While he leaves there, we're going to

almost all the way.

We're going to shoot some screws through
it and use that to hold everything

together and use it to
make it rigid where this thing

will stay together while
the crush or crush is it.

This steel is 100% irreplaceable.

It's not the money in the copper or the
time that it took to build it.

It's the fact that I build it with Jim
Tom.

last run of liquor that

dad I made with this steel.

up using was two different

kinds of copper spray
paint on this steel.

For instance, there you go, Josh.

We used one that was a nice shiny copper.

Then we found one that
looked like a an hammered

copper and it gave it a
little bit of an aged look.

It's moving close.

That looks like copper.

It damn sure does, don't it?

I think it looks good.

It really ages it.

I'm really proud of this pot right here.

It came together in record time and really
it couldn't look better.

It's actually shocking to me how much this
looks like a real copper pot.

I thought we'd do the strawberry kiwi
first.

What'd you think?

Yeah, really?

Me and Jay just got through running three
different fruit flavor voxas here.

We got pineapple, strawberry, kiwi,
and black cherry.

What a strawberry.

It's already smelling good.

We're pretty good at making voxas.

And that's all a seltzer is is carbonated
flavored voxas.

You just got to put the bubbles to it.

That's already starting to smell like
mama's kitchen, which is making juice.

So first thing we're going to do is cut up
our bunch of fruits, cook them down,

add some sugar, a
one-to-one ratio of sugar to

the fruit, make a real
natural simple syrup.

Yeah, that we're ready to rock and roll,
bud.

Yeah, what that sure does smell good and
look good.

Then we're going to add that into our
already flavored voxas that we've got.

We're just simply going to strain the
rough fruit off of the syrup, put the

syrup straight into the finished product
of the alcohol.

Well, look at that beautiful color.

If that don't catch the
eye, I don't know what will

you stir it up and taste
it and see what it's like.

I tell you what, Jay.

That almost would stroll
very kiwi kind of puts a peach

flavor to that, fruits in the
jar, or what does it taste like?

Wow, so that's good.

I'm telling you, that's good.

We put some carbonation that right there.

That's going to be fine, right?

That put a hurt on the man.

It's a good 10% which
is about double what

anything else is, but
the flavor is just amazing.

I say let's carbonate it and try it and
see what's going to be like.

The only step we've got to take now with
the strawberry kiwi is to add those

bubbles, put the carbonation to it and see
how it turns out.
