- Well, our business model's

been the same from
the beginning.

We're a seasonal company so,

our busiest time's
August through December

and most of our business comes

from contracts with regional
and national distributors.

- Just takin' notes.

- I have some new ideas too but,

these days I'm busy just trying
to keep the place running.

As I'm sure you've heard it's
my first year here as CEO.

I had to take over
for my Grandma Carol

who ran the place for 50 years.

- You had to take over?
