whether or not a given person is

methods are confidential,

Well, we begin with
psychological questionnaires,

-interviews and so on.

who make the first cut

move to a more extended
period of training.

Yes. I met Mr. Costley
in the autumn of 2008,

when he applied
to join the security services.
