in Amsterdam in recent weeks,

all of them connected with

the ever-growing Chinese community here.

We've persuaded Mr. Riley Knight,

the district agent of

the American Drug Enforcement Agency here,

- Riley Knight, wow. - [BBC Reporter] To give us

his opinion on several aspects of this case.

Mr. Knight, first of all, why Amsterdam?

- Well, it's very simple:
