$200 a gallon imitation
aged whiskey.

Now they're hauling 10 gallons
of homemade hard seltzer,

looking to lock down the supply
line to the county's hottest

nip joint before rival shiners
or the law move in.

I tell you what, me and Jerry
has worked day in and day out

on trying to create
this hard seltzer.

We on our way over here
to get this stuff sold.

I hope we have hit the nail
on the head for the bar owner.

and Huck are scrambling to

produce 150 gallons of
high-proof corn liquor

for an impatient buyer.

But after bears upended
the corn mash they had

fermenting to complete the run,
they're calling in a favor from

a long-time ally
across state lines.

Well, they didn't want to meet
at the house...

so we're gonna meet in
the old cemetery up there.

They'll help us if they can,
but we gotta try something.

After the bears destroyed our
mash, we filled up them

barrels and run as much
as we could, but we're still

30 gallons short of our goal.

the boonies, ain't it?

in our power to keep him...

A lot of high-end bourbons
I know use the red-topped wheat.

First one that comes to
my mind is Pappy Van Winkle.

I mean, it's a wheated bourbon.

Traditionally, bourbons are
made with a majority of corn

and rye, which gives them
a peppery bite.

Wheated bourbons replace
the rye with wheat,

offering the smoother,
sweeter taste with notes of

vanilla and caramel.

Easier on the palate for
newcomers, yet complex enough

to appeal to serious
whiskey drinkers.

I'm thinking
bourbon mash bill.

The only thing that's gonna
make it a bourbon is there's

got to be more than 50% corn
in the mash bill.

I'd say that's a good place
to start as any.

I think if we can land on
the right mash bill...

Oh yeah.

...this can make us all a really
good living

for a long time.

With the amount of wheat
we've got here,

it's unpredictable how many
runs we can get out of this.

I mean, we put corn in the mix,
barley in the mix.

I mean, we can put some
fruits in the mix.

If we can figure out a good
recipe, this could pretty much

do us through
the end of our careers.
