be here today without the sheer grit,

determination and fundraising stamina of
two of the Brokenwood Vintage Railway

Society's leading lights, Rosalie Barnes
and Shane Griffin.

They have committed years for this
exciting project.

And today is the day when it all comes
to fruition.
