always seem to share
the right message

at the right time.

It made me realize
I couldn't let the legacy

of this bookstore
just drift away.

This festival matters,

not because of flowers
or books,

but because of the way this
community lifts each other up.

Even in small ways.

We're resilient.

Even fleeting blossoms
bear fruit.

And after this long winter,

I think we all deserve
a little spring.
