- What's going on?

- Just more fires for me to put out.

- Did you know that I bought this place for your dad?

- No. How have I never heard about this?

- Your father was good at many things,

but admitting when he was wrong wasn't one of them.

- Sounds about right.

- He's not the only one.

Oh, he sat on the dream for years.

He kept planning, but wouldn't act.

- So you did it for him.

- We fought about it for months.

He didn't think that the time was right.

You were barely a year old,

but I knew he wouldn't do it unless I forced his hand.

- And he rose to the challenge.

- He did.

Sometimes, you need a push from the people who love you

to go out and achieve your dreams.

- He was lucky to have you.

- I like the business cards that Hazel designed for you.

You'd do well as a media coach.

- I don't know.

- I was inspired by talking to Hazel the other day.

She reminded me of how important it is to go after what you want.

I even used one of her planners to set some new goals.

- That's great.

- I'm going to take some business courses.

Working with her helped me to realize

that I can learn new computer skills.

Just maybe not from you. (laughing)

I've got this.

- Yeah.

But what if I don't?

- What do you mean?

- What if media coaching isn't the next right step for me?

What if I'm not ready?

- Were you ready when you started your show?

- Well... no.

But I don't want to miss anything with you guys.

Now, you know what you need to do?

- Where were you? I was scared you were gonna miss the segment!

- I made a stop along the way. It did not go as planned.

- Does this have anything to do with why you look

like you've been crying?

- Theo and I almost kissed last night.

- So naturally you'd be upset...

- Yeah, it's not that I, um...

I went to the restaurant this morning.

He seemed like he was ready to branch out,

so I got him business cards

and I drew up some paperwork for him.

- So I'm guessing that didn't go well.

- My first TV interview went better.

- How did he react?

- He was angry. We argued.

He accused me of overstepping. He said he didn't need my help.

- Oh, honey.

- But I know this is what he wants,

he's just too afraid to go after it.

He needed that push.

- Yeah? - Yes.

- I mean, how did you feel every time your aunt

dropped hints about going back to law school?

- Alright. (laughs)

I get it.

But at least she came around.

- So were the cupcakes. (laughing)

- Do you think I'm wrong about Theo?

Maybe I did overstep.

- Maybe, but your heart was in the right place.

- No.
