which is an unusual place
for a fire to start.

which means it was probably
a flammable liquid,

Pour enough of it
down the drain,

the fumes could be
highly explosive.

But that also would have
made it dangerous to ignite

without a timing device.

have any evidence of one?

Could the pilot light have
ignited the alcohol fumes?

- It's certainly possible,

but I can't see
an arsonist relying

on an unpredictable
ignition source like that.

They don't tend to
leave things to chance.

So either the fire ignited

in chemical handling procedure.

We actually just shut down
a dialysis clinic
