they discovered that one section

of the "koa" tree was missing,

with this old photo of the tree,
and check this out.

The section that was taken
has this large cavity in it.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here,

and say that, that
ain't no coincidence.

being used as a stash spot?

So maybe it wasn't actually
about the tree itself,

hidden inside of it.

was desperate enough
