We don't want to with the Chinese police.

Let's go

This bottle,

Your wife asked me to bring it to you.

Come back... Come back... She immediately fell ill.

Come back.

Now,

Every day, she asks anyone she meets:

"Is my son back?"

We haven't heard from from you for almost half a year.

How can you abandon your whole family like that?

How can we survive?

Come back and give yourself up!

Mom's condition is critical.

It's only a few years in there.

We'll all be waiting for you.

Daddy, please come home soon!

Mom says Grandma's going away.

I don't want to lose you too.

Tan,

Your mother is waiting for you.

Mother.

I'm sorry!

Go back home.

Hi, I'm Elsa.

Cheers.

Excuse me.

Congratulations, sir.

This is a very special gift.

Pleasing people's tastes is a unique aspect of Chinese wisdom.

Do you want to close the fund?

The Arc de Triomphe is on the rise at the moment.

Is that a joke?

I've made up my mind.

Our cooperation has been very pleasant.

I don't understand.

Just give me my money back.

Boss!

The fox has been captured!

The whole team returned safely.

The car has arrived.

Don't take him!

My family lost everything!

Please make way!

Please step to the side, Auntie!

Take a step to the side!

Keep the crowd safe

My entire pension is in this fund!

- How will I live if he's behind bars! Don't worry about it.

We'll be sure to give you your money back as soon as we catch the suspect, okay?

My money will be redeemed in three days!

It's over if you arrest him!

Take a step back!

I don't care about interest anymore!

The main suspect in the big

financial fraud case in Shanghai, Dai Yichen, who went on the run for a year,

finally revealed his trail.

Oh!

Great news!

Through the suspect we just captured in Thailand,

Tan Zuhui

We've discovered a very important clue.

Dai Yichen is now in Paris.

As for its exact location,

We're still looking.

Contact the Office immediately,

Ask them to get in touch

With the French Police for assistance.

Based on intelligence analysis,

The suspect obtained a passport from French Guiana.

This will not be an easy task.

Who's in the lead?

Ye Jun.

In the last 7 years,

He was in charge of this case.

No one knows Dai Yichen better than him.

We need to arrest Dai Yichen and bring him back.

To bring justice to the victims,

It will also serve as a strong deterrent

For fugitives abroad.

Now, in both hardware and software,

we're different from anything we've ever seen.

With the growth of our country

And the rise of our national power,

Now we're completely capable

to declare to all the criminals who have fled across borders:

It doesn't matter where they run to,

we're coming for you!

Have you sorted everything out?

I haven't even unpacked my luggage since I got back.

I'll put on two more when I get home.

Here it is.

You're not happy that I'm sending you away, are you?

You've just come back, and you're already leaving again.

Take a bite.

How long will it take this time?

Don't be so upset!

I know you've just come back.

Just a few days!

Why was everything I took today was out of focus?

How long have you been using it?

I'll buy you a new one after Paris.

I don't need it.

I'm used to this one, and it will still work after the repair.

Look, it's still blurry.

Try one, it's great.

Last night, through diplomatic channels,

We have reached an agreement with the French Ministry of the Interior.

Based on the screening of potential financial risks,

They will freeze the bottom of the Arc de Triomphe temporarily.

The China-France Extradition Treaty will enter into force in 4 days.

This time, we need to recover the illicit funds of 17.48 billion.

The three principles remain the same:

Stay safe!

Don't cause trouble!

Make things happen!

Yes, sir!

With my experience as a criminal investigator,

Why don't I get the feeling that three principles of the Chief are contradictory?

Stay safe and stay out of trouble?

How can we make things happen?

You always have to follow the first two steps, and then make things happen.

Let him sort it out for himself.

Money is Dai Yichen's lifeline.

As soon as we have his money, we'll have it.

PARIS, FRANCE

Hello

Hello

Please come over here, thank you.

Please follow me, sir.

What happened?

Your arms.

This is the special procedure for foreign police officers,

To comply with international practices

Of course.

Thank you.

Turn around.

Sir, you need to go now.

Of course.

Right.

The Chinese Police Liaison Officer in France

See you later.

Here you are.

Councilor Liu?

Hello, Captain Ye!

Hello.

Hello, I'm Guo Xiaojia.

Hello.

Zhao Yi.

Hello, is everything all right?

Everything's fine.

The car is there.

Great.

After the recent outbreak of multiple violent events in Paris,

The police have become more vigilant than usual.

Based on the information we have gathered,

The sightings we've had of Dai Yichen are all in wealthy neighborhoods.

But its exact location has not yet been determined.

Time is running out.

We need to confirm the exact location as soon as possible.

Yes.

Let's narrow down the search as much as possible.

As for this arrest operation,

The embassy will give its full support,

To be your strong support.

MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR

William James is Dai Yichen.

It is on the list of International Red Notices.

The money he invested

It's illicit money from China.

The suspect we arrested in Thailand

He helped him make the transfers to France.

Economic crime is based on two elements:

Money.

Money and people. Any transaction leaves traces.

We investigate massive data with special software,

which clearly shows the US

how Dai obtained his money illegally.

Being from the Ministry of Finance, I would like to know

How much money are we talking about here?

Micit's money amounted to 2.6 billion euros.

We'd like to investigate Dai Yichen,

and then arrest and extradite him.

however, he has the right to appeal to the court to revoke the asset freezing order,

unless you can prove that these measures are illegal.

France will not cover up any criminal acts.

The Director of Police of the French Ministry of the Interior: Victor

All the departments here will actively assist you.

I have a question.

Let me introduce you to Noel.

He will coordinate all the investigations.

This guy just mentioned imprisonment and extradition.

But who is the target of this investigation?

We're talking about Dai Yichen, a suspect on the International Red List?

Or William James, a citizen of French Guiana?

Henry?

Immigration has confirmed that William James' passport is legal.

So he's a French citizen.

So, how exactly do you expect me to

arrest a French citizen and prepare him for extradition?

Excuse me, Captain.

Dai Yichen changed his identity many times.

He applied for citizenship

In a third country under someone else's name

That has legal status.

Our latest evidence shows

That William James is also a false name.

The extradition treaty will enter into force in 4 days.

After 7 years of searching,

We need to capture him.

So there's no rush.

Because in 4 days

France will still be a democratic country,

Just relax.

Of course.

I'm sure that this Noel must have been bought by Dai Yichen.

Police cooperation between Europe and the US is just beginning.

There are inherent differences in culture and ideology.

We have company. Let's split up.

Hold on.

Hurry up.

Their leader is coming down.

Follow him.

He's fooling us.

Hello.

Hello.

Hello, can I help you?

Can I see this phone?

Which one?

I prefer black.

Yes

Thank you, and this one.

Can I see the security camera?

That one?

Yes, that one.

Thank you.

Do you have everything?

Yes.

See you later.

What happened?

Nothing.

Let's go.

It's here.

Great.

This is the hotel.

This car is for you to use.

Thank you.

Keep in touch.

Thank you for your attention.

It's my duty.

See you later. Have a good rest!

See you later, Councillor!

Captain Ye, take the biggest room over there.

Great.

So which room is mine?

The smallest.

Xiaojia, order something to eat.

Do you want Chinese or French food?

French! We're in Paris!

So I order Chinese food.

French food, please.

What's mine?

That's for Captain nYe.

So I wear this one, so feminine.

Be careful and don't get infected.

This is a Trojan virus that I just downloaded.

There must be games inside, right?

I don't have your hobby.

Chief Cheng, the meeting didn't go well.

Captain Yet, there's an in my bag.

This is Dai Yichen's address.

Check it out.

We have some informants here in Paris, as well as our residents in Chaoyang.

Chief Cheng, II, in the Dai Yichen cell

Until the extradition takes effect.

It's true.

It could be a Dai trap.

A trap can also an opportunity.

How about we go exploring first?

No.

You're too flashy. If anyone should go, it's me.

Let's wait.

Captain Ye?

Since you're here,

Why don't you come over and sit down?

Let's go!

You must be Captain Ye!

Mr. Dai, nice to meet you!

Welcome to Paris.

Please come in.

This way.

Make yourself at home.

Right!

Very skilled with the knife

It seems that Mr. Dai often cooks.

We haven't seen each other for seven or eight years.

Finally, we met.

Are you confident this time?

It wasn't easy.

Right.

It really wasn't easy.

You haven't eaten yet, have you?

Not yet.

Would you like a drink?

Let's drink!

Good for sleeping

I haven't slept well in recent years.

But I don't dare take sleeping pills.

I'm afraid of sleeping too deeply.

I'm not sleeping very well either.

Actually, I have a solution.

For our mutual problem of insomnia.

What is Mr. Dai's solution?

50 million yuan for each of you,

Including the lady in the car.

Dai Yichen!

You're bribing the police!

So what?

I need to smoke.

That's not the number I had in mind.

Then you name the price.

Seventeen billion four hundred.

And eighty million.

No problem.

I think about it.

My client is suing you for trespassing.

Hello, Councilor Liu!

Ye Jun and Zhao Yi have just been taken away by Noel.

What happened?

I'm pretty sure.

It was bought by Dai Yichen a long time ago.

Shut up!

No talking!

Where are you?

I'm outside Dai Yichen's house.

What a shame. You fell into his trap.

I've just received a summons. We're going to court tomorrow.

Dai Yichen filed a request to unblock his assets.

I'm coming.

Right. Watch out!

Understood.

I sued them for home invasion

At the home of a French Guiana passport holder,

As well as trying to blackmail my client.

However, the Chinese embassy will certainly intervene.

The police will keep them in custody for

within a maximum of 24 hours.

I don't understand.

How did the Chinese police managed to find him so quickly?

Sold.

By whom?

Bad news.

The China-France Extradition Treaty

And the Cooperation Agreement on Criminal Investigation

It will come into force in three days.

I see.

And when that happens, when the account is unfrozen,

I want to do 06 with you.

Because as a lawyer,

I've done enough dirty things for you.

How could I leave you alone?

Oh my God! Baby!

Do you like it?

I loved it.

The second day

Prepare the horse immediately.

My little daughter insists to ride the champion horse.

What's going on?

You've made a big mistake.

Do you really think you can get rid of me?

Telling the Chinese where I live?

I don't understand what you're saying.

We're partners; it wouldn't do me any good.

Bastien!

If I get arrested

Make sure you come with me

William, there must have been some misunderstanding.

Your uncle is here.

Hello, Uncle!

Good morning, Captain!

This is the release document from the Ministry of the Interior.

You know very well that

In France, the Chinese police are not allowed to enforce the law without authorization.

They are not allowed to contact suspects.

Without the presence of their French colleagues.

This was obviously a trap.

They entered at his invitation.

It's not trespassing.

Excuse me, for me it's all about the evidence.

It's the law!

Guarantee.

That won't happen again.

I also ask you to understand

The importance of of Ye Jun in court today.

The Chinese policemen were taken away by the Ministry of Justice.

When? Right now.

What's going on?

Let's go!

In accordance with the request for legal assistance in criminal cases

Made by the Chinese Department of Justice on July 13th of this year,

Which was also approved by the French Ministry of Justice,

An asset freezing order has been activated on the

and property belonging to Mr. William James.

Mr. James' appeal

Presented to this states the following:

The goods in question are his legitimate property.

So a petition was filed

For judicial counter-investigation against their blocked assets.

The session is open.

Thank you, Your Honor.

We have noticed a wave of money laundering,

Spreading around the world, disrupting the international financial market.

Through this test,

We sincerely hope that both

China and France can work together,

to create an effective way

To stop the flow of

illegal money,

as well as improving regulations.

No cash flow,

How can we achieve economic globalization?

The reason why my client invested his assets abroad

It's because China has imposed policies.

But this isn't Beijing.

We're in Paris.

And we trust that the verdict of this court

will bring us justice!

Right, got it.

What's going on?

They didn't send anyone to take them.

So they're not real policemen?

Definitely.

These diagrams clearly demonstrate

An outflow of money from the Cayman Islands,

In the form of 15 transactions.

All transacted by Mr. William James,

With different identities

And different companies.

This is totally consistent with the pattern of money laundering.

Objection! Your Honor!

The prosecution needs to present the evidence.

Of course we have proof.

Regarding the real nature of the capital invested in this Cayman Islands company.

We can prove

There are purchases at high prices and sales at low prices

Anomalies in at least 10 of these transactions.

So you're saying, really,

That there isn't enough evidence

Regarding the source of funding of this Cayman Islands company?

On the question of buying high and sell low,

He wants the defendant to answer.

Well, I'm not good at business.

I didn't want to lose everything.

So I had to sell.

There they are!

Call in reinforcements.

Central, we need reinforcements.

We're on Fraternity Road, heading towards Porte des Lilas.

We need to intercept a gray sedan and a police escort vehicle.

We are exposed

The real question here is

Whether or not my client has paid their taxes to the state,

And if these businesses

entered the admission criteria of French commercial standards.

If all this turns out to be true,

So the transactions are 100% legal,

And therefore there shouldn't be any accusations.

Mr. William James is protected by French Law 1,

And he's a proud taxpayer.

All their investments are legitimate.

Drop the gun!

According to the appeal brought by Mr. William James

For the protection of your personal belongings,

This court hereby

Decide against the freezing order.

What are you policemen doing?

Stop!

What happened?

Give me your gun.

Two men are dead.

They acted in self-defense.

Check the origin of this weapon.

This concerns the fate of all of us.

I'd like to take care of it.

I think I agree with your proposal.

You only have two days.

Before extradition.

That's enough.

There are only two beds here.

You two in there, "I'll take the sofa."

Put you on the sofa? That's not fair to you.

Compared to the injustice I suffered in court today,

That's nothing.

The power of Dai Yichen in France

It's much bigger than we estimated.

What do you think of Noel?

I don't trust this guy at all.

The policeman who followed me yesterday was the same one who was at the scene today.

What do you think, Xiaojia?

Yesterday, outside Dai's house,

Noel saw me in the car.

Are you sure?

Hum.

Here it is.

This is the new number.

Let's take him to dinner. So.

Why do you want to take him to dinner?

I don't want to go.

He's here.

Noel! This way!

How are you?

Hello.

Hello.

What do you like to drink?

Beer.

Beer?

Beer, please.

Don't talk about work. Tonight, right?

Yes. Just drinking.

Yes!

Cheers!

This is a Chinese drink.

Strong.

Very strong.

It looks like Chinese liquor.

Okay.

Let me give it a try.

Are you sure?

Just give it to me!

Cheers!

Splendid!

Bravo!

Do you like it?

Noel,

You're my friend

I'm very grateful to you for saving my life.

That's my job.

Let's not talk about work.

Remember?

So.

Both of you

Drink this.

Two beers, please!

Come on, Captain!

Cheers!

Cheers!

What's that?

You should have three glasses.

No, I can't.

It's too much.

That's Chinese tradition.

Cheers!

OK, let's do it French style.

Role.

Smell it.

Stop!

In France,

It's very important to look people in the eye.

Perfect!

Perfect!

Cheers!

Your turn! Cheers!

Your turn!

Let's go!

You used your own credit card to pay for the wine.

Change that!

No more money!

On me.

Ask for the best.

The best red wine, please.

Just a minute, please.

You have good eyes.

And my wife is also a policewoman.

Wow, she's beautiful.

She's pregnant.

We're expecting a child, our third.

Wow, what a happy family!

Yes, we are professionals.

What deep affection...

I can't believe it, he can sing!

It's the first time.

Yes, he's good!

Such a deep affection...

It made me think of you until now.

On the Champs-Élysées,

On the Champs-Élysées,

Noel, come on!

On the Champs-Élysées,

In the sun, in the rain, at noon or at midnight,

Everything you could wish for is on the Champs-Élysées.

On the Champs-Élysées,

On the Champs-Élysées,

In sunshine, in rain, at noon or at midnight,

Everything you could want is on the Champs-Élysées.

It's Renault.

Yes?

This Chinese man is very charming.

Rich too.

But he's the devil.

He really is the devil.

But he can satisfy all of a woman's desires.

Yes.

He's like a drug dealer. Because everything he gives away,

you'll pay for it.

Nothing in this vast world is free.

Since you work for him,

It looks like I need to hire a new lawyer.

Before you find a new one;

I'd still be happy to work for you.

They're with me.

Today's fake policemen were mercenaries who had recently entered French soil.

But the weapons came from Bastien's arsenal.

Captain.

This guy

He was the administrator of Bastien's security company.

You wait outside.

He killed himself with a gun.

I don't think so.

Eyes wide open,

He looks scared,

It's definitely not suicide.

Is Chinese drink amazing?

Aren't you drunk?

I grew up drinking Chinese liquor.

You're lucky.

I have an idea.

But I need your cooperation.

As long as I don't have to to drink your Chinese drink again,

No problem.

No problem.

Since the man from Bastien was murdered,

Let's use that to our advantage.

Call the lawyer.

Bastien's arrest in the act

It is having a significant impact on the French stock market.

The third day

Do you really have enough proof?

I'm sorry.

We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

I've been getting calls since morning,

Demanding Bastien's release

You're a real troublemaker.

I don't mind.

So how much funding are we allocating to the police department this time?

Whatever they need, we'll provide it.

The kidnapping of the related to you?

Mr. Bastien, why were you arrested by the police?

What are the charges for your arrest?

Is it related to the Arc de Triomphe Fund?

What's your reaction to the sharp drop in your fund's share price today?

Hey, what are you doing?

Two thousand, please

Did I bet with you?

If I tell Zhao Yi, I can get a share too.

If you don't count, you can keep most of it.

Then keep it safe.

Keep doing what you're doing.

Bastien!

It was you who killed my man in the armory,

And he framed me for kidnapping the Chinese police.

Obviously!

You asked for it!

I hate betrayal.

Paris is my territory.

You bastard!

Don't you want to live?

Boss! Shut up!

I'm not your boss.

Okay, tell me.

Which operation do you want?

You know what I want.

Everything?

Including the billion I invested?

That's the price of your daughter.

And you think my friends in the government

Are they just for show?

Do you mean Bruno or Bertrand?

Call them!

Follow their advice!

Let me know by tomorrow.

Goodbye, boss.

With regard to the losses incurred due to the difficult listing of Arco do Triunfo,

Our intelligence team analyzed everything thoroughly.

The extradition treaty will come into force in just one day.

Dai Yichen is anxious to protect his assets.

He has already started transferring funds through various channels.

That's the typical Dai Yichen mentality.

These are the distribution maps of all your funds.

There are even regions in Africa,

With various types of projects,

All with the aim of obtaining high returns.

Xiaojia,

You really deserve the lion's share!

It seems that my was not in vain.

It was definitely not in vain.

But all their returns on capital,

They are not returning to the Arc de Triomphe.

British Virgin Islands in the Caribbean.

Offshore banking.

I'm back.

What's the situation?

Zhao Yi!

I've just discovered how Dai Yichen

It is using Arco do Triunfo as a parent company

To carry out transactions and transfer funds through multiple projects.

Take a look.

Since we've already picked up Dai Yichen's trail,

Why distract ourselves by looking at Bastien?

Let me show you something.

Where did you get this?

Noel just sent it.

I've already checked with the French authorities.

I want to take a chance.

Is Noel here?

He's here.

They can hear everything.

We have a follower.

Hello.

Take a look.

What kind of operation do you want?

These girls were used by Dai Yichen.

Now they're all gone.

I just want Dai Yichen.

And his account information from the Virgin Islands.

William doesn't trust anyone.

He keeps all his accounts.

I can't get that information.

He's a cunning fox.

It's not going to end well for you.

You know too much.

The French police can help to turn her into a witness.

I can't.

Considering our friendship and the reality of the situation,

I accept your terms.

I'm very happy, my friend!

You've finally made the right decision.

Yes.

I have good news.

We can start our fund in New York next week.

Great!

Happy?

Very happy.

A lot of money!

Yes, of course.

Let's celebrate after the match.

Of course.

Mrs. Elsa.

As the new president of the Arc de Triomphe Fund,

Will you continue representing Mr. Bastien?

Mr. Bastien and I are still good friends.

Mrs. Elsa.

After the incident in which Chinese policemen were kidnapped,

Mr. Bastien was investigated

which caused the price of price of his company's shares plummeted.

Is this the reason for the change of chairman of the board?

There are reports that a major shareholder has a criminal record in China.

Are you aware of this?

What is the nature of your relationship?

The press obtained photos of the two of you often seen together.

Did you receive any help from him in the transition?

From a private lawyer to the president of the fund?

We are now in the square in front of the Paris Stock Exchange.

Waiting for Mr. Bastien to leave.

He has just signed an agreement, giving up the entire Arc de Triomphe Fund.

Why did you get out of the chair?

Could you give us an answer?

There's a rumor that you've been removed

from the chair by her partner and her lawyer.

Your Chinese partner and your lawyer have a romantic relationship?

The fourth day

What operation will we do with all the money?

Deposit everything in this account.

Right.

Is that clear?

Yes.

William doesn't trust anyone

Because, as a lawyer,

I've done enough dirty things for you.

You know too much.

The French police can help to turn her into a witness.

Elsa is synchronizing from Dai's account with the USA.

Pass this on to the French immediately.

And ask them to cooperate.

Are you all right?

Yes.

You don't look very well.

Oh! It's very hot in here, isn't it?

It's true.

Maybe we can do that later.

Of course.

Would you like a shower?

Yes.

The French have bypassed their firewalls.

The server could easily set off alarms, right?

During synchronization, we installed malware called FOX.

When it detects interference with the smart processor,

It will automatically raise the account to a high-risk level.

So the value of the from Dai will be limited.

The maximum value for a transfer is two million euros.

Zhao Yi, did you throw away your old cell phone?

Yes.

Captain Ye! This is Bastien.

I hope you can help me.

You revealed Dai Yichen's address, right?

Yes.

I have enough evidence to indict Dai Yichen!

I would like to cooperate with the Chinese police.

We're running out of time.

I need to see him now.

But you have to come alone.

Mr. Bastien, how can I trust you?

A car is waiting.

Tell the French immediately.

We don't recommend you go.

What if it's another Dai Yichen trap?

It's already the fourth day.

We have no other choice.

A trap can also can be an opportunity.

Pack your bags.

We're leaving Paris right now.

Why?

What happened?

He bought two Eurostar tickets.

I'm leaving now.

Yes, Captain Ye.

Xiaojia.

Dai Yichen bought two Eurostar tickets.

Ask the French side to check.

OK, got it.

He used the name William James.

To buy train tickets that leave Paris in an hour.

There's something strange.

How is progress with the account you're working on with the French?

My internet is very slow, it might take another hour.

Tell Zhao Yi to go to the train station right now.

Try to buy time with Dai Yichen.

Yes?

Noel.

I need your help.

May the Holy Spirit enlighten me,

And forgive me my sins,

Removing greed and desire inside me.

May the Lord cleanse me with his precious blood,

And may the Holy Spirit guide me

Away from greed and the passions of this world.

May my heart be filled with the truth of the Lord,

While I long for the bread of his life.

Amen.

Hello.

I'm sorry, Officer Ye.

I shouldn't have walked with the devil.

You can always find yourself back, even if you lose yourself.

Here's the proof, incriminating William James.

No.

Dai Yichen.

And the bottom of the Arc de Triomphe

I'm willing to testify

I hope this can save my family.

Good cooperation!

Don't shoot.

Shoot him!

Xiaojia.

Captain Ye.

Dai Yichen's account is now under the control of the French police.

That's great!

But Zhao Yi isn't answering the phone.

Has Noel arrived?

No.

I'll find Zhao Yi. Keep in touch.

Right.

Zhao Yi! Where are you?

Captain Ye.

Mr. Dai!

Where is my friend Zhao Yi?

Let's play a little game.

Where the hell is he?

You don't have much time.

Dai Yichen!

Xiaojia! Go immediately to the Chinese embassy!

The data transfer has not yet been completed.

That's an order!

NUNGESSER SQUARE

No shooting! Too crowded!

Elsa is dead, this is a Trap!

Captain!

A bomb?

How could this happen?

Describe the bomb to me!

The timer started as soon as I opened the door.

Check for any wires in the door track.

There's a blue thread!

Follow.

Sorry.

Watch out!

Xiaojia!

I'm all right! Follow the wire!

Captain! Leave me alone!

That's exactly what Dai wants to see!

The other end of the wire is connected to the car radio!

Sorry!

Take that computer!

Sorry!

Captain! Get out now!

Captain! Ye Jun!

It could be related to FM.

The door is dead.

Time's up!

We can't all die here!

Do I have a choice?

Get out of here!

I should never have opened the door!

Bitch, I'm going to kill you!

How come everything I picked up today was out of focus?

I'll buy a new one for you after Paris.

Police!

Jia!

Jia!

Xiaojia.

I'm sorry

It's too late.

Where is Xiaojia?

The extradition treaty came into force.

French citizen William James recently denounced to the press that

he is being extorted by a Chinese policeman called Ye Jun.

Video evidence was also provided.

It's not the number I had in mind.

Then you set the price.

Eighty million.

You bastard!

I'm sorry.

Through research,

We found out that Dai Yichen didn't boarded the Eurostar train to London.

He must still be in Paris.

E.

Our cooperation with the police has been suspended.

I hope that changes your mind.

We have already confirmed

That there is in fact an international bank transfer

In Ye's mother's bank account.

The figure is impressive: eighty million.

The Fugitive Repatriation Office is treating this case with the utmost importance.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also made specific arrangements with the embassy.

I will provide the Ministry an answer as soon as possible.

Chief Cheng has arrived in Paris.

He is currently mediating with senior French officials.

You are

scheduled to return to Beijing tomorrow,

to cooperate with the investigation.

Hmm.

What's more,

Regarding Guo Xiaojia's Guo Xiaojia's personal belongings,

We will transfer them to her family.

It's getting late.

Get some rest.

I'll walk you out.

No problem.

Don't worry.

Noel!

This is Chief Cheng from the Investigation Department.

I'm sorry about Jia.

Jia intercepted Dai's illicit funds.

Before he passed away,

and transferred everything to the French police.

The extradition treaty between China and France has already entered into force.

Dai Yichen will be

Our first joint police case.

It will be of historic importance.

Thank you very much.

You're welcome, sir!

Excuse me, sorry.

We found out something about Dai Yichen.

That he likes to collect famous paintings.

And here's the address he left at the auction house.

We've just confirmed that he's hiding here right now.

Listen up!

The search operation begins immediately!

This is the hard disk of the Chinese policewoman's computer.

The police are coming.

Free.

Thank you.

Follow this route.

Move!

Police! Stop right there!

Police! Stop right there!

Police! Stop right there!

Police! Stop right there!

There's a trap door under the car.

Police! Stop right there!

NORMANDY, FRANCE

Let's go.

Mr. Dai!

Dai Yichen!

You're under arrest.

I've just installed a Trojan virus that can track locations.

Just in case.

This is the hard disk of the Chinese policewoman's computer.

They didn't capture Dai, he escaped.

They know where Dai Yichen is.

What do you need me to do?

Ye Jun boarded the plane.

Someone ran out of the emergency exit!

The USB stick provided by Bastien

It became the main evidence for the police to make arrests and obtain convictions.

The flash drive showed transaction records

Dai Yichen's illicit funds.

The 80 million in the account of Chinese policeman Ye

They were handed over to the state,

And this incident proved to be a set-up by Dai.

10 DAYS LATER

SHANGHAI, CHINA

Every time we put on this police uniform,

An invisible burden settles on our shoulders.

Right now, in the presence of this golden shield,

A sacred duty gives us our strength.

Over the course of many extraordinary years, we have overcome countless difficulties.

With unwavering devotion, we protect economic well-being.

No force can alter our unwavering loyalty.

On the road to honor, we build our own greatness.

Economic crime police, with unlimited force

Let us carry the weight of the national emblem with pride.

My dear daughter!

Dad is here for you.

Let's go home.

3 MONTHS LATER, SHANGHAI

Dai Yichen, let's consider this matter closed.

Let's go now.

The fox peeks out, watching intently.

The action begins, the back is turned.

The fox lurks, watching intently.

The hunter holds his prey, hiding deeply.

The action begins, the back is turned,

The trap has been sprung, the chance is in our hands.

On October 15, 2017

Dai Yichen was extradited back to China to China to face legal sanctions,

And he was finally sentenced to life imprisonment.

Operation Fox Hunt recovered

The total sum of 17.48 billion yuan in stolen funds

And returned them to the victims who were deceived into buying the funds.

Cases of persecution of fugitives abroad happen all the time,

And Operation Fox Hunt has never stopped, it's always ongoing.

No matter how far the fugitive runs, we will pursue him to the ends of the earth.

This production is solemnly dedicated to the esteemed Chinese People's Police.

We are all people who don't follow the usual rules.

When facing Chief Dai,

All I can do is abandon common sense.

Sleep well.
