Young man,

I will pass on all my internal energy

and martial skills to you.

Kill him for me.

Young man,

I'll pass my powers to you too.

Let's see which of us is more powerful.

We'll also pass our powers to you.

Seniors!

Seniors!

No, Seniors!

Senior.

Se…

Young man.

Senior.

Hold on a little longer.

I have heard

about the youngest son of the Xiao family and the Shenzhou Sworn Brotherhood.

You were never meant for the Daoist path.

But to save the Daxi martial world,

to fight the Power Gang,

no one but you can do it.

Xiao Qiushui,

have you remembered everything?

I have.

I'll never forget.

Senior,

is this your sword sheath?

What if it is?

The mark on it—

was it left by you?

You recognize this mark?

Tell me now.

Which sect does it belong to?

Senior,

if you don't know,

where did you

get this sheath?

Half a month ago,

an old friend's entire sect

was brutally slaughtered.

By the time I arrived, it was too late.

My good friend died with hatred.

With his last breath, he said he found a traitor in his sect

who colluded with outsiders.

This mark was found in their secret letters.

Who could it be?

Who could be so ruthless?

I only know

this is a secret group hiding in the martial world,

likely colluding with the Northern Wastelanders.

If I don't avenge my friend,

I… I can never rest in pea…

I never thought

that before dying,

I'd take on

such a talented disciple.

For decades,

we've been at each other's throats,

but now, we all share one disciple.

You three have all died,

leaving me alone in this world.

I've long grown weary

of living in this world.

The road to the underworld beckons.

How lonely.

The eight seniors came from different backgrounds,

yet all devoted their lives to martial arts.

People say good and evil cannot coexist,

but martial arts themselves know no good or evil.

Good people use them for good.

It's evil thoughts that bring disaster.

I hope in another world,

you'll no longer be bound by factions

and can fight freely

for the joy of it without being disturbed.

That must be delightful.

The Eight Masters are all dead?

What exactly happened?

It's fine.

Glorious even in defeat.

I've defeated five challengers.

I think here at the Golden Summit,

none can rival me.

Why don't you all just admit defeat?

How arrogant!

I'm Zhichen, leader of the Emei Sect.

Show me what you've got.

Abbess Zhichen is so powerful.

So why has the Emei Sect weakened over the years?

It's said she suffers from an old illness.

I'm afraid she's depleting

her internal energy for this battle.

Qiushui?

Why does he look so much like Qiushui?

Greetings, Chief.

Li Chenzhou.

Abbess Zhichen.

Pardon the intrusion.

How could two people look so much alike?

Li Chenzhou!

What are you trying to…

The Tribulation Finger?

You're so knowledgeable, Abbess.

The Tribulation Finger

can control one's vital meridians.

If Chief wants you to live, you live.

If he wants you to die, you die.

Everyone.

Have you all

given up on the "Voidheart Codex"?

If we all attack together,

we might stand a chance.

What I hold is the Infinite Pill.

Whoever kills this fiend

will get this priceless pill.

You're under the control of my Tribulation Finger

only because your internal energy is weaker than mine.

With the Infinite Pill,

you can break free from it.

I'm curious to see

if you'll risk your life to kill me

or seize the Infinite Pill to save your own lives.

I haven't restored the Xiao family yet.

I cannot be controlled by Li Chenzhou.

Zhu the Great King.

The Infinite Pill! The Infinite Pill!

Over there! Over there!

Qiushui!

-It's mine! -Give it to me.

Yiren, don't be fooled.

This Infinite Pill is fake.

Shao Liulei poisoned it

to get back at Zhu the Great King.

What did you say?

It's poisoned?

You do look a bit like me.

Th-They look so much alike.

Almost identical.

Shusui is much more handsome than Li Chenzhou.

So what if we look alike?

I am nothing like you.

Here it is. I found it.

It's mine.

Give it to me!

It's mine!

Give it to me.

-Mine! -Give it to me!

Give it to me!

Disgraceful!

Move!

It's poisoned!

It really is poisoned.

It's really poisonous. He's dead.

He's dead. He's really dead.

He's really dead. It's poisonous.

It's really poisonous.

Truth is less believable than lies,

because truth is always harsher to hear.

After fighting tooth and nail,

this is the result.

I gathered you all here

to unite the masters of martial arts

against the evil Power Gang.

However, some people got their priorities wrong,

caring only for the Infinite Pill.

What a disgrace.

Where is Zhu the Great King?

He fooled everyone!

Qiushui,

how did you know the pill was fake?

Young Master Yiren, don't you know what's happened to your brother?

He's already taken the real Infinite Pill.

The pill is gone.

If you all want to live,

there's only one way left.

Everyone, be careful!

The Tribulation Finger is an extremely profound evil technique.

We came here to rid the world of evil.

How can we let him control us?

How despicable.

Xiao Qiushui,

it's time you handed over the Hero Command Token.

Li Chenzhou!

The Power Gang slaughtered the Xiao family.

Today,

I'll avenge my parents

and the 127 disciples of the Huanhua Sect!

The Wudang Sect's Taiji Sword Technique!

Nice moves,

but not refined enough.

The Shaolin Sect's techniques.

How can Xiao Qiushui use both Shaolin and Wudang's martial skills?

Oh, no,

is Qiushui planning

to die together with Li Chenzhou?

Chenzhou, it's cold and damp on the mountain.

Better put this on.

Don't catch a cold.

You're certainly one of the most prominent young people

in the martial world right now.

I won't kill you today.

If you don't kill me today,

I'll kill you one day.

Fine.

I'll be waiting.

What brought you to the Emei Sect this time?

I've always had only one purpose.

Use this together with the Hero Command Token.

Look.

What is this?

It's a map, isn't it?

What is this?

It's a map?

Yes.

Years ago, the Northern Wastelanders

marched south and seized the capital.

They wanted to transport the treasure and martial arts manuals back north,

but on the way,

they were intercepted by General Wu's troops.

During the chaos,

the treasure was scattered in Nantian Abyss.

Nine years ago,

Crazy Yan accidentally entered Nantian Abyss.

He found the treasure

and hid it again.

So he carved the treasure map on the Hero Command Token.

So Crazy Yan's original plan

was to have Old Madam Wu

reveal the location of the treasure

to General Wu.

That's right.

Unfortunately, this matter was too important

to be spoken of openly.

Some people with ulterior motives

mistakenly believed the token

was related to the "Voidheart Codex."

Alright.

Now that you all know the truth,

come with me to find the treasure.

If anyone is unwilling,

just die here at the Golden Summit.

Qiushui,

it is a shame that Daxi's treasure lies forgotten

in the mountains.

But we can't fully trust the Power Gang.

I've freed most of the people here from the Tribulation Finger.

Those who are still under its control are all useful.

Three days from now,

we'll meet at the entrance of Nantian Abyss.

I know you want your parents' remains.

Once this is done, they'll be returned to you.

And another thing—

your parents weren't killed by the Power Gang.

Believe it or not,

you'll find the answer yourself.

Qiushui has brought honor to the Huanhua Sect

in front of all the sects.

Too bad Kaiyan isn't here.

Yiren is not happy to see this.

Enough.

If Kaiyan were here, he'd be controlled by the Tribulation Finger too.

Neither Yiren nor Kaiyan is as good as Qiushui.

Abbess.

Li Chenzhou

has actually got the Tribulation Finger.

He could've wiped out all martial arts sects.

I've failed my seniors' expectations.

I couldn't kill Li Chenzhou.

You did well.

You tried your best and saved all of us.

I saw the martial skills you just used.

Did you learn them from the Eight Masters:

Tieji, Yinping,

Muye, Fanhua,

the East-West Twin Swords,

Suiyu, and Canjin?

Yes.

Those eight seniors

have already...

They passed all their powers to you.

That means they truly trusted you.

Abbess.

Qiushui,

the martial world needs someone new

who has his own way

to make everyone believe in justice again.

I'm already a cripple.

From now on, it's all on you.

Alright.

Abbess,

please don't say more.

You'll definitely be fine.

Please.

Qiushui,

are we really going to Nantian Abyss in three days?

We have no choice now.

Many people are still controlled by the Tribulation Finger.

Besides, Li Chenzhou said

he has my parents' remains.

I have to go.

Big Brother,

do you really believe him—

that your parents weren't killed by the Power Gang?

I don't trust anyone.

I'll find

the answer myself.

Such a pity.

Qiushui was so close

to killing Li Chenzhou today.

Actually, he had a chance to kill me.

I originally thought

Liu Suifeng pretended to be the lucky bag

because he's R.

R?

But he's Li Chenzhou's right-hand man.

Would he really act on his own?

Could Li Chenzhou be R

and order Liu Suifeng to do that?

The Emei Sect gathered all martial arts sects this time

to discuss fighting against the Power Gang,

but someone with ulterior motives

spread rumors that the "Voidheart Codex"

was in Li Chenzhou's possession.

His purpose for doing this

must be to create chaos.

You mean

R wanted to use this opportunity

to destroy the entire martial world?

My goodness!

Big Brother,

what are you talking about?

What does "R" mean?

Sancai said the road ahead is long.

I said we have to keep moving forward.

We've always been on this road,

haven't we?

That's right.

We've always been on the road.

Let's go.

Alright.

Go, go, go!

Go!

Yiren, since you returned from the Golden Summit,

you've been in low spirits.

I keep hearing rumors

about Qiushui in the martial world.

They say at the Golden Summit gathering,

Qiushui had mastered the "Voidheart Codex."

Absurd.

Complete nonsense!

Yiren, don't be angry.

Actually, Qiushui has always

listened to you since childhood.

Maybe he just hasn't had the opportunity.

Yiren,

the Xiao family is at a disadvantage now.

Since Qiushui has made a name for himself,

why not let him restore the family?

He's so famous now.

How could we possibly persuade him?

Perhaps Qiushui has already been thinking

of handing the Changge Sword to you,

but he's just too proud

to tell you.

-Qiushui. -Big Brother.

You're back.

Is everything alright?

What about the task I gave you?

While the Power Gang's elite forces

were at the Golden Summit,

we eliminated 12 of their small outposts along the way.

Twelve!

Qiushui,

everyone's heard what you did at the Golden Summit.

You were amazing.

Big Brother,

are you hiding something from us?

The martial skills you used at the Golden Summit

weren't the Huanhua Sword Techniques.

It's not that I meant to hide anything.

It's just that what I went through was too bizarre.

Bizarre?

Big Brother,

what happened?

Tell us about it.

Yeah, tell us.

Yeah.

Do you remember that day on the Golden Summit,

when the Eight Masters fell off the cliff?

When I went after them,

I found those martial arts fanatics sparring.

By chance,

they actually passed all their internal energy

and secret techniques to me.

If that's the case,

Big Brother, you now possess

the skills of the eight greatest masters of our time?

That's right.

Qiushui,

you're getting more and more formidable.

You truly look like a sect leader now.

That's a bit of an exaggeration.

Alright.

Enough talk.

Go back and rest.

We have more important matters later.

Big Brother, have a good rest too.

Let's go.

Let's go.

Let's go.

Keep up.

Qiushui.

Qiushui.

You must be hungry.

I'll get you something to eat.

Fatty, where's the kitchen?

I'm talking to you, Fatty.

Qiushui.

Yiren.

Why are you here?

What,

since Xueyu's wedding,

have you decided to never return

to the Xiao Villa again?

That's not the case.

The Hero Command Token is so important,

yet you didn't even mention it to me.

If you ask if I blame you,

of course I do.

But it's understandable.

Times are difficult now.

And you've grown up.

You have your own mind.

That's normal.

I came today

hoping that the misunderstandings between us

could be cleared up.

If you're free tonight,

come to the villa for a talk.

By the way,

Kaiyan was too ill to attend the Golden Summit gathering,

and he's much better now.

He also wants to see you.

Alright.

Faced with the powerful enemy,

we brothers

should indeed have a good talk.

Yiren,

I'll definitely come tonight.

Yiren.

Qiushui.

Thank you, Kaiyan.

This tea…

It's made from bamboo leaves from our backyard.

It's been a long time since I had it.

Yiren only brought a few leaves out

and rarely makes tea with them.

Now that you're here,

he's prepared tea especially for you.

By the way,

when I was tidying the villa the other day,

I found some of Mother's old belongings.

She embroidered this by hand.

Inside is your favorite camellia.

Thank you, Yiren.

I know there have been many misunderstandings between us lately,

so I hope today

we can speak openly

as brothers.

Yiren,

that's exactly what I want.

Let's drink.

It's been a long time.

Let's drink.

Since that's the case,

I want you to tell me honestly.

Where did your internal energy and martial skills

really come from?

That day at the Golden Summit,

the Eight Masters passed them to me.

The Eight Masters?

Qiushui,

you've never met them before.

Why would they pass their powers to you?

We're family.

You can just tell us the truth.

It indeed sounds bizarre.

But there are people in this world who just follow their hearts,

doing things beyond reason.

Yiren.

Kaiyan.

I wouldn't make up

such a story to fool you.

The situation is urgent now.

So I'll be straightforward.

Qiushui,

did you secretly practice the "Voidheart Codex"?
