I kept falling off my bike in a race. I
was doing a triathlon, and my bathing

The most embarrassing moment is when she
wiped out during a triathlon, couldn't

get her bike turned around, and her baby
seat even got stuck to the bike.

now at this point, instead of boggling

myself down mentally with strategy, I'm

little differently.

There are 18 hanging pots.

Those pots represent your immunity.

As long as you have a pot hanging,
you're still in the game. When your pots

gone, so are you.

These sticks are traditional African
weapons called rungas. A skilled warrior

can crack a skull with one of these.

All you have to do is break the pots and
make them fall to the ground.

You'll throw one stick per round, and
after each round, you'll switch

Your goal, break your opponent's pots
before they break yours.

Last one left standing wins immunity, so
let me have it back.
