Dale Floyd.

Go ahead Flaggy.

Come on guys.

Them.

We are already in Tucson.

Not remotely.

It's just Dragon's Brink.

I never heard that.

For their safety, they should forget that they know him.

How much is missing for the stop?

Half an hour.

He is in a hurry.

It seems that these days everyone is in a hurry.

all busy, or something.

It is better to run towards something.

From the West.

Dick Powell, presents:

The Zane Gray Theater.

When we talk about the colonization of the west,

we automatically think of

wagons, trains and Indian wars.

But there was something more important for

bring civilization to the west,

that all weapons and trains together.

This is the seller's suitcase,

the office of the first traveling salesmen.

A combination of department store,

newspapers and social authority.

He brought necessary goods, backward speculations,

the topics to comment on Saturday night's meeting

Ah... a woman's hat,

It came in three colors: yellow, yellow and yellow.

Tonic for the hair, bad for the hairstyle,

but surely he knew very well on the cold winter nights.

He was also an optometrist, very respected and very scientific,

the same pair for everyone.

What I did not have, I ordered for you.

guaranteeing delivery next spring.

The story you're going to see is about a salesperson,

and strange events on a stagecoach trip,

Starring: Eddie Albert, Mona Freeman and John Erickson.

"Diligence to Tucson."

High... High.

Ah .. we had a dust storm, just before we got here.

hey... What are you doing here?

Well, move on to the cabin as the horses change.

Coffee, ham and eggs inside...

Oh... Doctor. Your briefcase will be safe in the diligence.

I will take care of my own things. Thank you.

Ah... Angry,

biting the hand that is going to feed him.

If I know I can leave it in the stagecoach,

the seller takes care of his sample,

like the goblins a trunk.

Right on that path, sir.

It seems we've had all this fuss for nothing.

Oh no, it really seemed bearable to me.

Will not you go out?

Why should I do it.?

Half an hour is a long time to sit and wait.

So slow it will be in there like here.

You may feel better after a cup of coffee.

Take mine.

However you want.

I can do it alone.

Now Marshall, can you tell me what you are doing here?

In the robbery of the bank in Las Cruces

Bide Turley took almost $ 5,000 dollars.

That does not tell me why he's here in Dragon's Brink.

I was informed that Bide Turley could be on his stagecoach,

the problem is that I have never set eyes on him,

and I do not have a good description either.

What are you going to do?

Big George from Slone ranch can identify Turley.

He met him in El Paso.

Is George here?

I sent for him.

He should have arrived an hour ago.

Suppose George does not arrive,

It is time for the stagecoach to come out.

Wait a little longer.

I bet you have a good hand with the pan.

I have never had any complaint.

That the brand of the good cook,

please your customers.

I will let you decide.

Well, I give you 4 Aes.

Well, you know... the trip has taken away my hunger.

We're going to serve the Virginian.

I grew up in Shenandoah, I can recognize the house accent when I listen to it.

I had a brother with General Lee,

I'm from northern Virginia.

they killed him.

Do not bother me.

What was your regiment ?.

Could I take my order ?.

Thank you very much, boring...

I thought it was from Virginia.

I was once, now I'm from Arizona,

the month that comes from California and then who knows.

It seems I said wrong things .. -Jamón, eggs and black coffee.

Or maybe everything is wrong ?.

Do you want coffee?

You already placed your order, Doc.

I just want some coffee.

I would have a minute for the diligence, my back has been hurting...

I'm not a doctor.

No, there's nothing there to look for again,

varied goods, beautiful fabrics or

perhaps the best line of threads in the country.

I would never have hired him as a salesman.

Do not.

What do you think I do?

Probably promoter,

the way he talks, I'd say... whiskey.

That is the secret of my success.

Surprise the ladies off guard.

It's already a little late to cry, Mae.

You had no doubt in Las Cruces.

Everything is so different from how I thought it would be.

You are also different.

When you are tired everything is different.

Have you seen anything?

Your bank robber has a friend,

I bet on those two in the corner.

The one that clings to that big portfolio,

Looks upset

Les, if we'd only taken enough money,

If we had escaped as you first thought,

We had to do it like that, we had to do it like that to be sure.

Sure nothing.

If loading the money bothers you, I'll take care of it.

Do not.

For that money, it could have been any of them.

Except the soldier.

If there is an opportunity, tell him what is happening.

You mean tell him about Turley.

When the time comes I would like to have someone by my side.

I would not count on that, but I'll talk to you anyway.

Here you go.

Oh Now things shine better around here.

You and your partner have a lot of time together.

Oh, yes... Why?

The time comes when you want to return.

Count on me to recommend it,

You are a first-class cook.

Thank you.

Excuse me

The food is ready.

Thank you.

Wait a minute,

We believe that one of the men in there is Bide Turley.

stole the bank in Las Cruces.

Y?.

The problem is that the Marshall does not know which of the men he is.

What is the Marshall ?.

He's the guy who's been helping me.

As soon as he can identify him, he will proceed to arrest.

He wants to know if it will help him in case there are problems.

How do you know I'm not your bank robber?

Well I do not know.

I see. He thinks I'm not capable.

I am sorry. I...

Do not apologize.

I'll get used to it.

Why do not you stop feeling sorry for yourself?

The food cools.

Can the Marshall count on you?

Because I should?.

Because Bide Turley is a...

because he is a murderer.

Marshall just wants to know if he's going to help him.

That is a Marshall problem.

It's your job, and I'll let you do it.

But believe me, it will be better without my help.

Well, it looks like I have all the coffee left in Hinckland in my mouth.

It seems very strange,

What a nice little thing like that, Scott,

be trapped here, in this old cave of snakes.

You know, he came after the war,

and married the guy who ran the station.

Instead of marriage, he arrived just in time to bury him.

Oh truly?.

Plus,

Since I did not have a place to go back, he stayed here.

Making herself her life.

There is a funny thing...

I could have sworn that you and she were father and daughter.

I've been wondering if you would have time to show me some of your samples.

You know I have not had a new dress in a month or something.

Nothing in this wide world would give me greater pleasure...

just let me finish my coffee.

Oh continue, drink your coffee.,

I've already seen a few suitcases of samples. -Mrs.

It is depriving the seller of the pleasure of showing him his products personally, you know?

It will be only two minutes.

Mr.

It's going to leave.

Any reason why I should not?

To be sure it is better not to leave the station,

being this territory what it is.

How much more are we going to have to be here?

We are like half of the wait,

rest, I'll see if I can hurry things in the barn.

Mrs.

I am sorry...

I did not have the right to talk to her in that way.

You are at home.

I have the bad habit of talking too much,

I'm sorry too.

Mr.

Ruxton, ma'am.

Will Ruxton.

And with the others.

I will not be of help.

The last time I had a company depending on my...

I could not do it.

Are you sure you can recognize it, George?

I will, Marshall. A lot of time has passed

but I will never forget Bide Turley.

I do not see it.

You better come in to be sure.

Yes.

Not Marshall.

Both would be dead before taking out the weapons.

Everyone notice what the Marshall has done,

Do what you ask.

We will be fine.

Good stir, boy

Truly good.

What do you plan to do with us?

OK, Madam...

I will not cause them problems if they do not cause them to me.

I'm just waiting for some friends.

My name is Bide.

Where is the briefcase?

Let's see what it contains.

There is nothing in it.

Uh...

There is nothing in which I can have any interest for you.

Open it!

I thought he said he was not a doctor.

those are things of doctors, when it is operating,

I've seen that robe.

What is your case?

I give up medicine.

Expelled?.

I did not plan on staying.

Half of the people, more than half, died.

Smallpox.

My wife, my boy...

You called it abandonment, sir.

Them.

Silence!

Calm yourself, Mae.

She's scared.

You know the women, Mr. Turley.

Show and emotion, huh.

Are you crying because you left your husband?

He escaped with you

Oh... I realized since I saw them.

I have seen many like you.

You... You have a big appetite.

I learned in the war from which I return to eat when I could.

I see that theft disturbs other people.

Because I have to alter myself,

It's between you and the Law, I have nothing to do with it.

A sensible guy.

Where is the driver ?.

Outside, in the barn.

Let's see what that portfolio contains.

Do not.

It's just personal things, Mr. Turley.

Bring her here.

It does not belong to me.

Do not contradict me, ma'am.

Better do what he says.

Take it George.

What's up?.

The shooting ended.

Get up.,

Marshall.

Stay away Doc.

I can not do it alone.

Let him lie down.

When there is an opportunity to save his life ?.

I will help you.

Thank you.

I've tried again and again, but I can not.

Just try to do it.

Uh...

It seems that her husband lost much more than a wife.

You're going to let him keep them.

What I can do?.

They should be like $ 400.

$ 400 ?.

Oh He has been disappointed, I expected it to be much more, huh.

A lot more.

After all, he had to work hard to make her steal for you.

$ 400 stolen is better than nothing.

I'll tell you something,

I do not think it's completely fair that he has both her and her and the money.

Suppose I let you choose?

Like what?

You can stay, either with her or with the money.

Them?

He realizes that money was what he wanted all the time.

He has been sitting there, thinking how to get rid of her and keep the money.

Them!

What should it be?

I do not know if I wasted my breath,

but there is a gun in the silver drawer under the counter.

Not me, ma'am... -There is no one else,

I can stop it. You can try.

Doctor, it's bleeding a lot.

I do everything I can, but you have to help me.

Leave me alone

This man is dying,

and you have the ability to save him.

Uh... Skill.

All right.

So he could not save the lives of the two people who mattered most to him.

Being his doctor must have been something terrible,

but he tried, is not it?

He did the best he could.

He does not even look at it.

Why can not you leave me alone?

Just because I'm wearing this, full of dirty shirts,

It does not make me a doctor.

Do not.

And just because he walks on two feet, neither does a man.

What's wrong with you?

With everyone?.

A failure.... A wound.

And they think they can spend the rest of their lives feeling sorry for you.

They create excuses not to act as human beings.

Good waste of time that.

Get me some fresh coffee.

In a moment.

I'll take care.

I'm waiting for that coffee.

What's up?.

I am sorry.

I will clean it for you ..

Hey! Watch out.

Still!

Good work, son.

Well Turley.

Hands up against that wall.

Hands up against that wall.

What kind of man are you?

Trying to help a murderer.

Son...

look for the driver,

tell him we're ready here.

Drop that revolver.

Did you hear me.

Come here, you...

Tyler

What delayed them ?.

The driver was with a rifle out there,

now it is well tied. Where is the money?.

In that suitcase of samples.

Who is the cook ?.

I am.

Give me some victuals, we have a long ride ahead.

Do it yourself!

I do not cook for thieves and murderers.

Eh... Stop there, dear.

I would not have expected it or the case of having everything in its favor.

Hey Rod...

And the others?.

If I tell you the truth, I'm not sure how many passengers you have left.

Sir, better inform the Mrs. that we left for Tucson.

Tell him yourself.

The stagecoach departs for Tucson, all aboard.

Hey, sir, he heard me.

I'm not leaving, not yet.

Ma'am, your husband is already on board.

My husband is in Las Cruces.

And what about you?

I would like to stay. But, I'll go in a moment.

Life is......

Wish me luck.

I do not think you need it, Will.

Tucson is not far from here, I'd like to come back... to see you.

I would like you to do it.

Goodbye.

I will be waiting.
