and he will do whatever

it takes to get one. Elsewhere, some

cops arrive after receiving a complaint

about some loud screaming. They find a

guy nearby and it turns out that he was

the one that eliminated the girl.

Moments later, Toya stumbles onto the

scene and sees that the psychopath has

eliminated the cops. Toya is upset and

Haido arrives to wonder if he's jealous.

She explains that there are three

emotions that one feels upon witnessing

another person's talent. These emotions

are awe, fear, and envy. Those who

desire talent feel envy most of all.

Haido seems to know the psychopath named

Fish, and she can tell that he's

enjoying himself. Fish thanks her

because he's truly grateful for them

bestowing him with talent. As a show of

gratitude, he plans to turn them into a

delicious meal, and he attacks them. Our

heroes get away, and Haido introduces

Toya to Newman. She explains that

there's an item that can resurrect the

talents of a person's past lives,

regardless of how useless they are in

this one. She then wonders what Toya

would do if he had the chance to use it.

She calls it the branch of reincarnation

and she pulls out a blade. Toya tries to

stop her from taking her own life, but

it's too late. Haido uses the blade on

herself and receive several talents. One

of them is disembower and the other's

decapitator. Toya watches in disbelief

and he realizes that this is where the

pedals have been coming from. Haido

immediately enters battle and she slices

right through fish. Meanwhile, Newman

explains that this is what reincarnation

is. Using the branch of reincarnation,

one can retrieve talents from their past

lives. Those who have achieved

reincarnation are called returners. As

for the pedals, they are proof that one

has retrieved their talent from their

former life. Even the most iconic heroes

and unparalleled geniuses are still

human. They must eventually perish, but

death also brings new life. This

[snorts] means that the talents of

history's greatest people are reborn in

a cycle of reincarnation. The branch of

reincarnation brings back talent from

your former life, but it does not

discriminate between talents. On one

hand, you have the greats who are the

heroes of history whose talent led to

the betterment of humanity. On the other

hand, there are people like fish. They

are the criminals, lifeenders, and

dictators of this world. Those whose

talents brought harm to humanity. These

people are called sinners, and they're

reincarnated just the same. Newman warns

that there's always a chance that a

person's life will simply end after

using the branch without reviving any

talent at all. With all that said,

Newman wonders if Toya will do it. He

might not have any talent and there's a

chance that he could end up a sinner.

Newman says that she wouldn't blame him

for hesitating, but Toya simply smiles.

Meanwhile, Fish antagonizes Haido by

saying that her sword skills are

lacking. She won't be insulted, and she

invokes another talent. Fish is not

impressed by her blade, but Haido

reveals that she has many. Her next

attack comes at a complete shock to him,

and she eliminates Fish. Haido tells

Newman that her mission is accomplished,

and she's surprised to see that Toya's

gone. Several pedals swarm the area, and

we see that they're coming from Toya.

Just then, we see Toya as a child. He's

desperately trying to catch up to

someone named Seiya, but he doesn't make

it. When he wakes up, Haido explains

that he has safely become a returner.

She couldn't help but notice that he was

having some kind of bad dream. So Toya

explains. He reveals that he had an

older brother who was good at

everything. [music] This included

academics, martial arts, and even fine

arts. People called him a prodigy, and

he achieved fame and fortune at a young

age. Everyone knew he had a bright

future, and it was the opposite for

Toya. His brother would bring home gold

medals for several accomplishments,

while Toya brought home nothing. Toya

was deemed to be a disappointment and

his father would call him an incompetent

brat. Unfortunately, his brother got

sick and he passed away. To make things

worse, their parents blamed Toya and

they kicked him out of the house. That

is why Toya has decided to humiliate

them with the talent of his own. He

wants to get payback against all the

jerks who look down on him like trash.

However, more than anything, Toya wants

to prove to himself that he's capable of

something. Afterwards, Haido takes Toya

to meet Newman. She explains that the

rest of their group is out on missions

to eliminate evil returners. Newman

explains again that the branch of

reincarnation doesn't discriminate

between talents. Their group has no

problem with the talents of the great

that benefit humanity. However, when the

reincarnated talent belongs to those

like fish who bring harm to humanity,

they must be eradicated. That is one of

the responsibilities as returners who

have awakened the talents of a great.

She says that a reincarnated talent is

akin to a gift from the heavens. It's

not something to be flaunted, but rather

used for the betterment of humanity.

With that out of the way, she says that

she will have Toya join Haido on a new

assignment. Their target is the sinner

known as Vlad III. However, their goal

is not simply to eliminate him. Newman

is curious to learn something, so she

wants Haido to distract the enemy and

keep the battle going as long as

possible. She needs to drag it out and

she can only eliminate him after 10

minutes. If it goes on any longer than

that, the target will decipher their

talents. As for Toya, Numa wants him to

center as much intel on the target and

his surroundings as possible. The

operation will commence in 2 days

because Newman wants to do something

before then. That night, Toya sees a

woman being robbed. Newman warns that

the lighting is dim and the visibility

is bad, so it could be dangerous. Toya

doesn't care and he's ready to

intervene. Newman reminds him that he's

still new to the whole reincarnation

thing, so he shouldn't be too reckless.

Toya uses the branch of reincarnation

and calls forth his talent called the

right arm of the thief. The robber runs

past him and Toya uses his talent. The

thief assumes that he just got away. And

the girl wonders why Toya didn't do

anything. Toya tells her to remain calm

because he managed to get all her stuff

back. The girl is ungrateful though as

she explains that it was a designer bag.

The purse is more valuable than all her

stuff, so she chases after the thief.

Meanwhile, Newman explains how Toya's

talent works. It has a range of only 70

cm and no offensive power to speak of.

The limited conditions of his talent

make it very risky to use. However, as

long as he's in range, Toya will be able

to defy the laws of physics and steal

the contents of anything. It turns out

that Toya stole more than just the

contents of the girl's purse. He stole

the blood of the thief to induce a state

of anemia. Newman is very impressed

because Toya was able to turn evil into

something good. This proves that he

understands the ideal behind talent.

It's not the talent itself that matters,

but how you make use of it. Days later,

their mission begins, and they find

Vlad. Vlad doesn't waste any time, and

he immediately attacks Haido with his

talent. He's able to create sharp spikes

from the ground and Haido struggles to

fight them all back. She thinks about

how she's supposed to be stalling him,

but she can't even get close to him.

Newman explains that she's analyzing the

data now, so Haido just needs to keep

focusing on the mission. It's clear that

Vlad knew they were coming as he's very

prepared. If Haido isn't careful, she

might lose her life. Newman tells her to

wait for the right moment, but that's

easier said than done. Haido points out

that his spikes can come from anywhere

and she won't be able to dodge them

forever. Vlad is getting suspicious as

he wonders why Haido isn't going on the

offensive. Just then, Newman tells Toya

that he must hurry. There is something

about Haido's swordsmanship talent and

it makes her enjoy battles a little too

much. The fight is getting intense and

she's bound to get herself into trouble.

Vlad sends out another attack, but Haido

uses her incredible abilities to push it

back. Haido decides that playing defense

isn't for her, so it's time to attack.

Newman tries to stop her, but it's too

late. Vlad blocks her attack and reveals

that he's been waiting for this moment.

He lands a direct hit and it sends Haido

flying. Newman declares that they have

failed their mission and she tells Toya

to retreat. Toya, however, doesn't move

and he continues to watch. Vlad prepares

to end Haido's life, but he's quickly

stopped by Toya. Vlad is stunned because

he had a wall that was supposed to be

protecting his back. Haido is amazed

that she sees the glowing arm and she

realizes that it was Toya. Toya explains

that it's been 10 minutes so he figured

that he would help. Vlad collapses to

the ground and Haido wonders if the

fight is over. Vlad is still alive

though and he can tell that Toya is a

new returner. He senses that Toya isn't

used to his talent yet because he missed

a prime opportunity to win the fight. He

calls Toya a fool and says that he will

end both of their lives. Just then, a

mysterious voice tells Vlad to fall

back. It instructs Toya to be careful

because it will end his life if he makes

a move. It tells Vlad to fall back again

and Vlad tries to explain that he was

just about to end the fight. The voice

becomes upset and says that it won't

repeat itself. The voice tells Toya that

he looks very similar to someone and

they leave. Their mission is complete,

so Newman tells them to go home. A while

later, Vlad finds Toya and calls him a

thief. Toya turns off his phone so

Newman won't hear and Vlad demands for

him to return something. Toya says that

he doesn't know what he's talking about,

but Vlad isn't buying it. Vlad tells him

to stop messing with him because he

knows that Toya was the one that stole

his talent. Toya lets out an evil grin,

and he wonders if Vlad told anyone about

his missing talent. Vlad says that such

a disgrace is too shameful to even

mention, so he didn't tell anyone.

That's exactly what Toya wanted to hear,

and he says that it's time for Vlad's

life to end. Toya uses the branch of

reincarnation, but this time his other

arm also takes a new form. He calls this

spoils of the thief, and he uses a

talent he stole from Vlad. It's called

the ultimate impaler, and it ends Vlad's

life. Toya says that he's grateful, and

he assures Vlad that he will use his

talent in ways he could never have

dreamed of. Toya then declares that he

isn't interested in contributing to

humanity. That has nothing to do with

him, especially now that any talent he

desires is his for the taking. Toya

desires talent more than anything, and

he couldn't care less whether it belongs

to a great or a sinner. He will keep

stealing talents from them over and over

again until there's nothing left. Once

he has stolen all the talents he

desires, he will become the most

talented person in history. First, he

thinks he will be able to catch up to

Seiya, but then he realizes that he will

even be able to surpass him beyond any

doubt. Toya laughs like a maniac as he

can't wait for this moment. The last one

laughing won't be the greats nor the

sinners. Instead, it will be him. The

next day, when Toya wakes up, Newman

says that she noticed something strange.

Toya stayed up late studying, which

doesn't seem necessary anymore because

he's already obtained a talent. Toya

thinks about how he was up eliminating

Vlad, but of course, he doesn't want

anyone to know what his true power is.

He changes the subject and wonders what

is on today's agenda. As always, they

will carry out the extermination of evil

returners. Newman sends him to the gym

where she wakes up Haido. Haido is up

all night training, but Newman calls it

a waste as well. They have talents now,

and those talents far surpass anything

achievable through training. It's time

for their mission, so Newman reveals

that their target is a guy named Gayy.

He dresses like a clown, and he lures in

his victims. Newman tells them to be

vigilant because they have already

entered his territory. There are ropes

everywhere and Gayy appears with his

first attack. Haido reincarnates herself

and Gayy can immediately tell that she's

a close combat fighter. Gayy is sure

that he can win as long as he keeps his

distance. He's really confident and says

that their lives ended the second they

walked into his hunting grounds. His

confidence quickly comes to an end as

Haido darts right to him and ends his

life. [clears throat] Newman scold her

though because the plan was to give Toya

a chance to get some experience. Haido

apologizes and Newman just tells them to

retrieve Gasey's branch. Nearby, we see

that our heroes are being watched. A

group of mysterious soldiers were

targeting Gayy, but now they switch

their focus to our heroes. They're

conducting a huge investigation and

they're determined to learn the truth

behind the pedal shedters. That night, a

guy named Edward runs for his life as

he's chased by Haido. Some apples fall

out of nowhere and Edward is sent into

the ground. He says that they will have

to do better than that and he gets away.

We see that a guy named Newton was the

one that tried to stop him and his

talent is called the fruit of gravity. A

girl named Einstein is with him and her

talent is spatial transllocation. She

teleports behind Edward and then

teleports away his arm. Newton wonders

why she didn't just teleport his head

off, so she explains that she isn't a

brute. soldiers are the ones that do the

life ending, so she will leave that to

the others. Another guy arrives with a

gun to tell Edward that it's all over.

Edward uses this opportunity and he rips

the guy's face and eyeballs off. He says

that he will be another specimen for his

collection, but the guy surprisingly

gets up and shoots him. The guy

compliments Edward's exquisite talent,

but he wants to show his off as well.

His name is Hiroshi, and his talent is

called Undead Soldier. Edward tries to

get away, but he is stopped by a huge

group of clones. This guy's name is Dre,

and his talent is called the Replicator.

Haido joins the rest of the group, and

Edward realizes who they are. They are

the ones that have been targeting all

the sinner returners. Rumors have been

going around about them, and they are

called the Forest of the Great. [music]

Edward's life has ended, and Newman

commends everyone for doing a good job.

They have completed another mission and

recovered another branch of

reincarnation. A girl named Night andale

wonders if anyone is hurt and we learn

that her talent is called the angel of

healing. She embraces Hiroshi and he

begins to heal. Night andale knows that

Hiroshi is immortal but she still tells

him not to overdo it. Newton wishes that

he could get the same treatment and he

regrets not letting himself get hurt.

Haido then goes to speak with Toya and

tells him that he should have joined

them. Toya says that he couldn't because

he was busy fixing the position and

wiring of the monitors in their base.

Haido's disappointed because Toya

finally got his hands on the talent he

dreamt of, but he's letting it go to

waste just to do some chores. Toya says

it's no big deal because he enjoys doing

menial tasks. Newman is grateful for him

doing this because they don't have many

diligent people like him at the forest.

There are a bunch of people here now,

but this isn't even their full roster.

Haido then says that everyone here is

just like Toya. Self-resentment is what

drove them to seek out talent. They

wanted to change themselves and become

something special. Just then, Ain says

that she's against Toya being here. She

tells the others to stop kidding

themselves because Toya's talent isn't

from one of the greats. Even worse, his

talent is from a criminal. It's evil.

And she says that Toya is not someone

they can trust. Newman explains that he

may have revived the talent of his past

life, but it doesn't mean that he

becomes the same person. Besides that,

his talent comes from a person that was

a Robin Hoodlike figure to society. Iron

isn't buying it, especially because he

ran off with the branch the first time

he encountered it. Newman doesn't hold

that against him because he took the

best course of action in pursuit of his

goals. Haido breaks the tension and says

that they should just see how things go

for a while. Haido believes in Toya and

he has her endorsement. Ain finally

backs off and she agrees to wait.

Afterwards, Haido wonders why Toya isn't

more upset. He endured a lot of

hardships to get his talent, and the

others just wrote him off like it was

nothing. Just then, Toya notices that

the lights in his house are on. He is

shocked when he finds a guy named Atsuki

inside. It's been ages since they last

saw each other, and Itsuki has brought

Toya some presents. He couldn't find any

LWD magazines in his apartment, so he

got some for Toya. Toya says that he's

just going to throw them out and Itsuki

says that he still hasn't changed. Toya

is just as sarcastic as ever and he

still has bags under his eyes. Toya

explains to Haido that Itsuki excelled

in martial arts. So much so that he was

called a child prodigy just like his

brother. Itsuki didn't let his abilities

go to waste and now he leads a special

forces unit in the JSDF. After catching

up, Itsuki explains why he's here. A

little bird told him that Toya has been

skipping school and his extracurricular

activities. Itsuki came to check on him,

but he realizes now that there was

nothing to worry about. Itsuki

determines that Toya has just found

himself a girlfriend. Toya tries to

clear things up, but Itsuki isn't buying

it. He has known Toya since forever, and

he can tell that Haido's the perfect fit

for him. Haido wonders how long they've

known each other, so Itsuki shows her a

picture. It's from a long time ago and

it chose Itsuki and Toya with Toya's

brother named Seiya. Itsuki and Seiya

were best friends. So, he considers Toya

to be like a little brother. Itsuki

can't help but remember how Toya was

always chasing after Seiya. Seiya never

slowed down for him, but he also never

left him behind. Itsuki wonders what

Seya would think about Toya having a

girlfriend, but he remembers that he

probably wouldn't have cared. Seiya

never cared about the small stuff

because they never had the time to pay

attention to it. Seiya was in high

demand, but Itsuki knows that it's just

the life of someone with the talent.

Toya takes this as an insult, and he

feels a need to prove himself. Haido

tries to stop him, but it's too late.

Before Itsuki can leave, Toya uses a

branch of reincarnation, and he reveals

that he has a talent now. Itsuki can't

understand what happened to his arm, and

Toya reveals that it's his new power.

It's called Thievery, and it's the

perfect fit for a guy like him. Haido is

shocked when Itsuki isn't very surprised

because he already knows about talents.

People have been buzzing about talents

that are reincarnated from a past life.

Itsuki calls it pathetic though because

Toy is so useless in his current life

that he had to give up on his future and

rely on the past. He calls it a joke and

he says that Toya is nothing but a

loser. Surprisingly, Haido's the one to

get upset and she tells Itsuki to take

it back. Itsuki doesn't back down and he

just says that losers come in pairs.

Haido is furious as she points out that

he doesn't understand the sacrifices

they made to get this far. Itsuki

doesn't want to hear their excuses and

he says that excuses are for the weak.

This really sets Haido off and she

begins to attack him. Itsuki is

incredibly skilled though and he easily

pins her down. Itsuki says that she's

lucky to be Toya's girlfriend because he

would have broken some of her bones if

she wasn't. Before he leaves, Itsuki

says Asaya is probably rolling over in

his grave, having to watch Toya turn

into such a loser. Toya doesn't deny it,

but he doesn't regret his decision one

bit. He's confident that one day he will

surpass Seiya with this new talent of

his. Outside, the mysterious force from

earlier welcomes back their captain.

They wonder if they should proceed with

their operation, but Itsuki cancels it.

A guy named Yoshiki is disappointed

because their targets would have proven

to be valuable samples. Itsuki tells him

to pipe down because he already has a

sample to work with. Meanwhile, Hedo is

still in shock because she couldn't do

anything against Itsuki. He was

unbelievably fast and he pinned her down

like a pro. No person could do that. So,

she says that it must be nice to possess

all that natural talent. Haido explains

that before obtaining her talent, she

was just a normal girl. She was

abandoned as a baby and she grew up in

an orphanage. The other kids were really

mean to her and her having different

colored hair and eyes didn't make things

any better. She cried every night and

the staff pretended not to notice. The

hate in her heart kept growing and she

wanted to make them all pay. That's when

a guy told her to stop crying and he

promised to teach her to find her

backbone. He was the master of a dojo

and he adopted her. His family was built

on tradition, so many people were

against him adopting an orphan. He

ignored everybody's objections and still

took her in. He taught Haido how to

fight, and he was impressed by her. She

would wear out her sword from training

so much that he said that she might even

be able to surpass him. He put in so

much effort to teach her, and that

inspired her. She vowed to repay his

kindness by becoming a great

swordswoman. Haido wanted nothing more

than to show him that she had grown up

strong thanks to him. Unfortunately, it

turned out that she had no talent for

the sword. She wanted to make him proud,

but she had failed. That is when she

heard rumors about the branch of

reincarnation. She searched everywhere

and it was like finding a needle in a

haystack. She was convinced that

obtaining talent would solve all her

problems. However, the talent she

received easily overpowered the man she

called her father. She couldn't hold

back and she ended up hurting him. He

managed to survive, but it left him

unable to ever hold a sword again. The

dojo was closed and Haido was kicked out

for hurting her father. In the end, she

mistakenly pay back his kindness with

anguish. Haido refuses to give up so she

plans to keep improving so she can

reopen her father's dojo. That is why

she must become a complete returner as

soon as possible. Elsewhere, Atsuki

thinks about how Toya grew up all wrong.

Seiya passed away only to leave Atsuki

to clean up his mess. Yoshiki couldn't

care less and he's actually happy. All

the stuff that has happened the past two

days has gone exactly as prophesized.

Back with our hero, Newman is surprised

to hear that Toya hasn't noticed

something. Everybody at the Forest of

the Great except for Toya and Haido are

complete returners. Newman wonders if he

knows what they all have in common, but

Toya can't think of anything besides

their weird costumes. That's part of it

as Newman explains that they don't look

like ordinary humans. She reveals that

because they are complete, the

reincarnation never wears off. In

contrast, Haido and Toy are limited in

how long the reincarnations last. After

a certain amount of time, they return

back to their regular forms. Those

limitations fade the more that they use

the reincarnation. As a sign of respect

for those that have become complete

returners, they call them by their past

name. Haido's getting close, so some

people have already started calling her

Mousashi. Haido vows to become a

complete returner as soon as possible so

she can visit her father without hiding

under her hood. Later that night, Toya

makes sure that Haido has her phone

turned off. Now that Newman can't hear

them, he shows her his hidden power. He

reveals that his other arm can make use

of the talent that he has stolen. Haido

is happy for him because no one would

ever complain about having a talent so

powerful. Toya however says that this

might not be something to celebrate in

his pursuit of immense talent. He is

sure that he's capable of doing terrible

things. Toya is stunned though when

Haido already knows that he would even

attack his friends. It's not surprising

to her because they're surrounded by

people with amazing talents. If she were

in his position, she would do the same

thing. She is rooting for him and she

says that whoever lets their talent get

stolen deserves it. Haido wonders what's

wrong and she points out that he didn't

show her his talent so she could stop

him. Toya explains that he showed her

because of all people she deserved to

know. Haido says that she appreciates

that but it also makes her really angry.

She transforms and she demands to know

why he didn't try to steal her talent.

Haido knows that their friendship

wouldn't stop him from stealing it. So

there can only be one other reason. She

determines that her talent just isn't

close to being good enough for him to

steal. This only proves to be more

motivation for her. So, she wants Toya

to promise her something. She is going

to train her sword skills to perfection.

And when she does, she wants Toya to try

and steal it. Haido says that he won't

be able to resist by then. And Toya

makes the promise. In the meantime, he

will gather a collection of talents that

will be able to rival hers. With that

promise, the two of them look forward to

the day where they face off. Elsewhere,

Itsuki meets with the person that has

been doing the prophesizing. Just as he

prophesized, Itsuki's reunion didn't go

so well. Itsuki tells him to keep his

mouth shut, but the man tells Itsuki to

remember his place as a prisoner. The

guy says that he allowed himself to get

captured, and it was merely part of his

prophecy. Itsuki hates to admit it, but

ever since they took this guy prisoner,

things have happened just like he said

they would. He was even the one that

revealed that the returners use a

certain knife as a trigger for their

transformation. The knife is still a

dangerous unknown to them because their

analysis team couldn't even figure out

what it's made of. Itsuki tells him that

he's going to reveal everything he

knows. The guy can try to fight it, but

he has ways of making him talk. The

mystery man, however, does not fear

anything. He knows all about their

special forces units that's comprised of

the best and brightest. Their sole

purpose is eliminating national threats

before the public even knows. Itsuki is

the most notable member because he has

fighting skills that rival even the

greats of history. That being said, the

guy points out that Itsuki is merely a

human. His existence is trivial and the

guy says that he will give two more

prophecies. The first is that he will be

set free unharmed. The second is that

his king will bring a resurgence of the

calamities of old. The guy breaks free

and he takes no damage when they try to

shoot him. Itsuki moves at lightning

speed though and he takes the guy's arm

off. He confidently says that he did

some damage, but the guy reveals that he

didn't do anything at all. Everyone is

shocked to see that he still has his arm

and Itsuki decides to just let him

leave. The guy commends Itsuki for being

really clever and says that it would

have been nice if he was a returner. If

he was, then he would have been welcomed

into the ranks. Itsuki only has one

question as he would like to know if his

king has formed some kind of returner

alliance. The guy reveals that some

returners have but not them. They are

simply honored servants of the king of

returners. Back with our hero Newton

explains something terrible that

happened. They were on a routine

extermination mission when a different

returner attacked them. This person's

talent is hard to explain because it was

like a black fog. Haido is startled as

she reminds Toya that they have seen

this before. Just then, we meet a little

girl named Picasso. She tells Toya to

look at her painting and it looks just

like the black fog. Something about this

is clearly bothering Newman, but she

says that it's nothing. Suddenly, they

hear a strange voice and the mysterious

eye appears in all the screens. The

strange voice catches everyone offguard

as it seems to know them. He says that

it's been a while since they last saw

each other and he even knows all their

powers. He wonders if Picasso has been

keeping up with her painting and if Ein

is still hiding in other people's

shadows. He says that Newman is as much

of an introvert as ever, but she has a

lot of new friends. Unfortunately, he

says that the forest must be destroyed.

He doesn't like what they stand for

because their entire thing is that those

with talent are obligated to contribute

to humanity. Also, they say that anyone

with an evil talent must be

exterminated. This guy hates that idea

as he believes that talent should be a

thing of freedom. His final message is

that he will send them all back into the

vortex of reincarnation that they came

from. After he leaves, Newman says that

this just confirmed everything. This

mysterious guy is the one behind all the

sinner activity. Ain is furious as she

can't believe that this guy is still

alive. Ain doesn't get shaken very

easily, so the newer members determine

that this must be pretty serious. Newman

reveals that the guy's name is Yang Yu

and he's known as the tyrant king. He

possesses one of the strongest combat

oriented talents among returners and he

was one of the founding members of the

force of the greats. Newman goes on to

reveal that their group started with

just five members. Ain tries to stop her

from talking about it, but she has

already made her decision. She reveals

that they once had a leader. He never

talked about himself, but he was always

worried about others. It was all his

idea for people with talents to

contribute to humanity. He believed that

talent received from reincarnation was a

gift from the heavens so it should be

used in service to others.

Unfortunately, this leader of theirs

lost his life at the hand of Yang. Yang

lives for conflict, so their ideals were

too boring for him. His betrayal is what

made something crystal clear to them.

Coexistence with returners who possess

evil talents is impossible and

eliminating them is the best thing they

can do for the benefit of humanity. To

make things worse, Yang is now

recruiting an army of evil talents.

Their goal is to commit genocide and

start wars. Basically, they want to

recreate every historical calamity all

at once. Ain can't contain her anger

because she thought that she had

eliminated Yang. She can't let him live,

so she vows to end his life the next

chance she gets. This makes Toya realize

that this was not the first time they

met as enemies. Newman says that he's

correct because when Yang first left the

forest, they hit him with a surprise

attack. The fight quickly ended as they

thought that they eliminated him. Ain

says that she will fight him alone if

she has to, but Newton says that he

can't allow that. They don't know how

many he has recruited already and it

would be reckless to charge in alone.

Ain shuts him up because Yang has to be

stopped. Newton agrees with her, but he

just wants them to do it as a team. He

doesn't know how deep her hatred for

Yang is, and he says that he won't ask

for details either. Instead, he just

tells her to look around. Everyone here

has a talent just like she does, and

they can win as long as they fight

together. Newman agrees and says that

this is their chance to wipe out all

sinners once and for all. They will put

everything on the line to defeat Yang

and his goons, so she tells everyone to

prepare for battle. A while later, Toya

is amazed because Newman was able to

track down Yang's hideout. It's the

tyrant king's castle, and it's where he

and his army of sinners have been this

entire time. Just then, they are greeted

by a guy named Caesar. He gets a little

too close for Haido's liking, so she

attacks him. Haido ends up being the one

with a blade to her neck, and it's

because Caesar has someone with him.

They call this girl Jubet, and she's

incredibly skilled with the sword.

Caesar introduces himself to Toya and

declares that now that he has arrived,

their victory is all but guaranteed. He

tells Toya that after he sees him fight,

he will be left in amazement. Toya then

turns to see a large group of people and

he wonders who they are. Caesar reveals

that they are members of the forest from

all around the world. This will be the

greatest battle in history. So Newman

assembled everyone from near and far. Of

course, it's an incredible sight to see

so many historical talents gathered in

one place. The guy they call Darwin says

that this all seems rather excessive.

The sinners are a species doomed to

extinction. So they could just let

nature run its course. Fischer is there

as well and he agrees with him. The

reincarnation of the Wright brothers are

actually twin sisters and they're okay

with doing whatever their sibling

thinks. The cat named Schroinger,

however, has a different opinion. He

thinks that they're better off just

hunting Yang individually instead of

gathering all their forces. As for our

hero, he couldn't ask for a better

situation. The out oftowners don't seem

to like teamwork very much, and this is

perfect for his secret plan. Toya thinks

about how he couldn't care less about

who wins this battle. His goal is simply

to steal as many talents as possible

during all the chaos. Newman tells

everyone that if they insist on doing

things their own way, then she won't

stop them. They can attack however they

want, but they must use one of the three

routes. Hiroshi steps up to tell Newman

that he will capture the Earth fort and

advance to the main castle. To do this,

he would like to have Toya on his team.

Toya can only wonder why, so Hiroshi

says that he has piqued his interest.

This could ruin Toya's plan, so he tries

to think of an excuse to act solo. Toya

can't think of anything, so he has to go

along with it. Newman then commences the

operation called Sinner Clean Sweep.

They will face several infamous sinners

of history, so they have to be on alert

at all times. The battle's about to

begin, and we see that Haido has teamed

up with Jubet. She says that she will

meet Toya at the castle and she

guarantees that she will be much

stronger by then. She will be strong

enough that Toya won't be able to resist

stealing from her. The operation begins

and the girls break through the front

gate. Newman tells the rights that it's

their turn, so they use their ability.

They make some kind of satellite in the

sky and this gives Newman's ability more

power. Nearby, Hiroshi wonders if Toya

is worried about Haido. He says that

it's obvious that they're a couple

because their eyes are always on each

other. Toya is caught off guard because

Hiroshi always gave the impression that

he didn't care about anyone. Hiroshi

explains that he just isn't the best at

expressing his feelings. Toya says that

there's nothing going on between him and

Haido, but he saw how Hiroshi was around

night andale. The two of them seem very

close, so he wonders if Hroshi's dating

her. Just that Toya stops himself as he

remembers that getting personal only

leads to attachments. He doesn't want to

hesitate when the time comes for him to

betray someone so he can't get close to

them. Toya then reminds himself to stay

focused on stealing and ending lives.

Just then, Toy is attacked by a giant

beast and Hiroshi has to rescue him.

This is only the beginning as we see

that the others have encountered the

enemy as well. The one attacking our

hero is called Dolvo, the strangler.

There's also Chikatilo the Red Ripper,

Wild Bill Hickok, Aizo the Manslayer,

and Jihinger the World Caesar. Newman is

impressed as they're all infamous

sinners. Night andale wonders if they

should send a signal, but Newman says

that it won't be necessary. In the

woods, Schroinger is heavily outnumbered

and he ends up getting shot. He's still

unimpressed because he was expecting to

fight someone with an interesting

talent. Unfortunately, he just got this

guy that's only fast with a quick draw.

Bill doesn't say a single word and he

shoots the cat in the head. Bill wishes

that he would have gotten more of a

challenge, but he is shocked when he

turns to find that all his men have been

eliminated by Schroinger. Schroinger

explains that it's true that Bill shot

him and ended his life. However, in an

alternative world, there was another

Schroinger who didn't get hit by the

bullet and survived. Schroinger simply

explains that he chose that version of

himself. Bill has no clue what he's

talking about, so he simply fires away.

Schroinger remains untouched and this

only confuses Bill even more. Schroinger

admits that he isn't very good at

shooting, but it doesn't matter. He

wonders if Bill knows why, but of course

he doesn't. Schroinger reveals that no

matter how small the probability is of

hitting him, he can freely choose a

version of Bill that takes a fatal hit

from his gun. Schroinger fires just one

shot and Bill's life is ended. Nearby,

Chicatilo attacks Darwin. Darwin moves

at an insane speed and reveals his

ability called evolutionary theory. It's

extremely overpowered as it allows him

to evolve however he pleases. He

declares that only those who can evolve

will survive in this world. Elsewhere,

Fischer finishes his battle against

Junger and he thanks his knights and

queen. As for Haido, she is frustrated

because Jubet keeps stealing the

strongest opponents. She wishes that

Jubet would just run around pointlessly

the same way Caesar is. Caesar tries to

stop them from arguing, but they just

move on. Back with our hero, Hiroshi has

to help him dodge attacks. This all was

an absolute brute, and he's obsessed

with strangling. Toya determines that he

has to do something, but Hiroshi tells

him not to use his talent. Their key to

victory will be running around to buy

some time. He then uses his skills as a

soldier to take out some of the minions,

and he says that they can't stay in one

spot. They will get surrounded. So, he

tells Toya to run around and draw their

attention. Just then, Hiroshi's the one

to be attacked and Toya has to save him.

Toya prepares to reincarnate, but he

stops when Dissolvo is defeated. It

turns out that they had a third teammate

named Fabre. Toya has no clue who

Hiroshi is talking to, and he doesn't

see this Fabre person anywhere. Hiroshi

reveals that Fabre's talent is stealth.

He can disappear completely to the eye,

the ear, and even the nose. He hasn't

been visible a single time, but he has

been with them all along. As for his

attack, he wields a syringe filled with

pesticide. It's so potent that no living

thing could hope to survive. Since

Hiroshi is immortal, he serves as a

distraction in battle. Then the

undetectable Fabre carries out a sneak

attack. Hiroshi says that this makes him

the perfect team, but he is startled

when he sees that Toya's in his own

world. Toy is excited because this is

exactly what he needs. If he steals

Fabrey's ability, he could become

completely invisible. then he will be

able to use his right arm to steal any

talent he wants without anyone even

knowing. It won't be easy to steal

though, so Toya tries to think of a way

to find Fabre. Just then, Hiroshi's

contacted by Newman. He says that things

are going smoothly because Toya is not

aware that he's keeping tabs on him. It

turns out that Newman told him to watch

Toya because she suspects that he might

be a spy. She isn't sure yet, but Toya

has been regularly turning off his

phone. He also seems overly interested

in the talents of other members. Hiroshi

can't deny that, but Toya also risks his

life to save him. Hiroshi's talent is

immortality, so no one ever bothers to

protect him. He's pretty much a meat

shield, so Toya is the only person to

ever help him. Newman is no fool,

though, as she suspects that Toya could

be putting on an act to win them over.

There's no way to say for sure, so she

tells Hiroshi to be careful. Elsewhere,

a sniper says that he will avenge his

comrades. He fires a shot at the right

sisters, but he is shocked when it

doesn't land. That should have been

impossible because he timed the shot

perfectly with the clock. He fires again

and this time he hits their wing. They

inform Newman and she tells them not to

worry. They can stay right where they

are because Heiha the White Death has

them covered. Heiha has a massive sniper

rifle and the other sniper sees her. He

can't believe his eyes because White

Death is a legendary sniper. He tries to

shoot the girls again, but we see that

Heiha is stopping his bullet with her

own. Heiha tells Newman where the other

sniper is, so she says that she will

analyze the area to find out what his

talent is. Heiiha declares that it won't

be necessary, and she fires a shot. The

sniper gets concerned as he realizes

that his muzzle flash might be giving

away his position. That would be insane,

though, because it would take crazy

visual acuity and focus to see him from

so far away. He calms down and reminds

himself that no one can beat his

sharpshot ability. He prepares to shoot

Heiha this time, but he soon finds

himself in a strange place. He can't

understand what's going on and he

wonders if this is Heiha's ability. He's

shots are just barely grazing him, so he

realizes that she is just toying with

him. This guy is up for a sniping duel,

so he uses his ability as well. His shot

misses though, and Heiha declares that

their fight is over. Yang arrives and

the sniper apologizes to his king. He

couldn't make the attackers pay, so he

says that he's a disgrace. Yang tells

him not to worry about that and he just

wonders if the sniper had fun. The

sniper says that he had the time of his

life, so he thanks Yang. Meanwhile,

Newman tells Schroinger to make his way

back because it's time to regroup.

Schroinger, however, says that there's

plenty of time to regroup after he

eliminates all the pests in the

vicinity. As for the right sisters, they

say that things are really boring now.

There are hardly any enemies left and

the battle was one-sided. They declare

that the sinners are just a bunch of

inep psychos and they never stood a

chance. Just then, a shot comes out of

nowhere to take out their satellite. The

next shot strikes them both in the neck

and they come crashing down to the

ground. Their lives were just ended in

the blink of an eye and Newman is left

in shock. Yang is delighted and he

credits someone named White Feather for

hitting them both at once. Yang then

declares that it's finally time for the

real fun to begin. He speaks to his five

tiger generals and tells them to enjoy

themselves. Nearby, Hiroshi is shocked

as his line to Newman was just cut off.

Without any orders, he will have to call

his own shots. Just then, he comes under

attack, but Toya rescues him again.

Spikes came out of the ground to stop

the attackers and Hiroshi has seen it

before. According to Newman, that attack

belongs to one of the sinners. Hiroshi

points his gun at Toya and demands to

know why he has an enemy talent. He

wonders if Toya has been a spy this

entire time and he wants answers. Toya

says that he's not a spy, but the

tension only rises. The two guys just

stare at each other for quite some time

without saying a single word.

Eventually, Hiroshi lowers his gun after

Toya insists that he's not a spy.

Hiroshi says that he believes him and

he's glad to hear that Toya isn't

working for the other team. Toya is

really caught off guard and he can't

understand why Hiroshi would just take

his word for it. Hiroshi explains that

the situation forced Toya to reveal his

secret that he was keeping from his

friends. But unlike Newman, Hiroshi's

not the analytical type. He would hate

to doubt someone who went out of their

way to save him twice. So he asked Toya

to just fill him in. Toya keeps it

simple and says that everything he has

done is to surpass his brother,

collecting talents and lying to

everyone. It's all been for his goal to

be better than his sibling. Hiroshi says

that Noman would faint if she heard

that, but he's already made up his mind.

Hiroshi gives Toya his full support, and

Toya is stunned. Hiroshi says that he

won't just hand over his talent, though,

and Toya's welcome to try and take it by

force. Toya still doesn't get it, but

Hiroshi says that he has just taken a

shine to him. As they move out, Hiroshi

thinks to himself about what he has

observed. It's become pretty clear to

him that Toya hasn't even realized the

truth about himself. He says that Toya

is a contradiction in the flesh because

he is just as soft-hearted as he is

greedy for talent. Not only did Toya

answer his questions honestly, but he

also defended him despite the potential

disadvantages, Hiroshi says that this

just proves that Toya is still human.

Just then, Toya wonders what drove

Hiroshi to seek out talent. Hiroshi

simply says that he is sorry because he

has forgotten everything for when he was

human. Meanwhile, back at the base camp,

things have gotten very dangerous.

Gunshots ring out and Dre tells his

clones to protect everyone at all costs.

Unfortunately, several more shots are

fired and all his clones are eliminated.

Heiha points out that there must be

another sniper and if Newman gets hit,

then it will be the end of the Forest of

the Great. Heiha refuses to let this

happen, so she prepares to fight back.

Back with Toya and Hiroshi, they have

made it to the earth fort. The main

castle isn't far once they get past

this, so they push forward. Jess and an

explosion blows up the front door and

Hiroshi takes major damage. Toya is

worried, but Hiroshi reminds him that he

is immortal. It turns out that someone's

already waiting for them, and he says

that he was getting sick of just sitting

around. The guy named Rudell steps out

and declares that it's time for their

mutual annihilation. Hiroshi tells Toya

to stay out of this fight because he can

already tell that Riddel the Phoenix is

here for him. Back with Heiha, we see

that she has spotted the enemy. She uses

her talent called White Hell to change

her surrounding area once again. Heiha

says that she has successfully lured in

the enemy and now all she has to do is

eliminate him. She wonders if she saw

what she thought she did but determines

that it would be impossible. She tries

to focus on her enemy but she can't find

him anymore. Just then, he appears right

next to her and points out that her

barrel is a bit too long. He explains

that it leaves her helpless once someone

gets up close and personal. Furthermore,

he believes that she relies too heavily

on her scope. With talents like hers,

the iron sights are really all she

needs. He [snorts] has completely

stunned and she can't understand why a

sniper would want to get this close. The

man is intrigued by her talent because

she has created a dimension of

compressed consciousness. While in here,

the flow of time outside slows down to a

stop. Heiiha sees white feathers coming

off of him, so she wonders if his name

is Hathcock. He confirms it and says

hello to Heiha. He says that their

battle will be immense, so they should

start over. He will move 2,000 ft away

and they can't shoot before he gets

there. Heiha's even more confused as she

points out that he's a legendary hero of

the Vietnam War called White Feather

Hatch. This means he's a great class

returner, so she demands to know what

he's doing with the army of the sinners.

He tells her not to worry because she

will understand after their duel. Back

with our hero, Toya points out that Rud

was a renowned pilot. He was not a

criminal, so Toya wonders what a non-ser

is doing on Yang's army. He thought that

there were only criminal returners in

the army of sinners. Rudella wonders if

his name is Toya, and Toya can't

understand how this guy knows his name.

Rudell then catches everyone offg guard

as he shoots Hiroshi right in the face.

Hiroshi fires back, but Rudell takes no

damage from his attack. Rudell simply

tells Toya to watch closely because

everything will soon be clear. He says

that all the answers can be found on the

battlefield and he activates the Jericho

trumpets. His ability reigns dumb bombs

and Hiroshi's entire body is

eviscerated. Rudell is impressed when he

sees Hiroshi's regeneration and he now

understands how his immortality works.

It's quite the sight, but in his

opinion, it's not real immortality.

Hiroshi tells him that words are cheap

and guys like them talk with bullets.

Redell doesn't need to be told twice, so

he says that they will have a nice chat

and he brings out his weapon. Toya

watches nearby and thinks about how this

is a fight between two immortals. The

only problem is the big difference in

their power. Unfortunately, Hiroshi only

uses firearms and grenades. This is

unlike Redell, who has a powerful

machine gun and his terrifying bombs.

The battle becomes incredibly one-sided.

As Redell uses his full arsenal to keep

Hiroshi from mounting any kind of

counterattack. Toya thinks about how the

only thing that could turn this battle

around is Fabre's full stealth ability.

Elsewhere, we see that Fabre has gotten

lost and he's run into some trouble. He

has been spotted by two mysterious

sinners nearby. Fabre reminds himself

that seeing him is impossible, so them

looking this way must have just been a

coincidence. No one can detect him, so

he should be safe. Of course, Fabre is

stunned when he's forced to dodge an

attack. Surprisingly, the girl knows all

about Fabre and his ability. His full

stealth not only makes him invisible,

but it also conceals every sound he

makes. Hitler introduces herself and

says that the quiet guy is named P. She

then explains that she knows exactly

what Fabre is thinking. Fabre is now

wondering how they know about his talent

and why his stealth ability isn't

working on them. Hitler reveals that her

talent is called mastermind and it

allows her to decipher the abilities of

anyone. She doesn't just know Fabrey's

talent either because she has already

figured out Darwin Schroinger Fisher and

Einstein's abilities as well. The

talents and past lives of all members of

the Force of the Great have been

deciphered. Fabre assesses the situation

and thinks about how the small one has a

talent that deciphers abilities while

the giant Paul must be the one negating

his stealth. Hitler corrects him though

and says that his stealth isn't being

negated. Instead, they just countered it

by using smell. Palt used his ability

called fruit of corruption to rot the

entire forest around them. The trees are

drooping, the leaves are scattered, and

the soil is bubbling. The smell of rot

fills the air. And among all of that,

Farre's complete lack of odor makes him

stand out. He is plain as day, even

though he's completely invisible and

inaudible. Hitler says that it's already

too late because Fabre has walked into

an elaborate trap. The enemy soldiers

Fabre was chasing were just bait and

their eliminations told Hitler exactly

how close Fabre was getting. Even now,

while they've been talking, P's

corruption has been advancing and it's

creating an even stronger stench. As it

grows stronger, Fabre's lack of voter

only becomes more obvious. Fabre is

completely cornered and Paul ends his

life. She says that it's a shame that

Fabre is invisible even in death and the

two move on. Back with Hiroshi and

Redell, the battle between immortals

rages on. Redell is still dominating as

he says that nothing Hiroshi is doing is

working. Hiroshi tells Toya that he is

beat and he admits that Redell genuinely

measures up with the greats. His

offensive and defensive capabilities are

far superior and Hiroshi admits that he

sees no way of winning this battle.

Toya, however, points out that Hiroshi

seems to be enjoying himself. Hiroshi

gives it some thought and admits that he

can't deny it. He is enjoying the fight,

but their situation is still dire. He

doesn't see a way for them to win, but

he can't let them lose either. Ja and

Hiroshi wonders if Toya ever feels

fatigued after using his talent. Toya

says that he does all the time and

Hiroshi reveals what this means for

their fight. Using their talent strains

their physical and mental stamina, so

there is a limit to even immortality.

With the fight being this one-sided,

Hiroshi will hit that limit first. He

tells Toya plainly that he's going to

lose to Redell. Back with Heiha, she

finds that she's only been shooting at

dummies. Hatchcock is baiting her into

shooting them, but he hasn't shot back

at all. Just then, she realizes that

it's not that he won't shoot back, it's

that he can't. We then see Hatchcock's

point of view from 200 m away. He thinks

about how Heiha's range in this

dimension is about 1 km. His range is

only 600 m, so he stands no chance in a

head-on firefight. This snowcape gives

Heiha the upper hand, and she knows it.

Meanwhile, Heiha has decided that she

doesn't care why a great class returner

has sided with the enemy. She is simply

thrilled to finally have a real

challenge for the first time. She can't

contain her excitement, and she's eager

to see how Hatchcock gets out of the

situation. Her excitement quickly ends

as Hatchcock simply surrenders. She

knows that he's at a severe

disadvantage, but she never expected him

to give up without a fight. He just

ruined all the fun, so she wants to make

him suffer. She tells him to feel the

terror of being slowly pumped full of

holes and she prepares to shoot. Just

then, she is shocked as she finds

herself in Hatchcock's ability called

Green Hell. Hancock declares that he's

gained homefield advantage by forcing

his opponent to fight in his territory.

He points out that his ability is just

like hers. Heiha realizes that she's in

Hedgecock's hunting ground, which is a

tropical jungles of the Vietnam War.

What's odd is that it's covered in snow.

Hatchcock says it's beautiful because

the snow-covered jungle is unimaginable

in the real world. Their talents have

overlapped and the playing field has

been leveled. He says that it's quite

the adrenaline rush and ha removes her

hood to say the same. Elsewhere, Newton

and Ain continue to make their way to

the castle. Ain is worried because she

can't use her ability here, but Newan

tells her not to worry. They won't be on

the front lines because their job is to

provide support from the rear.

Furthermore, he says that Darwin and the

others have probably already defeated

all the enemies. I knows that their team

is strong, but there's always a chance

that a few sinners could slip past them.

Just then punches Newton as she is

startled by a small creature. She can't

use teleport here, so her first reaction

is to throw punches. Newton says that

she should have stayed behind, but she

reminds him that she has to put an end

to Yang's life. Newton says that their

old leader must have meant a lot to her,

but she refuses to talk about it. He

wishes that she would open up a bit so

he can help in any way he can. Just that

is terrified by something in the

shadows. It turns out to be a decaying

body and Newton has to tell her to keep

quiet. Hitler is nearby and she thinks

about how Darwin's ability is called

evolutionary theory. It allows him to

evolve his body at will and adapt to any

situation. He says that it's utterly

stupid and his evolution was just a

fancy name for transforming into

pre-existing life forms. It would be

better described as metamorphosis than

evolution. That's why Darwin's life was

just ended so easily after being

defeated by PT. Hitler wonders how much

longer someone will be hiding. And we

see that she's talking about Schroinger.

She already knows that his ability

allows him to freely choose from various

probable outcomes. This only begs the

question why he would be hiding. Hitler

correctly guesses that even among all

his options, Schroinger's probability of

winning is 0%. This means that he's

helpless without any favorable outcomes

to choose from. Victory would be his if

he even had just a 1% chance, but that's

not the case here. Hitler has figured it

all out, but Schroinger declares that he

hasn't been defeated. Unfortunately, the

second he reveals himself, he's

completely demolished. An attack from

Fiser nearly strikes P, but it doesn't

work. Hitler commends Fischer's efforts

because he used an incredible tactic.

Sacrificing a pawn to defeat your

opponent is a fundamental part of chess.

Hitler already knows that he is Fiser

and his talent is called the Divine

White Army. Po goes on a rampage and

eliminates all of Fischer's pieces.

Hitler explains that there are only so

many strategies that he can employ given

that the number of pieces and their

movements are fixed. Unlike chess, the

strengths of opposing armies in real

wars are never equal. To prove her

point, she says that Paul is an

extraordinary piece that can wipe out

Fischer's entire board in one fell

swoop. Hitler is then sorry to say that

there's no such thing as a stalemate in

a real battle. She declares checkmate

and P ends Fischer's life. Ain tries to

calm herself down because she just

watched the two enemies effortlessly end

the lives of three great class

returners. Unfortunately, it's up to her

and Newan to stop them here because it's

all over if they get past them. She

tries to think of a solution, but Newan

just steps forward and introduces

himself to the enemies. Ain is horrified

as Newton tells her to let him do the

fighting. If he loses, it will be up to

her to make sure that Newman and the

others escape. Pt attacks immediately

and Newton is forced to go up a tree.

Hitler insults him for running, but

Newton thinks about how insults won't

get him riled up. Still, he wonders if

he even has a chance against PT. He's

powerful enough to rot the entire

forest, and no one has even been able to

touch him. P destroys the tree, so Nan

has no choice but to run. Hitler

explains that nothing can hide from her

because of her all knowing talent. She

even knows that Ain is still here and

her talent is called spatial

transllocation. It works by

interchanging two spaces in the span of

milliseconds, allowing her to move

around as if teleporting. It's arguably

one of the most powerful talents given

its global range and versatility of use.

However, it does have one major flaw.

Ain cannot teleport to unknown

locations. Her options are limited to

coordinates that she has already

registered by traveling to on foot.

That's why she was in the rear of the

fight, widening the range of locations

that she could teleport to. Ain is

horrified because Hitler knows about

everything they have done right down to

the most minute detail. Newton can tell

that things are getting bad because Ain

is all shaken up. He notices the same

creature from before and he wonders why

it's here. Nan picks it up and he is

shocked when he finally realizes

something. P moves in to end's life, but

Nan pushes him back. He then has to tell

a not to let them get in her head.

Hitler's finally the one to be surprised

because Newton managed to hit Paul from

his blind spot. That shouldn't be

possible, and she wonders if Newton has

figured out what's going on. Newton

reveals that he was able to find Paul's

blind spot by looking through P's own

eyes. He pulls the weasel out of his

jacket and explains that it's what gave

Pt away. He noticed that the weasel had

been following them and had a seal on

its belly. When Newton touched the seal,

he was able to see through someone

else's eyes. He's figured out that

Hitler's talent allows any life form

touching her seal to share their senses

with her. Hitler had placed these seals

on animals and insects in the forest

beforehand so she could watch their

every move. This is how P was able to

attack with such precision, even when

they were hiding. Hitler also put her

seals on all the foot soldiers they

battled, which gave her a front row seat

whenever the greats used their talents.

This is how she was able to decipher all

of their abilities. I never used her

ability, so she wonders how Hitler knew

about hers. Newton reminds her that Yang

knew the grades personally, and he must

have shared the details with the

sinners. Newton calls Hitler's all-

knowing talent a fraud, but Hiller

remains unfaced. She says that knowing

all this doesn't change their fate. They

won't be able to eliminate every animal

and insect in the forest, and they can't

stop Paul's corruption either. They only

have two choices and that is to flee or

perish. P unleashes an attack and our

heroes get pushed back. Newton tells Zin

to change plans and to stay close to

him. He points out that he hasn't used

his talent at all during this war. This

means that it's the one unknown factor

that the enemy can't plan around and

it's their only chance of victory. Back

with the others, Hiroshi continues to

take massive damage and he fires a bomb

back at Redell. Redell is quite

impressed because Hiroshi just tossed a

250 kg bomb like it was nothing. Their

fierce battle continues and Redell

admits that Hiroshi fights well as an

immortal. Unfortunately, he points out

that the speed of Hiroshi's regeneration

is slowing down. Hiroshi retors that

Redell is starting to get some scratches

as well, which means that the extent of

his mortality is finally showing itself.

Toya watches on completely confused

because Hiroshi's doing nothing but

charging in recklessly. He's attacking

without any thought and using nothing

but his rifles and fists. This is unlike

him and Toya can't understand what

happened to the cold-headed soldier he

knows. Hiroshi then explains what he

remembers from his past. When he first

came too, flower petals were falling

from his neck. Oddly enough, he knew

that his talent had been awakened. The

trade-off was that all his memories were

a blur, but he decided that there was no

need to dwell on it. It wasn't long

before he was recruited by the force of

the greats, who wanted him to join their

fight to help humanity. Hiroshi

accepted, and he was overcome with

emotion at becoming one of the greats.

He wondered what his purpose was, but

Newman told him not to worry. The world

is always brimming with conflict, so

there would always be something for him

to do. Newman deployed him into

battlegrounds all around the world. Just

like the real Hiroshi Fasaka, fighting

on the battlefield left him with no

doubts, and it was clear that he had

truly become one of the greats. Hiroshi

was an undying monster, and he

single-handedly wiped out entire forces.

He said that if what he was doing was

helping humanity, then it was well worth

joining the greats. Hiroshi told himself

to tread forward and paved the way to

greatness. Strangely though, he began to

miss his long-forgotten past and a quiet

boredom began to settle in. Back to the

present, Toya can no longer stand by and

watch Hiroshi get torn apart over and

over again. He steps into the fight and

Redell tells him that it would be best

if he stayed out of this. Toya can't

understand what's going on as he

realizes that Redella isn't attacking

him directly. It doesn't make any sense,

so there has to be a reason beyond just

wanting to keep this a duel between

immortals. Toya isn't sure what the

reason is, but it might be something

that they can take advantage of. He

tells Hiroshi that they still stand a

chance and he doesn't need to fight to

the death anymore. Hiroshi really

struggles to understand, so Toya urges

him to think about the reason he has to

live. These words manage to reach him as

Hiroshi realizes something. This snaps

him out of his reckless mindset and he

thanks Toya. He tells him to sit tight

and watch because he doesn't need to

intervene anymore. Hiroshi then turns to

Redell and tells him that he's grateful.

Fighting this battle has finally helped

him understand what has been eating at

him. He has realized that he was never

truly one of the greats and he never

wanted to help humanity. All he ever

wanted was to fight a brutal and honest

battle like this one where both fighters

grind each other down to nothing.

Riddell says he feels the same and it's

exactly why he chose to fight the forest

of the greats. He knew it would

guarantee him a fight against one of the

greats. He tells Hiroshi not to worry

because hungering for the thrill of

battle is only natural. This idea that

great must have conviction and ambition

is total nonsense. He declares that the

only thing that the pedals gave them was

talent. He points out that talent alone

doesn't make anyone great. Most

returners get consumed by the names and

talents of the past and their actions

are fueled by delusion. Hiroshi wonders

what they really are and Redell can't

even be sure. What he does know is that

they're not human and they have lost

everything. The people they used to be

cut their own throats in pursuit of

talent. It came at the cost of their

memories and even their names. They will

never know what those people wish to

accomplish or whose approval they were

seeking. However, Redell says that Toya

is different. He is an incomplete

returner and Redell reveals that Yang

gave his army a specific order not to

harm anyone that still retains their

modern name. Yang even mentioned Toya

specifically by his name. Hiroshi can

only wonder why, but Redell doesn't even

know. All he can say is that Toya is

still human and he still has a future

beyond his talent. Hiroshi says that

it's truly enviable and Rudell agrees

with him. The two then wonder what their

previous names were and they agree that

they were probably just ordinary ones.

Toya watches nearby and he can't believe

that they're just talking. Just then,

they both agree that they're tired of

being immortal. They decide to finish

this fight for themselves and no one

else. There is no better outcome than

death for either of them, so they charge

at each other one final time. Elsewhere,

we see that Heiha has somehow ended

Hathcock's life. The sinners can't

believe it, but Yang tells them not to

worry. Hathcock took Heiha down with

him, and it's just proof of how good of

a sharpshooter he was. They then watch

as Newman wonders if there's anything

Nedingale can do to help Heiha.

Unfortunately, it's too late as her life

has come to an end. One of the sinners

wonders if there's something bothering

Yang and she says that she can end the

life of whoever is making him sad. Yang

explains that he's actually happy

because Hathcock's life was ended by a

worthy opponent. Nearby, Haido announces

her arrival, but she's surprised to see

that no one's in this fort. Caesar

offers to go with Haido when she goes to

look for the enemy, but Jubet says that

she can handle herself. Caesar surprised

because he didn't think she would

acknowledge a rival like Haido. Jubie

simply explains that she never lets her

personal feelings get in the way of

judging strength. This makes Caesar

wonder who is stronger between the two

girls. Jubie, of course, chooses

herself, but it would be anyone's guess

who would win in a fight between them if

it dragged on for too long. Haido is an

incomplete returner, which means she has

hidden potential. Jubet then explains

that she can't help but feel that

something isn't right. Besides there

being no enemies here, this place is far

too exposed to serve as a fort. Caesar

wonders if it was built to resemble the

coliseum. Jubain knows about the Roman

coliseum, but she doesn't understand why

the sinners would model their fort after

an arena. Just then, Caesar catches her

offguard and plunges his blade through

her chest. Caesar explains that they

built it this way because the coliseum

is a great place to end lives. Back with

Hiroshi, he says he wants to ask Redell

something before they continue. Some

greats are suspicious of Toya being a

spy and he wants to know the truth.

According to their intel, Yang's

powerful five tiger generals are among

the ranks of the army of the sinners.

Riddell confirms this and reveals that

the last of the five is an undercover

operative in the forest of the greats.

Hi Roshi wonders, if it's not Toya, then

who could this spy be? Riddell reveals

that it's the hero of Rome who carved

his name into history with both pen and

sword. He is the most powerful returner

of all the five tiger generals. Caesar

has finished his transformation and

Haido watches in shock. Dubet's life was

ended and Caesar says that the dice was

cast long ago. He thought that being the

one doing the betraying would taste

sweet, but he realizes now that it's not

all it hyped up to be. Haido attacks him

immediately and calls him a traitor.

Caesar easily pushes her back and she

wonders how he was able to fling her so

far away. Caesar declares that it was

quite foolish of her to rush into close

quarters against him. This is especially

true because of the weapon he wields. He

explains that the long sword was

standard for Knights of the Crusades all

the way up to the Hundred Years War.

Even now, it continues to be an

incredibly versatile weapon. He goes on

to say that half sorting is a stance in

which by holding the blade, the user can

engage in close quarter combat. Caesar

keeps explaining how great it is, but

Hedo quickly knocks it away. He catches

her off guard, though by catching the

blade and using it to push her back. He

explains that Morglag is a technique in

which one uses her sword as a budgeon.

He declares that Haido doesn't stand a

chance because there are still countless

ways that he can attack with his long

sword. Unfortunately for her, it's not

nearly the only weapon from the west.

Caesar then shows more of his incredible

power as he rolls several dice. Each

land on a different number, and each

number summons a different weapon. His

ability is called the hero's testament,

and it allows him to wield any weapon to

its fullest potential. He then runs

through every weapon in his arsenal one

by one. He uses the masseshander, the

lightning fast hilt raper, and the

unblockable Shotol. and Ho has no hopes

of fighting back. Caesar uses the

destructive sworder dagger and he

absolutely destroys Haido. She is losing

the fight badly and Caesar says that

it's finally time to use the lethal

executioner sword. This weapon does an

insane amount of damage as it splits the

coliseum in half. Caesar tells her to

behold the might of the hero's

testament, the talent of the great

Caesar. However, he says that his main

talent is a strategic one for leading

armies to victory. This incredible power

that she just witnessed is actually just

his subtalent. Haido demands to know why

he would betray them while having such

incredible power. Caesar simply says

that it's because he was never on their

side. He then points out that Haido

wanted to fight strong opponents. He

says that she should show a little more

excitement because she gets to fight the

great Caesar. Just then and he

infuriates Haido by lifting Jubet's

lifeless body. He says that this is a

once- ina-lifetime opportunity for her,

but Haido has had enough. A terrible

darkness flows from her body, and she

demands for Caesar to get his dirty

hands off of Jubet. Caesar is intrigued

as he notices that Haido is starting to

change. He wonders what is triggering

it, and he decides to disobey Yang's

orders. He won't be able to hold back

because he wants to see for himself what

an incomplete returner is capable of.

Meanwhile, A and Newton are still

dealing with Hitler and PT. The two of

them antagonize the big guy and dodges

attacks. Hitler takes her time as she

carefully observes on spatial

transllocation. It's nearly impossible

to catch them when running is their

entire strategy. To make things more

difficult, they're staying just outside

of the corruption range. Newton has

figured out that the range of P's

corruption is limited to a radius of 6

m. It also takes him over a second

before he can activate it. On the other

hand, Newton's fruit of gravity ability

covers a radius of 4 meters. This means

that there's an instant death range of 2

meters. Newton and Ain are at a severe

disadvantage, but he believes that they

still have a chance. Newton continues to

antagonize P by saying that he couldn't

hit the broadside of a barn. Ain joins

in and calls P a big dummy. Newton has

also figured out that the childish

taunting strategy might actually work on

PT since Hitler is too smart to outsmart

directly. Their best chance is to

disrupt the enemy's teamwork. Ain

wonders if something so childish could

actually work. So Newton says that they

have to try everything. The taunting

works as Paul ignores Hitler's orders

and charges at them in rage. Newton

tells Zin to stay close because they

will use this opportunity to attack.

They will sidestep this next corruption

at the last second and finish him off

before he can attack again.

Unfortunately, as the attack approaches,

Hitler reveals that it was all a trap.

Newton pushes Ein to safety, but he gets

hit by the attack for his efforts.

Hitler says that Newton is impressive

for managing to avoid instant death by

bending space with his gravitational

field. Newton compliments them back

because they actually fooled him. Paul

only acted like a loose cannon and

limited the range of his corruption

intentionally. It was an elaborate trap

and everything was planned to lure them

in. Hitler reveals that at full power

both silent covers a radius of 50 m. He

declares that Newton's failure to read

the situation from the first move means

he never stood a chance. Newton realizes

that they were toying with them from the

start and he apologizes to Ain. He takes

full responsibility and he tells Ain to

take care of Newman for him. Just then

Ain teleports in front of him and Hitler

wonders if that's really a good idea.

Nan tells her to run away, but she

silences him. He tries to remind her

that if her life ends here, then she

will never get her revenge. Of course, I

knows that, but she still refuses to

give up. Just then, P takes a hold of

her and throws her at Newton. For some

strange reason, Hitler says that they

should just call it a draw. She says

that it would seem that P has decided to

let them live. As for her, she doesn't

have the means to end either of their

lives, even if she wanted to. Meanwhile,

Ain and Newton have lost their ability

to fight. This is the definition of a

draw, so Hitler says that they should

accept it. Ain is furious because she

doesn't want to be pied like this.

Newton calms her down and tells Hitler

that if they let them go, then they will

just keep coming to attack them. They

won't give up on defeating the sinners

until the battle is over. Hitler shocks

them when she reveals that it won't be

necessary. The reason is because this

battle will end with the complete

annihilation of Yang's army. This was

actually their intention before the

fight even began. Of course, it's

irritating to just let everything go

according to the plan of the greats.

That's why they wanted to take as many

of them down with them as possible.

However, AA and Newton don't have blind

faith in their talents like the rest of

them. Instead, they resort to using

trickery and running away. It's obvious

to her from how they act that they

didn't come here with the intent of

fighting, not to mention their humanlike

inclination to protect one another.

Hitler explains that the only ones

they're out to eliminate are the ones

consumed by the pedals. The ones that

are deluded into thinking of themselves

as great. She doesn't target humans and

she hopes that they continue to treasure

their human side. If they can do that,

then she won't regret sparing their

lives. As Hitler and Pulk corrode away,

Hitler says that she has one piece of

advice. She warns that they shouldn't

trust everything Newman says. She wishes

the two of them luck and Hitler and Pul

fade away. The two greats regroup with

Newman and Edigale begins to heal them.

Newman reveals that the lives of the

Wright sisters and Heiha have been

ended. As a result, Newman's unable to

keep tabs on the others. That's why

she's grateful to see that the two of

them are alive. The only members of the

force assault team who survived are

Newton and Nine. Everyone else was

eliminated by Hitler and PT. Newton is

curious about something and he points

out that Hitler seemed to know Newman

personally. Newman doesn't answer and

simply wonders why he's asking. He

explains that their two enemies seem to

be rather sensible. They even manage to

reach a mutual understanding with them.

This has made Newton question if Yang's

army of sinners is really the group of

villains that Newman says they are.

Newman is disappointed and says that

he's just letting the enemy brainwash

him. Newman explains that he's just

considering all possibilities. He

[snorts] also brings up how strange it

is that if causing global chaos was

really Yang's goal, they could have

easily done it already. All they would

have to do is divide their forces across

the world and run rampant. Instead, they

brought their entire army to an

uninhabited area and just waited for the

greats. Yang himself never even showed

up and I knows this because she would

have been able to sense his presence. If

he really wanted to battle, why wouldn't

he be leading from the front lines?

Newan is beginning to think that the

center army is not an organization

simply out to create chaos. The only

thing that makes sense is that they have

an ulterior motive for this battle. He

wonders if someone forced them into this

war. Ain says that she was driven by

rage at first, but when she thinks about

it, a lot of things don't add up. She

tells Newman to explain everything she

knows because she wants to find out

what's really going on. She warns that

if Newman doesn't tell them, then they

will have to get it out of her by force.

Newman doesn't take their threat lightly

and she becomes very serious. Ain

explains that Newman is already in the

range of Newton's gravitational force,

so she should just start explaining.

Just then, a strange darkness surrounds

Newton. Newman says that their behavior

isn't civil, and for some strange

reason, Newton changes his tune. He says

that Newman is right and I can't

understand what's happening. She's in

complete shock as Newton simply says

that everyone here is a friend. They

shouldn't be doubting each other and

they can wait until the battle is over

to discuss this further. Ain wonders

what happened to him because this wasn't

part of their plan. Newton simply says

that Ain is still injured so she should

have Nightingale take care of her. Ain

is horrified as she realizes that Newman

and Nightingale have done something to

him. Newton tells her not to be shy so

she slaps him across the face. She tries

to snap him out of this but he just says

that she's acting like a brat that's

afraid of needles. He uses his ability

and creates a giant hole in the ground.

He can tell that she wants to play hard

ball, so he says that he will rip off a

couple of her limbs. Ain begins to tear

up as she can't believe what she is

hearing. Back with Hiroshi, we see that

Redell has just landed the final blow.

Redell couldn't be happier about their

duel and he says that Hiroshi has

outdone himself. Toya arrives and Redell

reveals something to him. He says that

Toya will find a maze of poisonous

plants on the other side of this fort.

He instructs our hero to just go

straight through because Yang awaits him

in the tyrant's castle. Hiroshi managed

to do fatal damage to him as well. So

Redel's life comes to an end. Luckily,

Hiroshi gets up and Toy is glad to see

that he's okay. Hiroshi says that the

duel was a magical time because he was

finally able to fight on his own terms.

Not for any ideal or cause or victory,

but just out of pure instinct. Toya

urges him to come back to base so he can

get treated. But Hiroshi says that this

is the end of the line for him. His body

begins to fade away and he tells Toya

that he should get going. Before he

leaves, Hiroshi tells Toya to take his

talent. His immortality will undoubtedly

be of great use to him. Toya is

surprised, but Hosshi reminds him that

he wanted to steal his immortality

before. Toya admits that that was how he

felt, but that was before they became

friends. There is still so much he wants

to ask, and he doesn't want things to

end this way. Hiroshi says that his

naivity is exactly why he wants to

entrust his talent to him. He points out

that time is short and Toya sees that

Hiroshi is not regenerating anymore. He

is falling apart and his life is going

to end. Hiroshi tells Toya to do this

for him as his friend. Taking his power

is the one and only favor he wants. As

his final act, Hiroshi tells Toya that

needing multiple returner talents just

to surpass his brother says a lot about

what kind of person Seiya must have

been. He then wishes Toya good luck and

the two say their farewells. Toya takes

Hiroshi's talent and he passes away. The

talent called hearkening soul now

belongs to Toya. After taking in

everything that just happened, Toya

reminds himself to keep moving forward.

He arrives at a graveyard and realizes

that the castle is surrounded by graves.

For some reason, the names of greatates

are written on the tombstones. One name

catches his attention because it's

Hiroshi's. Toya forces himself not to

think about it and reminds himself to

focus on moving forward. To motivate

himself, he remembers all the

humiliation he used to face. In the

castle, Yang points out that they lost

their eyes when Hitler was defeated.

They can't see anything now, and they

have no idea if who they're waiting for

will show up. The prophecy guy says that

he will make another prophecy, but Yang

says it won't be necessary. This is

because Toya has already arrived and

Yang welcomes him. Yang says that he's

impressed that Toya made it this far.

Toya has heard plenty about this guy and

Yang supposedly has the most powerful

talent of all time. Toya doesn't waste

any time and he reveals that it's his

goal to obtain talents just like Yangs.

He reincarnates himself and declares

that Yang's talent will be his. Yang

just smiles and says that if he insists,

it's time for some fun. Their fight

begins immediately and Yang is somehow

able to disappear in an instant. Their

battle intensifies and the girl thinks

about how they're supposed to keep Toya

alive. Toya manages to land what seems

like a direct hit and he thinks he's

done some damage. The girl wonders how

this is possible. And the other guy

explains that Toya used the right arm of

the thief. He pickpocketed the inner

core of the boulder and hid himself

inside. From there, he deployed the Lord

impaler stakes that he stole from Vlad

and launched the counterattack from

inside. Yang says it was a good strategy

and not bad for quick thinking. However,

he reveals his talent called omni

receptacle. It allows him to control

various objects with his malice and turn

anything into his own personal weapons.

All things in the universe kneel to him

and he sends everything crashing down

around Toya. Just like that, the fight

is over and Toya is left with a hole in

his chest. Yang picks him up and tells

him that instead of spacing out, Toya

should use his talent to heal himself.

Just then, Toya finds himself seated in

front of Yang. For some strange reason,

Yang doesn't seem hostile at all. Toya

tries to use Hiroshi's immortality to

recover, but the healing is painfully

slow. Yang notices this and says that

even though Toya can steal talent, it's

still inferior to the original. He

watches Toya struggle and then says

something that catches Toya completely

off guard. He tells Toya that he really

does take after his brother. Toya

demands to know what he means and Yang

asked Toya if he still wants to surpass

Seiya. Toya is stunned because Yang

knows his brother's name. Yang says, "Of

course he does because he and Seiya were

original members of the Force of the

Great. He reveals that Seiya was the

only returner who was ever truly a match

for him." Toya can barely process what

he's hearing because he had no idea that

his brother was a returner. Yang

confirms it, but then says something

even more surprising. He tells Toya that

the Seiya he knows is nothing but an

illusion built from sparse childhood

memories mixed with public achievements.

He asks Toya if he wants to get to know

the real Seiya and he offers to show him

everything about his brother all the way

to the very end. Yang stabs Toya and

shows him a vision of the past. [music]

We are taken back to when the force of

the greats was first being formed. Ain

is taking care of Seiya who just had an

intense training session with Yang. Hin

says that Yang shouldn't go so hard, but

Sei tells her that he was the one that

asked Yang to train him. More

importantly, Yang wants to know why

everyone is at their hideout. Newman and

Picasso have also shown up uninvited,

and Young is annoyed that they keep

leaving their stuff around. Newman

[clears throat] wonders why the

so-called world's strongest is so

bothered. She points out that Sey is his

apprentice, so it's only natural that

they'd want to come here to check on

him. Picasso says that she's sad that

she missed their training session

because she would have loved to paint

them. Newman is also upset because she

could have gotten more data. Yang mocks

them for being big brain nerds who don't

know anything about martial arts. Newman

fires back by putting a complex geometry

equation in front of him that he can't

answer. She says that Da Vinci could

have answered it without batting an eye.

Da Vinci is what they call Seiya and his

talent is called universal vessel. It

allows him to excel in a wide range of

disciplines. It's an incredibly fitting

talent for someone renowned as a

multi-talented genius. Newman says that

someday Da Vinci will surpass all of

them and become the most talented

individual that the world has ever seen.

When that day comes, humankind may

witness their first god. Yang then tells

Toya the problem with most returners.

Despite having talents of world-changing

proportions, most of them had no

ambitions or goals and just lived

aimlessly. However, Seiya stood out

because he was different. After training

is done, Seiya asks Yang to take him

home. Yang takes him home and he

apologizes for cutting his face. In

order to use his talent, Yang has to

inflict bodily harm on someone. Seiya

wonders if he would like to look around,

but Yang says that it might be a problem

if people notice his petals. Seiya

promises that no one will notice because

he has a talent for concealing flower

petals. The returner of the great modern

magician Houdini taught him how to use

it. Yang is not surprised as he realizes

that that's how Seiya has been able to

integrate himself into normal society.

Just then, a guy named Kea arrives to

have a training session with Seiya. Yang

notices that a young Toya is watching

and he wonders what he's doing here.

Toya calls him a trespasser and he

wonders why Yang was talking to his

brother. They're interrupted as Seya

begins his training session. Toya is in

complete amazement and Yang can tell

that he looks up to his big brother.

Yang tells him not to bother trying to

compete with his brother because no one

can live up to him. Toya is furious to

learn that this guy's just like the rest

of him because he also thinks he's

useless. Toya rushes off upset, but Yang

says that it's probably for the best.

Toya doesn't know anything about

returners, and Yang knows that he can't

just tell him that Seiya is no longer

human. Kea dominates the match, but

Seiya says that they should go again. A

while later, Seiya finishes another

training session with Yang. Seiya never

gives up, so Yang wonders where all his

drive comes from. He points out that

someone who trains as hard as Seiya does

every single waking moment must have

some goal beyond just pride and desire.

He jokingly wonders if Seiya is trying

to conquer the world. He offers to help

him since that's exactly what his

omnireceptical talent was made for. Yang

gets upset when Seiya laughs and Seiya

says that the world domination thing

caught him off guard. Yang demands to

know what his real goal is, so Seya gets

quiet and says that he simply wants to

be a good big brother. He explains that

he has a younger brother who's quite a

bit smaller than him. Yang remembers him

from the other day and he says that he

knows a little brat. Seiya explains that

his brother is diligent and hardworking

and very competitive. He's always been

trying to play catch-up with him and

Seiya says that he's proud of that.

However, at the same time, he feels

guilty because all of his supposed

talent was just given to him by the

pedals. He didn't earn it fair and

square. And because of that, he still

can't look his little brother in the

eyes. He's afraid that if he did, his

brother would see right through him and

come to resent him. All he wants is to

do some good for the world so that

someday he can look at Toya with his

head held high. He is not collecting

talents because he wants to become one

of the greats. He just wants to be a big

brother that his brother can

[clears throat] be proud of and he's

willing to do anything. Yang asked Toya

what the greatest good Seiya can think

of is. And Seiya thinks about it

seriously before saying maybe world

peace. Yang bursts out laughing and

Seiya tells him that he doesn't have a

laugh on his face. Yang composes himself

and says that they can do it together.

He calls out to the others and Picasso

immediately say that they're in. The

only one left is Newman who says that

she will take a pass. She explains that

she hates expending energy toward things

with no concrete solution. World

domination is more feasible because you

just have to eliminate all resistance,

but world peace is a pipe dream. The

world is filled with problems and it's

impossible to know where to start, even

for a genius. Yang calls her out and

says that she is just scared. Yang says

that she can sleep her days away while

they do it without her. Newman runs over

his foot because of the hostility and

she says that she thought their mission

was supposed to be world peace. Newman

agrees to join them and says that

they're moving on from playing around at

the hideout. Yang tells Seya that he

should decide their first move now that

they're officially the forest of the

greats. They have brought together some

of the greatest talents in history, so

they might as well go all out. Yang goes

to his hideout and tells his group about

the forest of the greats. He explains

that they're rallying around the genus

Da Vinci with the goal of establishing

world peace. Hitler is upset because he

can tell that Yang came here to

eliminate them for being non greats.

Hitler used his mastermind ability and

it made it easy for him to figure out.

It makes sense because the world can't

have peace with sinners like them

around. The girl named Arman says that

he's wrong because Yang is trying to

help them. Hitler tells her to stay away

from Yang because she might become his

first victim. Yang makes it very clear

that he's actually here to recruit them

to the Forest of the Great. Hitler calls

him foolish and reminds him that they're

non great class returners. Yang points

out that he's a sinner, too, but they

still let him join. It's called the

Forest of the Great simply because its

members strive to do great things. He

points out that Hitler's the one doing

the discriminating and Hitler says that

it's not so simple. He reminds Yang that

there are some returners with

troublesome impulses that are caused by

their talents. The great and the sinners

are not the same because all sinners

eventually commit crimes. Yang tells him

not to worry because he has it all

figured out. If anyone gets completely

consumed by their talent, he will

eliminate them himself. The next time

Yang sees Seiya, Seiya asks him if he

can help move some stuff. Yang says that

he's wasting his time doing odd jobs and

he wonders if he's come up with the

first step for the forest of the greats.

Yang calls him indecisive and Seya says

that it's an important decision. Yang

notices that there are more people here

and Sea explains that they're returner

friends of Newman. Yang says that he

also has about a 100 people he wanted to

recommend, most of them without greatass

talents. Sinners have a bad reputation,

so Yang wonders if Seiya will still

welcome them. Seiya immediately says

that anyone Yang vouches for is welcome.

With that settled, the two of them

joined the rest of their group. Yang

explains to Toya that a group of people

who had all caved into despair and cut

their own throats had somehow unified.

They found purpose in life by chasing

one foolish dream. He says that it only

happened because Sei was the heart of it

all. Yang admits that he wouldn't have

been able to do it himself because he

can't do anything without harming

others. Seiya, on the other hand, had a

limitless amount of compassion, and

that's what made Yang think that he

could be the leader they needed. A while

later, Seiya calls a meeting and Yang

wonders why he only invited founding

members. We see that Seiya's demeanor is

completely different as he says that

he's made his decision on the group's

first move. Yang is surprised because

Sey looks serious in a way he usually

doesn't, and it almost looks like he's

been crying. Seiya pushes past Yang's

concern and announces that the Force of

the Great's first step toward world

peace will be the eradication of all

sinner class returners. Yang is shocked

and Seiya explains his reasoning. If

returners are those who can bring about

world peace, then the opposite is also

true. The sinners pose a great risk,

which is why they will start by

eradicating them. Yang is furious

because that's not what they agreed on.

Ain reminds him that he agreed to do

whatever Da Vinci said, but Yang is

still furious. He doesn't want to hear

any justification. He just wants Seiya

to take it back. Seiya explains that he

had Newman conduct some research, and

she found that the crime rate among

returners is on the rise, mainly because

of those consumed by their talents. The

public is completely unaware of

returners and they cannot defend

themselves against powerful talents. The

forest is the only group capable of

dealing with them. Yang is not buying it

and he once again demands for Seiya to

take it back. Just then, Seiya reveals

that his brother was attacked by a

returner. Luckily, the forest was able

to fight the attacker back and they

saved Toya's life. Because of the wounds

and eyewitness accounts, they were able

to determine that the culprit was a

sinner. Yang realizes immediately that

this is why Seiya made the decision.

Yang tells Toya that he was the driving

force behind all of his brother's

decisions. Seiya wanted to establish

world peace for Toya's sake, but anyone

who tried to hurt him had to face

justice. Seiya declares to the others

that all centerass returners must be

eradicated. Yang refuses and says that

there are plenty of harmless centerass

returners. Seiya has already made his

decision because they have to draw the

line somewhere before it's too late. He

declares that the existence of centerass

returners is a direct threat to world

peace. Yang tells Seiya that if this is

how he really feels, then he should

start with him. He admits that he can't

deny the threat, but he is furious with

himself now for having given the sinners

any hope. He's ready for Seiya to end

his life, and he just wants him to

promise that the forest will achieve

world peace. Seiya is hesitant, so Yang

wonders what the problem is. He wonders

if he's going to give him a free pass

just because they're friends. Yang gets

really furious now and he calls Seiya

foolish. Seiya reminds everyone that his

talent belongs to Yang Yu, the tyrant

who massacred hundreds of thousands of

people. Yang's anger shakes the entire

room and he wonders if Se is going to

let him live while eliminating others

simply because they're friends. He

points out that he has friends who are

centerass returners. He can't just sit

by and watch as they get eliminated. He

fears that Seiya might even ask him to

help him do it. He won't stand for being

used as a toy and Sei's self-righteous

ego trip and he declares that this means

war. Newman tries to stop Yang, but it's

too late. Yang sends his fist right

through Seiya's chest and everyone

watches in horror. Hin uses her ability

to land an attack, but she misss Yang's

vitals. Newman and the others are about

to attack, but Seiya takes a hold of

him. Seiya takes him somewhere else, and

Yang wonders why he's trying to save

him. Seiya is trying to help him escape,

and Yang can't understand why. He begins

to wonder if Seiya is trying to

eliminate the sinners or help them.

Seiya simply apologizes and Yang

remembers how indecisive he can be. Yang

admits that he should have known

something from the beginning. There's no

way Seiya actually wanted to hurt

someone in the name of progress. It was

just the rage he felt after seeing his

injured brother that pushed him over the

edge. Yang tells him that it's not too

late and they can still find a middle

ground. Seiya's life is quickly coming

to an end and he says that he has a

request. He asked Yang to tell Toya that

he is sorry for not being a better big

bigger brother to him. Yang reminds

Seiya that he's not a big softy like

him. So if he wants his brother to know,

then he better tell him himself. Seiya

[snorts] agrees as he says that he needs

to face his brother himself. As Seiya's

life fades away, Yang says that Toya

will forgive him because after all, he's

the little brother Seiya's so proud of.

Once that is done, he can dedicate

himself to making it up to him. Seiya

passes away and Toya tries to reach out

to his brother. Yang tells Toya that he

never should have put the burden of

world peace on Seiya. If Seiya had just

stayed focused on making Toya proud, he

could have lived happily. Yang admits

that he's to blame for Seiya's death,

but he will not apologize for it. Toya

absorbs everything he just saw, and he

surprisingly thanks Yang. He says that

his brother was a returner, not a

genius. He was always struggling to

succeed, and most of all, he was always

thinking of Toya. Seeing that side of

him for the first time has put Toya's

mind at ease. Yang wonders if that's all

and Toya says it's all he can really

say. However, he points out that Yang

didn't show him Seiya's past just so he

would know the truth. He can tell that

Yang is trying to motivate him into

doing something. Yang confirms that he

is and he tells Toya that he simply

wants him to stop Newman. Toya is

confused at first, but he starts to

piece it together. He wonders if

convincing the forest to stop

eradicating sinners would allow everyone

to coexist. Yang tells him that the

problems already solved and the sinners

point out the graveyard outside to help

settle everything. The army of sinners

plan to get completely wiped out from

the very beginning. Toy is still a bit

confused because he saw some tombstones

for some great. The other sinners

explained that they were ordered to

honor both friend and foe. So they made

graves for every name that appeared in

the prophecy. Toya wonders if the

sinners are gone then wouldn't Newman

and the force just disband. Yang says

that it's not likely because Newman is

clearly plotting something. She used

Seya's dream of world peace as a cover

for her true intentions. Once all the

centerass returners are eliminated, Yang

wonders who Newman will go after next.

Toya can't believe what he's hearing.

But before he can respond, they hear a

loud noise outside. Yang tells everyone

to get behind him, but it just turns out

to be Caesar. Toy is stunned to see

Caesar standing here and Yang confirms

that Caesar is one of his five tiger

generals who he sent to spy on the

forest all along. Caesar has brought the

injured Jubet and he tells everyone to

make sure that her life doesn't end. He

explains that they have bigger problems

because Haido chased them all the way

here. The door is broken open and Caesar

declares that Haido has arrived. Toya is

completely shocked as he sees that Haido

has transformed into some kind of

monster. Toya stares at the transformed

Haido and he can barely believe that

it's her. She lets out a loud scream and

Yang explains what's going on. He says

that Haido was so willing to give up

anything for power that it turned her

into a monstrosity. Toya is worried

about her and he says that they can't

just leave her like this. [music] Yang

agrees and declares that they will make

her human again before it's too late

whether she wants it or not. It won't be

easy. So Yang says that it's time to get

heavy-handed. Nas checks his prophecy

and says that fighting her head-to-head

will be an uphill battle even with

Yang's powers. Yang can already tell,

which is why he says that he's going to

use something. He [snorts] tells Caesar

to buy him some time and he instructs

the others to stand back. The girl is

worried about him, but he assures her

that he'll be fine and there's no need

for her to use her talent. Yang prepares

himself and Caesar summons some of his

weapons. Haido escalates without

hesitation and unleashes the hundred

hued corpse attack. She destroyed

Caesar's weapons and he is stunned

because she multiplied her arms. She

uses the same attack again, but this

time Caesar blocks it. He says that her

flimsy sword could never be enough to

best his tower shield. Unfortunately for

him, she has a thousand hued corpse

attack and it destroys his shield. Haido

nearly ends his life and Toya wonders

what's going on. Something strange is

happening because it looks like Haido's

attacks are being warped. Dharm explains

that it's all thanks to Nas. It turns

out that his prophecy talent does more

than just tell the future. By adding or

erasing parts of the prophecy, he can

actually alter the future itself. It's

incredibly powerful, but it has its

limits. Nas scribbles furiously in the

background trying to keep up, and he

jokes about getting tendinitis from all

the writing. Even with Nas bending fate

in their favor, Caesar admits that he's

struggling to take the offensive against

Haido. The prophecy keeps saying that

Caesar gets fatally stabbed by Haido. So

Nas has to work hard to change the

prophecy over and over again. The

prophecies are terrifying. So Nas says

that Haido is a real monster. Just then,

Nas's book turns black and the prophecy

says that his life is coming to an end.

Haido uses her most devastating

technique yet called the infinite death

stroke and Caesar tries to warn Nas. The

attack is too fast though and Haido ends

Nas's life. Caesar is furious, but Haido

uses another ability. It's called the

Paththeia spirit lock, and so it can

feel that Haido is exuding immense

pressure. She has surrounded everyone

with swords of malice to lock them all

down. Caesar points out that even she is

surrounded, so she can't move either. He

is shocked though when she approaches

him because that should be impossible.

She uses another attack and ends

Caesar's life. Yang is still preparing

himself and he commends Nas and Caesar

for fighting well. Haido goes to attack

him next, but the area is covered in

darkness. Yang tells Haido not to worry

because he won't take her life. However,

he warns that she's going to wish that

he had. He does something with his

ability and Haido screams in agony. Toya

wonders where they went and Armen

explains what's happening. Haido and

Yang are now inside something called the

Black Death. It's a confined barrier

created by Yang's Omni Recepticle. Omni

receptacle is a talent for control. And

inside this space, Yang controls

everything down to the molecular level.

He once described it to Armont as a

miniature big bang. Toya is horrified

and he demands to know how Haido is

supposed to survive something like that.

Arman reminds him that Yang said that

she would be fine, but Toya determines

that he has to do something. No matter

who controls this space, as long as

Haido's inside it, he can steal her away

with his ability. Toya uses the right

arm of the thief and he punches the

black space inside this world Yang

created for her. Haido hears a voice.

She sees an image of her father and he

asks her if she still wants power. Haido

knows her answer as she thinks back to

the promise she made with Toya. Just

then she hears Toya screaming her name

and she screams his name back. Toya

grabs her and tries to pull her out.

Yang's black death is broken and Arma

wonders if it's all over. Yang says that

this is only the beginning and we see

that Toya has Haido in his arms.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the

world, Itsuki and Yoshiki are conducting

more research. Itsuki wonders if there

are any new developments and Yoshiki

says that there's nothing. He's tried

looking at this branch of reincarnation

from every angle, but he hasn't found

anything out. Itsuki points out that

that's not what he's talking about.

They've been looking into the strange

transmissions and phenomena that have

been appearing lately. Unfortunately,

it's not going well because they haven't

been able to identify the source of the

transmission. Satellite imagery is being

partially overridden and any news media

reporting on strange events is being

systematically tampered with. They

assume that the returners are behind it

because Toya disappeared on the same day

all of this started. Just Toya appears

before them and everyone is shocked.

Toya urgently says that his friends need

treatment, so Atuki calls for a medic.

The others wonder if it's really okay to

help them. So, Itsuki says that Toya is

his friend. [music] Itsuki goes on alert

when he sees that Yang is here, but Yang

tells him that they're not here to

fight. Yang knows all about them, and he

says that they have an impressive track

record. They have captured and

eliminated several returners and

conducted lots of research on how the

pedals and branches work. Yoshiki points

out that that's supposed to be top

secret information, and Itsuki realizes

what happened. He figures out that N

allowed himself to be captured so he

could gain information. Yang says that

they don't have time to chat because the

enemy is on the move. Itsuki thought

that they were the enemy, but Yang

reveals that someone else is the real

threat. Just then, every screen in the

room goes dark and their firewall is

breached. They realize that they're

being hacked and we see that every

screen in the world is being affected.

Phones die everywhere and all devices

cut out simultaneously. Yoshiki wonders

who could pull this off and a logo

appears on every screen. An emergency

broadcast is announced and the voice is

Newman's. She introduces herself and the

force of the greats to the humans of the

world. She explains that they are an

organization working toward world peace

through the use of historical talents.

She describes their mission as

eliminating centerass returners who use

their evil talents to harm others.

Itsuki immediately tells Yoshiki to

trace his signal, but there's nothing

they can do. Newman keeps talking and

explains that no matter how many sinners

they eliminate, those sinners simply get

reborn in the cycle of reincarnation.

She asked the world if the only choice

is to sit by and watch as tragic events

repeat themselves over and over again.

Her answer to this question is no. They

will eliminate the sinners however times

is necessary. However, her solution

shocks the entire world. She says that

to accomplish this goal, humans must

die. Every human on Earth has the

potential to awaken an evil talent, and

because of that, they're all potential

threats. She announces what she calls

the humanity of greats plan. The forest

will kill the vast majority of humanity,

but keep a manageable number alive to

cultivate. Toya is horrified to hear

this because Newman has hijacked Seiya's

dream of world peace to serve her own

twisted purposes. Newman goes on to

explain that the survivors will be

forced to use a branch of reincarnation.

Anyone who awakens a great class talent

will be welcomed into the fold. However,

anyone who awakens a sinnerclass talent

will be disposed of. Anyone with no

talent at all will simply perish. Newman

declares that this will create a new

world filled with only greatness. Then

the force will stand at the pinnacle of

all human history. That's her humanity

of greats plan and she says that it

begins now. She then reveals that they

have prepared a demonstration of their

power. That way, the humans can decide

for themselves whether they're capable

of enacting this plan. She tells

everyone to sit back and watch, and she

calls on a returner named Noble. Noble

receives approval for detonation, so he

uses his level one annihilation bomb. He

says that he's commencing the purge, and

he releases a small ball of energy. This

thing is tiny, but it causes an insane

amount of damage. Yoshiki is horrified

as an enormous chunk of Australia

vanishes from the map entirely. Newman

then calls in another returner named

Tesla. Tesla disables his own safety

protocols and fires another

demonstration that blasts a massive hole

in another part of the Earth. Itsuki

can't believe that this is all

happening, but Toya tells him to look at

something else. Newman calls in another

returner named Gagurin, and we see that

he's in space. Gagarin says that his

orders are unfortunate, but it has to be

done for the greater good of humankind.

He announces that the trajectories are

calculated and the impact points are

confirmed. Gaguran then drops something

from orbit and it strikes with

catastrophic force. Newman says that

this is only a fraction of the total

power the force of the greats possesses.

However, she tells everyone not to

worry. She will give humanity a 3-month

grace period and their plan will not be

executed until January 1st. It's a

parting gift and she tells everyone to

enjoy the last of their days. After her

broadcast ends, all the screens in the

room explode. Yang reveals that Newman

has been watching Atsuki's group. He

then explains that she has a second

talent called cyber mastermind. It turns

the vast of electronic signals around

the world into her own personal garden.

Toya is stunned because he thought the

computational prediction was Newman's

only talent. Yang points out that no one

said the returners were limited to one

talent.

>> [music]

>> Itsuki doesn't like how Yang is talking

like it's not his problem and he points

out that Yang will have to fight too.

Yang says that he would like to help but

he reveals that he's severely injured.

He determines that Newman only made her

big move now knowing that he would be

out of the picture. Back with the

greats, Newman says that the limitangs

lifespan was just as she calculated with

almost no margin of error. Newman says

that it was still a gamble because the

sinners could have attacked them at the

last moment. Newman reveals that she

already accounted for this and she calls

forth a bunch of returners. She explains

that she assembled more than enough of a

fighting force. Newton is surprised to

see Tesla and Noble here because they

were just on the other side of the

globe. He's stunned when Newman says

that she simply teleported them here.

Newton's delighted to see that she has

everything figured out, but hearing the

word teleportation brings him some

memories. Memories of a girl flood his

mind and he's overwhelmed with pain.

Newman tells Night andale to take a look

at him, but he says that he's fine. He

wonders where Ain is, and Newman's

surprised that he doesn't remember. She

reminds him that he disposed of that

traitor with his own two hands. After he

was done, there was nothing left of her

but a leg. Newton is horrified to hear

this, and he struggles to accept it.

Newman determines that their control

over him is starting to wear off, so she

tells Nightingale to fix it. Newton

can't move, so he wonders what they did

to him. Newman reveals that Nightingale

has a secondary talent called Shadow of

Chimera that allows her to enslave

anyone that she treats. It's modeled

after Legends of the Wounded Soldiers so

pleased by her caring touch that they

would kiss her shadow. Newman's

disappointed because Ain could have

lived if they had both just accepted

enslavement. Newton is furious, so he

points out to everyone else that Newman

is behind everything and they have to

stop her. Unfortunately, it's no use as

Newman explains that everyone here is

already under Night andale's control.

During her time here at the Forest of

the Great, Newman has ensured that all

injured members were healed by

Nightingale. Slowly but surely, she's

increased the number of pawns at her

disposal. Newman shows how crazy she is

as she declares that everything went

exactly according to her calculations.

She thinks really highly of herself and

she says that her own talent even scares

her sometimes. Newton realizes that she

was also controlling Seiya. He is

furious and he wonders if she thinks

that Seiya's dreams of peace were just a

joke. She calls him a fool and Newman

realizes something else. He has

determined that Newman is also being

controlled. Newman denies it, but the

tears covering her face reveal the

truth. Newman says that being enslaved

doesn't actually change their

personality or persona. However, having

their thoughts warped causes physical

pain because they're subconsciously

trying to resist it. Newton has come to

realize that Nightingale is the lunatic

who must be stopped. Back with our hero,

Yang says that this goes beyond Newman.

In all likelihood, every returner in the

forest of the greats is being controlled

by someone. However, he points out that

there's a silver lining to this. It

means they only have to defeat the

puppet master behind the scenes and not

the entire group. Itsuki doesn't want to

be bored by any of these details because

he has better things to do. He explains

that he only took on this job and did

research into the pedals for one thing.

His entire goal is to find out who is

behind Seiya's murder. Yang reveals that

it was him and Arma has to stop Itsuki

from ending his life. Itsuki tells her

to get out of his way, but even Toya

tries to calm him down. He explains that

Sey and Yang were tricked into fighting

one another. Toya knows that they have

to do something, but even he is not

convinced that they can. He wonders what

chance they stand of finding the

mastermind while fending off the forest

of the greats. Just then, Yang tells him

not to worry. He says that they will

have the world's strongest and greatest

talent on their side. Toya points out

that he is injured, so Yang can't use

his omni receptacle, but that's not what

Yang meant. Yang tells Toya that he

could just steal his talent. Toya is

shocked and Yang reminds him that his

reason for becoming a returner was to

surpass Seiya. Yang says that with his

talent, everything in the universe will

be under Toya's control. Toya refuses

and reveals that he's lost all desire to

surpass his brother. Toya admits that

all their problems could be solved if he

had the omni receptacle, but he knows

the truth. Yang never used it for that,

so there must be a good reason. Yang

fought against his primal urges and made

it this far. So Toya says that he will

do the same. Yang wonders if Toya is

really that confident, but he is not. He

doesn't know how he will do it, but he

says that he will find a way to win.

Yang then holds Armon close and tells

her that it's time. Toya is concerned,

but Yang says that there's no need to

worry. He says that he's entrusting them

with all the intel that they gathered on

the members of the Forest of the Great

along with Caesar's research on the

pedals. He then turns to Toya and says

goodbye. Toya tells them to say how to

say it for him and they disappear. Yang

brings Arman to the graveyard and he

says that they should at least get to

choose their final resting place. She

calls it romantic and he says that they

don't call him the world's strongest for

nothing. Arman thanks him and she pulls

out a dagger. Armand uses her ability

and pierces herself through the chest. A

flashback then reveals how Yang and

Armont first met. Yang found Armont just

after she had awakened her talent. Her

talent is called the angel of

assassination and it allows her to take

the life of anyone in exchange for her

own. Yang was delighted to hear this and

he wondered whose life she wanted to

take. Armont was very angry inside and

she said that she had so many people

that she wanted to eliminate. She was

surprised when Yang told her that that

would be a waste. He said that her life

was very valuable so she shouldn't waste

it on some jerk. Arman was confused

because she didn't know who to use her

talent on if it wasn't for someone she

hated. She becomes upset and she begins

to wonder why she ended her own life in

the first place. Arman is completely

stunned when Yang says that it was for

love. He pointed out that humans are

born in solitude and they die in

solitude. However, Arman's talent allows

her to bend that rule. He said that if

she asked him, there was no greater

happiness than passing from this world

with someone by your side. That's

especially true if that person is

someone you love. Armont was quick to

point out that she had nobody like that.

Yang told her that she could just find

someone and that she could spend her

whole life searching for a perfect

ending. He offered to help her and she

called him quite the romantic. Yang said

of course and they don't call him the

world's strongest for nothing. Yang

introduced her to the others, but Hitler

didn't like her. She's always fidgeting

and it annoyed Hitler. Yang had to

remind him that the strong shouldn't

Hiller said that he didn't mind her

joining them. Yang said that he hopes

Arman finds someone worthy of being with

until the very end. With that out of the

way, Yang declared that they should all

enjoy each other's company.

Unfortunately, it didn't last long as we

see what happened after Yang was

betrayed by the forest of the greats. He

was covered in blood and Norman was

furious. She declared that the attackers

would pay with their lives, but Yang

stopped her. He told everyone not to do

anything rash, but Hitler said that they

couldn't just let them walk all over

them. Yang explained that ending lives

out of anger accomplishes nothing. He

declared that they would all go their

separate ways and he would get to the

bottom of this himself. Arman told Yang

to hurt her, but he was confused. She

reminded him that he could do anything

as long as he had a blood offering. She

told him that he could use her by giving

her a cut. Yang insisted that she

stopped messing around, but she was very

serious. She explained that Yang gave

them all a reason to live and she didn't

want him to give up on them. The rest of

them agreed and said that they couldn't

just stand by after seeing what the

greats did to Yang. Yang called them a

bunch of idiots, but he accepted their

decision. He said that it was time to go

and he cut Armon's cheek. Yang created

the castle and came up with this plan.

Na said that everyone was happy with it

because it gave their life a purpose.

Yang's plan for all their lives to end

was perfect for them. Back to the

present, Armont apologizes. It's because

of them that Yang won't be able to get

revenge for what happened to Seiya. Yang

tells her that it's not her fault

because that is what he chose. He

preferred spending his time with them

and meeting his end here. He entrusted

everything else to Toya and he has no

regrets. Armont is relieved, but Yang

says that he might actually have one

regret. It's not finding the perfect

someone for Armont to be with in the

end. Arm has a good laugh and says that

she ended up with a short straw. Yang

says of course and they don't call him

the world's unluckiest for nothing. As

their lives end, they say good night to

each other and they share a kiss.

Arman's final words are that Yang is a

short straw that she would love to pick

over and over if the petals of

reincarnation were ever to bloom again.
