EnCase has earthquake
shock absorbers at its base.

They're called seismic isolators.

But according to the experts we talked to,
if those shock absorbers get too hot

they lose their flexibility,
and they don't work.

The way it is now, any earthquake above
a five, and that building's coming down.

And now that we know this,
we realize the fire that you guys found

was specifically set up to damage the
concrete on that side of the building.

wanted to be able to redesign

one side of the building
without anybody asking why.
