=Roses and Guns=

=Episode 12=

I'm Song Yu'er,

not Wen Yunong.

This time,

you still chose your mission

and abandoned me.

This is the second time.

Officer Jiang.

Didn't you say you were gonna test her? But...

But you failed to contain your feelings again.

I thought I could contain my feelings

because I believed she would change for me.

I've never expected

she would never do that.

You'd better give it up.

This woman is stone-hearted.

When you seize back the control of this family,

you can get any woman as you like.

But Wen Yunong is unique in this world!

I'll never give up,

ever.

Then what are you gonna...

I'll make her admit

she

is

Wen Yunong.

You wanted to see me?

What's up?

I'm supposed to be pregnant for four months.

I should show a baby bump.

What am I gonna do?

I can't put a fake baby into it.

Or

do you have any idea

to cause me to miscarry?

It's easy.

Which doctor did you see?

A...

A doctor that I bribed.

What's wrong with him?

Nothing.

Send for him

to prescribe some doses of medicine for fake abortion

so as to deceive Madam Li.

Don't worry.

I'll cover you.

What's going on between you and Qin Kewen?

It's none of your business.

None of your business.

But the doctor and the Japanese...

Forget about it.

It should be fine.

It's gonna be okay.

Ms. Song,

I'm going out for an emergency.

Would you be kind to send him to his room?

I'll get a servant.

I'll do it myself.

What do you wanna talk?

About Wen Yunong.

She was a patient hunter.

She carefully set up a trap for me.

Do you know since when

I've totally fallen in love with her?

I don't know.

Since the day I was attacked.

She pushed me aside without hesitation

and got stabbed for me.

From that moment on,

I believed she loved me,

at least at that moment.

People can hardly think at the moment of life and death.

What drove her to protect me with her life

could be nothing but her love.

From that moment on,

I swore I would love her with my heart and soul,

and she would be the only love of my life.

I wanted nothing but to be with her forever.

But I've never thought she was so heartless.

After she used me,

she just went away.

Do you really think it's all gone without any trace?

The tattoo was fake,

but love is real.

There is a mark that can never be removed

on your body,

a knife scar.

This is the evidence that you could die for me.

Are you crazy?

Yes, I am.

I hate you now as much as

I loved you before.

You drove me crazy.

I lost everything because of you,

and now I'll get back.

What do you want?

I'm messing up your mission.

I'm gonna tell Qin Boyang the truth.

I'll ruin everyone

that you care about.

I'll start from the maid named Xiaohe.

What do you think?

Don't harm the innocent.

As for this jade pendant,

I might as well ruin it.

I'll ruin everything

that you care about.

I'll make you lose everything.

This is what you should pay for dumping me.

Do you dare to show your scar?

Wen Yunong!

Uncle, are you confused?

It's all nonsense in your mind.

I couldn't be more clear about

who I am.

I don't have to prove anything

to anyone,

especially an outsider like you.

Aren't you afraid I tell Qin Boyang the truth?

Do it

if you must.

I'm just afraid

nothing's gonna happen to me then,

but if your pretending to be disabled

is exposed,

you can't stay in this house

anymore.

Are you threatening me?

How can you say that?

We can continue to keep silent

and get what we want.

It's a win-win.

What if I refuse it?

Then the woman you want

and the military power you wanna seize back

will be gone forever.

Yunong.

I'm not Yunong.

I'm Song Yu'er.

Officer Jiang is back.

Excuse me.

Sir,

it's the urgent battlefield report.

Qin Huai'an got utterly defeated.

Now there is an air of insecurity in the army.

It's a good timing.

Should we take advantage of...

Wait a little longer.

It's not time yet.

Go get in touch with my father's old subordinates first.

(She really took the jade pendant.)

(Something's wrong.)

(The texture doesn't look right.)

(This is a fake one.)

(Qin Kewen couldn't have)

(such a fine fake produced)

(within such a short time.)

(But for my early experience with this jade pendant,)

(I might have been deceived.)

(That is to say,)

(the jade pendant in Qin Boyang's safe was fake from the beginning.)

(Why did he forge a jade pendant?)

(No.)

(If Qin Boyang did it,)

(he couldn't have been so mad the day it was gone.)

(The truth can only be)

(that the genuine jade pendant got replaced to deceive Qin Boyang.)

(Then this person...)

Song Yu'er.
