motivation in this case was money so so

is it conceivable that once he had sold

ownership of all that money you say he

lied and killed for he then build a

bonfire with it burned it in his

fireplace oh your honor without some

explanation for that totally irrational

action the prosecution has no motive

whatever for Hank Carroll to have

murdered Joy Montgomery a much more than

Reasonable Doubt exists therefore I

strongly urge that all charges be

dismissed the defendant your once again

we have an instance of council's

well-known propensity for courtroom

maneuver we have been told that he holds

in trust an amount of money roughly

equivalent to that stolen by the def how

do you explain the burned money that's

enough
