there is all around.

So, was it possibly built for
some other reason?

That's what we're here to

Where would they go to
remaining control

when everything falls apart?

There are so many government
conspiracies, it can be hard to

tell what's real
and what's not.

in July of 2025.

Multiple flash flood
evacuations this 4th of July.

All of this happened
during a storm

that nobody anticipated
overnight.

More than 16 inches of rain

slammed into the Texas
hill country that night.

The National Weather Service
called it catastrophic.

By the time it was over,
135 people were dead.

While the state of Texas
and the local community

searched for answers,
a parallel narrative snowballed.

The government keeps doing
this nonsense over

and over again.

Before the floodwaters
receded, videos and posts

circulated online claiming that
the flood was engineered,

just the latest incident in
a worldwide conspiracy

alleging that a cabal of elites
that control everything

from banking
to global politics

were also manipulating the
planet's most powerful force...

the weather.

There is an entire
atmospheric terraforming

geoengineering manipulation.

Right where the floods occur

is where the rain enhancement
projects are taking place.

Does the government just
flat-out--

do they have the ability
to manipulate the weather?

Yes, and yes.

From hurricanes
to floods to wildfires--

after every major
natural disaster,

the weather modification
conspiracy theory

consistently explodes online.

This is what weather warfare
looks like.

But this theory hinges
on two huge questions.

What would be the elite's
motive to control the weather?

And more importantly,
does the technology actually

exist to create disasters on
this scale?

On this episode,

I'm going to investigate
everything from

means to motive, starting with
the latest generation of

cloud seeding technology from
a startup that was initially

accused of causing
the Texas flood...

You can see how that would
scare somebody.

...investigating
the white streaks we all see

crisscrossing the sky
every day.

The sky itself is almost
a crime scene.

I'll then pressure test
the theory that lasers are

igniting devastating wildfires
across the country.

There really is strange movement
of the fires themselves.

I'll also take an exclusive tour

under Denver International
Airport to examine the theory

that the super rich are
preparing secret bunkers

for a global cataclysm.

My goal?

Find the truth behind
weather control.

Is it science, myth,
or are we at the dawn of

a worldwide catastrophe?

It's the middle of winter.

I'm deep in the Rocky Mountains,
about 100 miles west

of Denver, and I am shocked at

how little snow there is
out here.

This is my home.

I ski about 60 miles from here,
and there is almost

no snow on the ground.

There's no doubt that weather
extremes exist,

but does the power to
manipulate the weather to

those extremes really exist?

My first step towards answering
that question, I'm not just

meeting with anybody--
I'm meeting with

Augustus Dorico, the CEO of
Rainmaker Technology,

a company at the forefront of
cloud seeding technology,

and that faced initial blame

for the Guadalupe River
disaster.

People online have accused
both me and Rainmaker of having

caused the floods.

There have been threats leveled
against us, but I'm grateful to

be on here tonight just to set
the record straight

and to clarify
what cloud seeding can do.

I'm actually really surprised
to see how low the snow is

out here this time of year.

That's exactly why
we're cloud seeding,

because if you look around,
there's a historic lack of snow.

There's, right over here,
a burn scar from wildfire

because there hasn't been enough
water in the state.

And so what I'm about to show
you is one of the ways that

we're trying to bring more
water to Colorado

and to the rest of the Rockies.

Let me show you what we got
going on up here

in the mountains.

I'm not here for
a simple company demo.

I'm here to understand if what
Augustus is doing has

the potential to tip a storm
from harmless to deadly.

One way that we make more snow

with cloud seeding is with
machines like this.

- Ground generator.
- This isn't what I was
expecting it to look like.

This ground generator
aerosolizes silver iodide,

which then is ejected out of
that cylinder up top and is

lofted into the clouds,
which then freezes small liquid

drops into big enough
snowflakes so that they fall.

So what you're saying is it
doesn't really have to create

a cloud on its own, it just has
to create sort of

a chain reaction
in an existing cloud...
- Mm-hmm.

...that magnifies the amount of
snow the cloud would make?

Precisely. Yeah.

We haven't figured out how to
make clouds yet,

but making existing clouds snow
a bit more, we can do.

What is the contribution that
you would estimate you make to

the snowpack each year?

A little over 30 billion
gallons of water.

30 billion gallons of water
over all programs?

Across all of our operations
in the Western US.

You can see how that would
scare somebody.

That's-- that's a flood.
That's a monumental flood.

If it was 30 billion gallons
all in one place over a week,

that could be a problem.

But it's actually less than
a centimeter of snow

per each of our operations,
and our operations go over

the course of
the entire winter.

If you're making water to
basically supply the Southwest,

why does cloud seeding attract
so much conspiracy suspicion?

And why are there so many
critics to cloud seeding?

Most of the time,

once people actually find out
what cloud seeding is,

they're pretty on board
and excited about it.

But most people don't know
the difference between

cloud seeding and what they
believe to be chemtrails.

And so it all gets
lumped together.

Though the technology
Rainmaker has developed may be

aimed toward helping people,

cloud seeding has had
a darker chapter.

And ultimately, to
control the weather,

and he who controls the weather
will control the world.

At the height of
the Vietnam War,

the United States
launched Operation Popeye,

a classified program to seed

the clouds over
the Ho Chi Minh Trail

with silver and lead
iodide to increase rainfall

and disrupt Viet Cong
supply lines.

This is not a rumor.
It happened.

Operation Popeye was successful
at extending the monsoon season

for months in targeted regions.

The weather wasn't necessarily
weaponized, but it was what

we call a force multiplier,
and it was perfectly deniable.

It worked so well that by
the 1970s, the United Nations

had to put in place a ban on
environmental modification for

military use--
but here's the thing,

if this was possible 60 years
ago, how probable is it that

we can engineer storms
and weaponize weather

with more scale
and precision today?

Which brings us directly back
to Augustus

and the Guadalupe flood.

What's to prove that that event
wasn't in some way

tied to this technology?

So this is some of
our post-op analysis.

If you look at those
operations, we were working on

July 2nd, and we released
70 grams of silver iodide

100-plus miles from where
the floods occurred.

I would be surprised if
you could enhance it

more than 10%.

Based on
the current capability?

Based on
the current capability.

I'm not gonna lie, man,
I see the upside,

but the downside seems
significant also.

This could quickly be
weaponized.

That makes me feel like
the conspiracy theorists

out there may not be
that far off-target

by pushing back against
this technology.

Forget the geopolitical
dynamics.

Without these kinds of
innovations, we wouldn't live

in as abundant world.

And like, it's better that
people have more

abundant lives, so--

as a fighting tool,

American men and women, I would
choose this 100% of the time.

So you might see the upside as
being abundance for everyone.

But I promise you that
the elected officials

that you put in office see it
as much more than that.

Technology has been applied
for worse and for better.

But if you talk to the farmers
that we work with, if you talk

to the ski resorts that are
dependent on us, if you talk

to the conservationists,
they know that they need

more water and they know that
they need cloud seeding.

The internet is full of claims
that something or someone is

controlling the weather.

While you're busy keeping up
with the headlines,

Arkansas is flooding.

Why is this wildfire in
California shaped like

a laser beam cut it into
the mountain?

Research HAARP,
research chemtrails.

These claims may sound
fantastical, but there are

dozens of weather modification
programs going on all over

the world right now.

I'm looking at a website that
has them listed worldwide,

including weather modification
programs all across China

and parts of Asia,
greenhouse gas removal in

Europe, solar radiation
management in the Middle East.

By far the most common topic

in the geoengineering
conspiracy theory

are chemtrails--
chemical trails left behind

commercial jetliners intended
to modify the weather

for a multitude of reasons.

And in the past couple of
years, the idea that chemtrails

are real has taken on a life
of its own.

What are these lines in
the sky that we have all seen?

They're sprayed
particulate dispersion.

Tucker, they're being used as
a form of warfare.

I want to know once and for all,

what is the truth
behind chemtrails?

It's something we see in
the skies above us

all the time.

The long white lines that
aviation experts

call contrails,
but conspiracy theorists

call chemtrails.

Perhaps the greatest lie ever
perpetrated on populations all

over the world is
the condensation trail lie.

Some believe that it's about
poison being sprayed

into the atmosphere.

Barium salts are
in chemtrails.

They are 10,000 times more

toxic to your nervous system
than lead.

Still others say that
the strange lines in the sky

are there to reflect
the sunlight

and cool the earth.

You all want to
know what that [bleep] was

that came down last night, yeah?

Get yourself a magnet,
scrape it off your car,

and watch this.

It's [bleep] metal, bro.
[bleep] metal.

Others believe
chemtrails are actually full of

aerosolized metals.

They claim those metals are
secretly activated by

invisible frequencies
sent by antennas

hidden in cell phone towers

or a research facility in
Alaska called HAARP.

The frequencies heat up
the metals to supercharge

storms or even
change their direction.

Tell me that HAARP
can't steer storms.

This is the third hurricane in
a row that was supposed to

whack the East Coast, that all
of a sudden took a 90-degree

right-hand turn out into
the middle of the ocean.

So what's really going on?

Is it even possible to keep

a conspiracy of this size
under wraps?

And if so, who would have

the motive to
weaponize the skies?

When I was at the Air Force
Academy, I went through

flight training, so I know
a lot about this topic.

But one thing we learn at CIA
is to remain objective in case

there is something
being overlooked.

When I think about
the US government's top-secret

HAARP facility in Alaska?

The whole HAARP program--
they could create,

control, and steer
or kill hurricanes.

It's actually not that
top-secret.

There's no evidence
it's blasting frequencies into

the atmosphere to control
storms in North Carolina.

In reality, its antennae are
used to study things like

how solar storms affect GPS
in your car.

It's now a civilian-run
research facility.

And if you make it up there,

you can take a tour
for yourself.

I'm on my way to meet with
an aviation engineer

who actually runs
a flight school that trains

the same pilots
that go on to fly

the large commercial jetliners

that many people believe
are involved

in this chemtrail conspiracy.

to help me separate between

the facts and the fear.

This is a beautiful thing to
walk into.

Oh, thank you.

Now, I'm trying to dig deeper
into the conspiracies

surrounding chemtrails.

And chemtrails are a uniquely
aviation-based conspiracy.

Right.

As somebody who's dedicated
your life to the sky, what do

people misunderstand versus
what do conspiracists believe

about how these machines work?

First of all,
what is a contrail, right?

So anytime you have
a combustion reaction,

you're always gonna get
water vapor in

that combustion reaction.

And when you're up in
the atmosphere where

it's negative-30-degrees,
it's gonna immediately

freeze until ice crystals,

and that's what you're seeing
with a contrail.

So when we say contrail,
we're talking about

a condensation trail.
- Yes.

- Yeah.
- Water vapor that's released out
the back of an engine.

It's just ice crystals.

And that's why sometimes,
too, you'll see a plane flying

along and there's no trail.

And then all of a sudden you'll
see one because it hits that

layer where it's the perfect
conditions for that to form.

But what many conspiracy
theories focus on is something

called a chemical trail.
- Mm-hmm.

A trail of chemicals
that are left.

Yeah, I've heard that people
think that they come from

either the fuel system or maybe
that sometimes there's

an external system.

So if somebody were to install
something into the fuel that

could then be released into
the atmosphere,

how feasible is that?

So these airplanes won't work
very well if the fuel is not

exactly what we need it to be.

You're gonna see that in
the performance,

and it's not gonna be great.

We check the fuel every time,
so you're always getting

a sample of fuel.

It doesn't matter if
it's a small aircraft

or a really big jet.

How regulated is
the fuel industry for aircraft?

Incredibly, incredibly
regulated.

Um, so much so that we have
a really hard time getting

new fuels approved.

Now, what about the idea that
there could be some sort of

hidden tank in an aircraft
or some sort of hidden

storage unit that carries
a chemical for distribution?

In aviation, there are so many
people that have access to

the airplane itself.

Mechanics, people who work in
maintenance-- they know what's

happening with the systems all
the way to the pilots.

I mean, we're talking about
a massive amount of people

who would have to be willingly

poisoning everyone that
they know and love.

So that never really
made sense to me.

One of the biggest arguments
I hear about is that

there are so many more contrails
in the sky now

than there ever were before.
- Mm, yeah-- yes.

How do you explain that?

Commercial aviation has
increased 980% since the '70s.

- Wow.
- Even 75% since 2010.

Seems like there might be
better ways to do it

than with an aircraft.

Yeah, this would be a very
difficult route to go down.

But also, you know,
our weather is changing.

I mean, that's
a scientific fact.

I can understand people wanting
to put a reason behind it

and point fingers to
different entities, um,

instead of thinking that
there's something more outside

of our control
that's happening.

This conversation with Shelby
was really helpful in

understanding how complicated
a conspiracy like the one

behind chemtrails
would have to be.

I've been talking to a number
of my friends who are

still in the aviation industry,
and here's what

they've explained to me.

Every flight requires a minimum
of two pilots, two mechanics,

and eight ground crew,
equaling a total of

12 personnel per flight.

In addition to that, there are
27,000 flights a day.

27,000 flights times 12 people

give us a total of
324,000 interactions

between flight operations
and a human being per day.

So at a minimum, there are
324,000 interactions a day on

all aircraft among the 548,000
employees who work

in passenger travel every day.

That is a massive amount of
people to keep a secret.

You know the old maxim,
three people can keep a secret

if two of them are dead.

In covert operations, I would
not bet on those odds.

So I'm left wondering,

what is connecting all these
conspiracy theories together?

I'm so deep down this rabbit
hole of weather modification,

and I really feel like
I understand the parts,

but I'm not
understanding the whole.

What exactly is the conspiracy?

What is it that brings all
these different ideas together?

I need to talk to someone who's
been covering this for years,

who talks directly to
the believers

but isn't a believer himself.

So, I'm gonna reach out to
Eric Spitznagel

from the New York Post.

He's one of the preeminent
journalists on this topic,

and I know he'll have answers
that fill in the gaps

that I can't seem to
fill myself.

Eric, I've heard about
geoengineering, cloud seeding,

weather modification,
chemtrails, but what I'm not

understanding is how
they all tie together?

In a lot of ways, it comes
down to this sense of control.

There's no fact that sometimes
weather just happens.

It has to be,
who's doing this to me?

It usually has to do with,
the billionaire class is

doing something to us.

There's somebody in control,

that nothing happens
without a reason.

There are current efforts out
there specifically to

geoengineer a solution to
global warming.

How does that tie in with
global conspiracies

about weather modification?

People are so determined to

believe that there's evil
happening here.

The more often
researchers come out,

scientists come out and say,
"Yes, there is technology.

We are seeding.
We are doing things."

But there's no evil
behind the scenes

trying to sterilize people.

People want to believe.

So, the science is received as
further proof of a cover up.

What you're saying follows
what I learned at CIA,

that people make the leap from
protection or defense to

weaponization or offense
on their own.
- Right.

That's right.
That's 100% correct.

You've mentioned that
the kind of center villain

in this controversy consistently
is the wealthy.

- Yes.
- Why do you think that is
the target group?

Why do you think
they are the villain?

It's this mistrust.

It's-- some of it's deserved,
but there's a mistrust of

billionaires that
somehow the elite,

the billionaire class, want to
drive out communities off

valuable land, that the elite
are in charge of making sure

that they get
the most resources.

So, the details change,
but what stays the same is this

belief that a hidden group is
secretly reshaping the world

from above, and that the sky
itself is almost a crime scene.

That's the making of a killer

these conspiracies

in many ways, right?

How does that relate to
the idea that elites are trying

to steal valuable land?

Every time there's a fire,
"Maybe someone's using lasers

because it's not burning
the way we think it's going to."

It may sound far-fetched to
some, but conspiracy theorists

have claimed that giant
space-based laser weapons are

responsible for wildfires.

Eric reported on the claims
after the devastating

Lahaina fire in Maui, Hawaii.

They are still fighting fires

tonight on the Hawaiian island
of Maui.

I would bet a fair
amount of money that the fires

were set intentionally,
especially when you look at

the patterns, right?

You can see a big old circle,
like a ring of fire.

It really makes you wonder,

how would fire create
a pattern like that?

Can you explain how did
the conspiracy change with

the fires in Maui?

There were a couple
factors that were coming up.

There was one tweet in
particular that went just

haywire, where someone notated
that, well, look, this house is

burned down,
but right next to it,

these trees haven't
been touched.

So people looked at these
pictures and they thought,

well, that's selective
targeting going on.

The popular theory that came up
was lasers are pinpointing

exact places to fire down
and burn very specific parts of

the land, probably to drive
people out.

The other fascinating thing was
blue object theory.

Houses with blue roofs tended
not to burn.

So their theory was, well,

this is some kind of signal
to the cabal.

These are the houses
you don't destroy.

That's a fascinating theory,
the kind of theory

that would be-- you know,
belong in a thriller

or "James Bond."

It really does sound like
a Bond movie.

That's amazing.

But before I test whether these
wildfires could have been set

intentionally as part of some
large-scale plot

for a land grab, I have to
answer a broader question first.

If there were a group of people
trying to engineer

natural disasters,
where would they hide?

And the question to that answer
might be in my own backyard,

Denver International Airport.

And what many conspiracy
theorists believe

might be hidden underneath it.

Denver International is
my home airport.

I must use this airport
three times a month.

I'm driving on airport property
now, and have been for a while,

and you can just see how
expansive and how much coverage

there is, but it's
completely inefficient.

So was it possibly built for
some other reason?

That's what we're here to
find out.

Maybe these buildings are
being used for something else,

such as an underground bunker.
For who, you might ask?

We'll get into that.

The conspiracy theories about
Denver International Airport

started almost as soon as
it opened.

Originally designed for
an automated baggage system

that never worked,
rumors spread that

the airport's vast underground
corridors were connected to

a nationwide network controlled
by the Illuminati.

America's strangest airport
might be hiding

something disturbing.

And then there was the art.

Let's welcome travelers
to the symbol of tranquility to

calm their nerves.
This is perfect.

Then there were the murals

depicting war,
environmental collapse,

and a strange gargoyle near
baggage claim...

which all fed this idea that
the Denver Airport was much

more than just a regional
transportation hub.

Welcome to
Illuminati Headquarters.

If you live around here,
you're bound to hear

the rumors, so I'm looking

forward to seeing it
for myself.

Our airport escort just picked
us up and walked us through

quite the security briefing.

We are on our way now to
actually start exploring some

of the non-public parts
of the airport.

And I will say this,
they seem to take

security really seriously.

I actually feel like
I'm entering an outpost

in Afghanistan-- that is
exactly what this feels like.

Only they don't have that
at coast.

yeah, yeah, there's conspiracy
theories about just about

everything at this airport,
and he's no exception.

Along with this horse,
there's also a lot of

conversation about secret
tunnels that run underground.

Are we able to see any
of those?

Of course, yeah, happy to
take you there.

As you can see,
the airport's right there in

the distance, and we have
tunnels that run the length

of the terminal.
It's quite extensive.

So basically, everything that
we see right now has

an underground tunnel network
underneath it.

- That's right.
- This is just the tip
of the iceberg.

- Let's do it.

I love that we're going to
the place where

nobody else can go.

Denver International Airport.

Are conspiracy theorists
onto something?

Did a cabal of elites really
build a network of

secret bunkers under
baggage claim?

So this is kind of like

the baggage claim area
right here.

Isn't it cool being

Was all of this built into

The tunnels were part
of the original.

It opened in February of 1995.

The airport sits on a property
of 53 square miles.

- 53 square miles.
- That's bigger than Manhattan.

- A lot bigger than Manhattan.
- Wow.

Isn't that amazing?

So I think that's where a lot
of the conspiracy theories

sort of originate, right?

Is there a bunker for
the government to operate?

Is there a tunnel that connects
Denver Airport to

Cheyenne Mountain,
where NORAD is located?

Is there a tunnel that
connects us to

Cheyenne Mountain?

That would be an incredible
distance to build a tunnel.

During the Cold War,
there were bunkers that were

built under federal buildings
and corporate buildings that

the very people working
in the buildings

didn't even know existed.

Seeing these tunnels reminds me
of similar facilities

constructed to ensure
continuity of government.

In 1959, the United States
built a vast bunker under

the Greenbrier Country Club in
West Virginia, big enough to

house the entire US
Congress in the event

of a nuclear attack.

The facility was decommissioned
in 1992 after its existence was

exposed by the Washington Post.

What if these tunnels in Denver
are a cover for

the secret successor to
the Greenbrier?

A vast airport far from
the coast where thousands of

aircraft could converge,

and the government
could shield itself

in the event of an attack?

We're reaching the end here,

and there's that door
right there.

The conspiracy theorists
probably won't believe me,

but beyond this door is
a maintenance facility

for our train.

Those are contractors that get
in there that do that kind of

work, and so this is...
this is where we have to stop.

We can't continue on past
that door.

Do you have access
to that door?

I have no reason to be
in there

unless I'm taking media
in there, so.

Somebody with
a different badge.

Right.

I want to make sure it's clear.

Like, I don't think anything
about Michael is disingenuous.

I don't think he's lying to me.

I actually get the impression
that he just doesn't know,

or he was given kind of express
instructions on what we could

and couldn't talk about today.

And whenever I start talking
about things that are outside

of those instructions,
he just kind of

politely and awkwardly
turns the conversation

a different direction.

Without access, all you can do
is note the limits,

what I'm allowed to see
and what I'm not.

And whether it hides
a secret bunker for elites,

continuity of
government program,

or a simple maintenance room is
impossible to say.

But this does make me even more
determined to dig deeper into

the theory around
the Great Land Grab.

Now, I want to focus on
the Hawaiian Islands,

and the aftermath of
the Lahaina fire.

Now, we know that billionaires
have built sprawling compounds

on the Hawaiian islands,
and if the elites are trying

to make a land grab,
Maui makes sense.

What is really going on
with the fires in Maui?

Conspiracy theorists took to
the Internet with claims that

the Lahaina fires were created
by space lasers.

Some people have expressed
that all the evidence points to

an outward use of laser energy
weapons to cause

a natural disaster.

Pointing to straight
burn patterns.

A lot of things don't line
up with a natural fire.

The sparing of wealthy estates
and the survival of

blue-colored objects as proof.

Everything went up in
flames except items in blue.

For decades, militaries
have promised and developed

directed energy weapons.

But none of the systems
displayed to the public have

the capacity to inflict
the seemingly

intentional selective-burning,
conspiracy theorists claim,

occurred in Maui.

Is it possible to create
a space-based laser of that

size and power?
Technically, yes.

But how would you keep it
secret from foreign governments

or even civilian observers?

Not to mention the fact that it
would violate major

international weapons treaties.

So what happened in Lahaina?

Can a secret laser weapon
explain the fires

that some people believe
could even be intentional?

To answer that question,
I've tracked down

two of the world's experts

on wildfires from the Missoula
Fire Science Lab.

Meteorologist
Natalie Wagenbrenner has

traveled to meet with me
in the Ops Center,

and her colleague,
fire ecologist Mark Finney,

who is remoting in from the lab.

It seems like some of these
conspiracy theories are coming

from observations that people
made about the fires in Maui.

The fact that there seemed to
be lines of fire on

the mountain, or that there
were some properties that were

spared while others were
completely destroyed.

Is there any scientific
explanation to that behavior?

When you have real terrain
with lots of different,

you know, ridges and valleys
and complex winds

in that terrain-- all play into
how fires spread.

The fuel that's there plays
a large role as well.

Is it a light, flashy fuel like
pine needles or grass,

or is it heavier, denser fuels?

Missoula Fire Sciences Lab is
the world's premier institution

dedicated to the study of
wildfire behavior.

They have purpose-built
facilities designed to recreate

the conditions under which
wildfires burn.

Their goal?

To explain the mysterious
behavior of nature's

most destructive force.

By combining Mark's controlled
fire experiments and Natalie's

meteorological models,
they believe they can explain

what happened in Lahaina.

Has your study found
any explanation for why some

neighborhoods were spared,

other neighborhoods
were destroyed?

So this is a very common thing
in urban fires.

We see a lot of cases where
materials that we would

ordinarily think would be
readily ignitable just didn't

receive the kind of heat
sources necessary for ignition.

And you can actually
simulate these variables

inside of this fire lab?

We've constructed this
facility here in Missoula.

We call it the grain bin,
because it is a grain bin that

we've converted into a burn
facility where we're able to

control exactly the humidity
and the temperature

and the wind speed in order to
experiment with the burning of

these fuel complexes.

We've introduced
this grain bin specifically to

look at long-burning fuels
and to be able to study

things like the transition from
smoldering combustion to

flaming combustion,
which is really critical

for understanding
wildland fire spread.

That's really cool.

And so behind me on
the screen, you're seeing large

logs and sticks, some
mulch underneath.

This is very similar to what
we find in our forest.

And we're going to ignite this

and we're gonna burn it with
a high wind.

And we're gonna watch over
several hours how that burns.

Condition similar to
the Lahaina fire?

Yeah, exactly.

All right, I am excited
to see this.

I have never seen a burn
controlled to this level.

This is fascinating.

Let's pump some propane in
and light some fire.

We're gonna see some flame
here in just a little bit.

You'll see the propane come up

and envelop the fuels,

entirely engulf them.

I'm investigating a weather
control conspiracy claim that

lasers were responsible for
the 2023 Lahaina fire

in Maui, Hawaii.

While Mark is monitoring

the fire lab experiment
in Montana,

Natalie is taking me through her
moment-by-moment examination of

the meteorological data that
can help us understand

the effects of
the Lahaina fire.

So do we know how
the fire began?

What we're looking at here is
a fire progression map.

The initial fire was ignited in
this area here, just east of

Lahaina, from a re-energized
damaged power line.

And the arcing of the power
line is what caused

the initial fire.

There's cell phone images of
the grass just below

the damaged power pole on fire

at the time
that it was reported.

So that initial fire was
responded to and contained,

and then around 3 PM

is when they got another report
that the fire

had been rekindled.
- Hm.

And it was that afternoon fire

that spread into the town
of Lahaina.

- So the fire
started on the east side...
- That's right.

- ...and spread directly west?
- Yeah, that's right.

And what I'm showing you here,
the color scale is actually

what we call pressure anomalies
with unusually high winds

associated with it.

So based on this data,
the wind and the weather

and the pressure in Lahaina

was well outside of norm.
- For sure.

Very strong winds
around Lahaina.

So, the reds and the maroons
are 70 to 90 miles an hour.

This is the first time
it's ever connected for me that

the people who were trying to
cope with this wildfire

were simultaneously dealing
with a windstorm.

This is one of the most
significant new pieces of

information that directly
contradict many

of the conspiracies.

How would anybody keep control
of a fire if they were trying

to light it in the middle of
a 70-mile-an-hour wind?

Even if it's through a laser,
how would you control a fire in

winds that strong?

Why would you choose this day
of all days

to try to burn Lahaina?

Yeah, these were truly,
you know,

extreme wind conditions
on the ground.

Back in Missoula,
the grain bin experiment

has concluded.

Natalie and I are calling Mark
to see if the results mirror

the areas of unburned forest
that witnesses observed in Maui.

So, Mark, what were
the results of the experiment?

What did you find out?

OK, this is all that's left
of that fuel bed.

You can see just one little
bit, which is interesting

because the whole thing was
engulfed in flames.

The wind is all coming out of
the holes in that duct,

burning material get
carried by the wind

and pile up
over on the side over here,

and you can see
that little pile of ash

that's accumulated here.

The principle is that this
stuff could be rolling across

many, many streets,
across fields, and ignite fires

downwind in many places.

Mark, what would happen under
conditions like what we had in

Lahaina with sustained winds up
to 70 miles an hour?

Yeah, so there are still live
coals underneath here,

and if you increase the wind
even on something like this,

it will rekindle
and begin flaming.

There really is
strange movement of

the fire themselves.

There really are moments when
you would think a fire should

be out, but it's rekindled
almost without explanation.

Yeah.
And if I had enough breath

left in me,
I could keep blowing on

that, and it would probably get
this to transition to flaming.

So there is very real evidence
to show that fires operate in

very unpredictable ways.

But the idea that
the conspiracy of space-based

lasers or some sort of,
you know, mass forced migration

by the ultra elites,
we can't prove that from what

we're seeing with wildfires.

Yeah, I think to me it's just
important to keep in mind,

usually the simplest
explanation is probably

gonna be the most likely
and the best one.

This is one of those
conspiracies that's so

fascinating to me
because it's rooted

in survival instinct.

But at CIA, we're taught to
think in probabilities.

Starting with cloud seeding...

I learned it's a real
technology that is quietly

being deployed across
the country

to help with drought.

But the idea that cloud seeding
is directly causing disasters

collapses under evidence.

Then there's chemtrails.

The investigation revealed that
a covert program of

massive size and scope would be
required to achieve what

the conspiracy theories claim,
making it highly unlikely.

Next, I looked at space lasers.

Could a high energy weapon be
used to burn people out in

coordinated land grabs?

The scientists at
the Missoula Fire Sciences Lab

showed me
just how unlikely that is.

And finally, there are
the secret Illuminati bunkers.

It's highly likely that both
the elite and the government

are planning for
cataclysmic events.

They just aren't doing it

in the way conspiracy
theorists believe.

After all of my investigation
and research, I can confidently

say that technology can only
nudge the weather,

not create natural disasters.

More than anything,
beliefs about weather control

reveal fear-- fear of elites,
fear of nature itself,

fear of instability,
but not facts.
