getting paid 12 bucks an hour.

I'm lucky to have him.

He's one of the best people on my staff.

I just looked at his medical
file, going all the way back.

Delayed decisions on his care

have been hurting him a long time.

the system's broken.

Seems like such a great kid.

Oh, he's exceptional.

I mean, we had his IQ tested,
he was over 130.

Kind, never complains.

And he's falling through the cracks.
