and having that second person
there to even just help with

half the bills,

Having our kids be close is
really important to us,

but because there's going to be
four of us, it makes it

challenging to find kind of
the right property.

the market in urban centers

People have to find creative
ways of getting into home

ownership, and I think siblings
living together

is a great thing.

that's a lot more work,

an improvement on what's

already there.

You also want to put in a pool

that's going to be
like $70,000.

So in a house like this,
I actually think it's either

going to be the pool
and a light refresh inside

or do the kitchen you want.
