Most of it does, yeah.

We might take a few things with us just
because, you know, family.

and whatnot, so we're going to keep
those. For sure.

But, yeah, we're going to give most of
it back to our seller. Oh. Yeah. I mean,

it's beautiful.

Thank you, thank you. I think it looks
way better in person than it did over

phone. Yeah, I know. The pictures do not
do it justice, really. And also, before

we got all the pictures done, this floor
is all redone. Oh.

Is it, what, with the floors upstairs as
well?

Yeah, we got the floors upstairs are a
mixture between carpet and wood, so it's

pretty nice. You know, this is all red
oak.

Okay, what color carpet are we working
next to? Some tan, you know, different

shades. I'm not exactly sure on the
exact colors.

Unfortunately, that was all my wife's
decisions, you know. And what's the

footage? It's about 5 ,000.

Oh, wow. All around, yeah. Okay.

Yeah, we actually, when building this
house, we actually took off the top of a

mountain, actually. We were able to
clear that out, put this out there.

a pool in the backyard, grill. It's
beautiful.

Oh, so it does come with a pool.

Oh, yeah. Full pool.

It's got a nice rock water slide come
down. It's beautiful.

Summertimes are just absolutely
gorgeous. You can see down out of all

we look over. It's just beautiful.

Any fireplaces?

Oh, there's actually three.

Wow. Yeah. We have this one right here
with just nice marble from Italy.

Don't want to, you know, didn't spare
any expense on that one. Then we have

outside, a nice one. And there's one
actually in the living room.

Yeah, all really gorgeous spots. That's
great.

Great for Christmas with the family, the
Christmas tree, everyone's able to go

there and just really enjoy it. It's
just a beautiful fire. Yeah. Okay.

But I think it's going to sell pretty
well.

Yeah. Wow.

But also, these metal rods right here,
got these done by a very lovely German

man, actually in Irvine. Does great
work, makes all of it from hand.

It might up the price because a lot of
things in here are actually handmade by

just brilliant artists.

And how old did you say the house was?

We made this, I think it's 15 years old.

It's pretty new.

Everything is pretty on point with the
times. So I think it's going to do

well.

Yeah, what else is there down here?

Oh, the front yard.

Beautiful landscaping job. We have a guy
that comes out, I think it's like...

Twice a month. Really does well with the
fruit trees and all the grass.

Does excellent work.

You know, this place is just going to be
really good for a family. It's going to

be solid.

Well, I think this will be a super easy
place for me to sell. Oh, yeah? Yeah,

according to everything, it sounds
great. You know, I think this is going

just a steal for anyone who pays for it.
You know, it's just going to be great,

you know?

Yeah.

But, you know, kids, family. Oh, also,
really good school district.

Just down the way. It is tremendous.

Very low violence and crimes around
here.

Is it a high school, elementary?

Actually, they have all of it. They have
a high school, they have a junior high,

elementary.

All of them, really good teachers,
really good staff. They actually get

quite well in this area.

They try a lot harder.

Amazing crepes. I used to take my kids
there all the time. It's just a

store. People are lovely. They remember
your name.

It's just a dream here.

And the only reason we're actually
moving away is just because we want it

by the kids are gone. You know, we need
smaller now. Yeah. Yeah.

So looking to get out of this place,
give it another lucky family and, you

let them just really enjoy what we
created here.

Mm -hmm. No, that sounds great.

Yeah. Sounds perfect.

I think it's going to be nice for them.
Mm -hmm. Yeah.

It is just a beautiful house. Mm -hmm.
Very happy I got to live here.

I thought.

that there was a golf course nearby.

Anything about that? Oh, yeah.

Great golf course. Great community
there.

It's only a little bit of tuition to
actually get in there for, you know, to

able to just golf whenever you want.

Never been a huge golfer, but it looks
really nice to freely actually go, so.

That's awesome. Yeah.

So, these bandages, I think you were
saying these were custom made, is that

correct? Custom made, yeah. Wow.

It's so beautiful. I really like the
design on them.

Yeah, they, you know, this really shows
when you get handmade, it's just what it

can do, you know? Yeah, for sure. It's
just nicer all around. I mean, they're

beautiful. It's very, very smooth.

Yeah. I mean, wow.

Yeah, you know, and just holding them in
your hand, it just feels just...

Neither. Right, right.

Safety, obviously. Yeah, safety. You
don't want to go up these stairs when

you're... No. And maybe had a one -two
-one. Right. When people say, yeah,

right. Especially if you have family
here. Yeah, absolutely.

It is... But you know what?

Sturdy as hell. Look at that. Oh, yeah,
wow.

Yeah. Very sturdy.

Yeah. It's nice.

Wow, I love the colors in here. I mean,
it just goes together really nicely.

Yeah, we took a long time to get out the
colors.

Had a very good feng shui on the whole
place. Right.

Interior designers are always like,
they're great, you know.

Helps out. Right.

It's a beautiful mirror, too. It comes
with the house? Oh, yeah.

That's the thing with it. It's just so
big, and so I want the gaudy.

It has to stay here. It fits the room
perfectly.

Yeah. It really pulls.

The whole area together.

Well, you know, I would love to see the
upstairs if we could.

Wow. There's the golf course over there.

A beautiful 19 holes, you know. It's
just incredible.

And the fireplace.

Yep, another fireplace.

It's so beautiful.

Yeah, and these chairs, these are flying
from Rome. Really?

Wow, and these nice pillows? Yeah.

It just shows what a little bit of
artistry can do, you know?

And do these come with house? Or are you
guys taking them? Oh, no, no. We're

going to leave those for the special
one. Oh, that's nice of you. That's so

nice. Yeah.

I want to give a little back to whoever
comes in here, just so they can, you

know, feel a little bit of what I
actually had, you know, when I was

plate. Right.

I'm denying it, you know?

Master bedroom is that way. Yeah, master
bedroom. Master bathroom right there.

And it's just, you know, great view of
the whole area. Yeah. From there and

there. So you can even watch the people
play golf right there. That's nice.

Yeah, it's nice to do on a Sunday
afternoon. Right. Just spend the weekend

watching them.

Watching them play, hitting those hot
balls in the water.

Right. There's people out there that are
not that good.

Do you play golf?

No, not as much.

When building it, they didn't have the
golf course yet, and it kind of just got

made in the last couple years.

Right. Never really got into the sport
as much. Okay.

Yeah.

Oh, I'm really interested in seeing the
master bathroom and bedroom, if that's

okay. Oh, yeah, for sure. Let's go check
that one out. Yeah.

Brand new for every floor.

Wow,

very spacious.

Yeah. Nice spot, right? It's the
beautiful sunlight comes through here.

fantastic. Wow, I love the colors in
here as well. Yeah, you know, again,

a lot of time looking into what colors
would really work here, you know? And

Oh, the speaker system is amazing.

Wow. It runs the whole house. It is
really good.

Wow. What's your favorite kind of music
you can play in here?

You know, we mostly listen to classical
in this house. Okay.

Classical household. Yeah, classical

Wow. Yeah. All of our kids end up
learning piano and violin. Right.

Sometimes we like just let it go through

Oh, looking from the high fives to tens,
you know? Okay.

you have any

pets? Um, yeah, we had a couple dogs.
Oh, okay, so it's like a pet coming out.

Pet friendly. We have dog doors go
outside.

That's great.

Those

are

such high ceilings.

Yeah, you know, it really maximizes the
light from outside. It really just

brightens up the whole room with the
color, the high ceilings.

It works well. Great.

Yeah, we were very detail -oriented when
we built the house. Oh, for sure.

That's really important, especially when
selling. Yeah.

I've seen you guys have a lot of really
fun barbecues in the summer. Oh yeah,

lots of fun barbecues. We have to throw
a 4th of July party that is second to

none. That's awesome.

experienced like a high water bill at
all? You know what? Not that bad.

Electricity is a little bit rough in the
summer, but that's just because the

house is so big. Right. Air
conditioning.

Oh, my God, I love this bed. It's going
to be a sad to see it go.

We were thinking about going bigger, but
it just wouldn't fit in the room.

I really like

the carpets in here.

Yeah. The tan is just beautiful.

It really matches the white walls.

sold yet. I mean, I think it's great,
but I feel like we could do more.

Well, I mean, if we're going to write
this down, it's a three -car garage, but

you can also fit six cars just in the
parking lot alone.

How do we get in the pool?

The pool?

It's a quarter of olympic size it's
enough to where you get some good

in there you know and we also have a uh
diving board you know to work on those

uh you know nice guys of course uh hot
tub fit seven so that always

works really nicely yeah oh and also
forgot to mention this outside uh

fireplace for those uh nice times where
you guys want to get a little more

romantic right that looks great yeah Did
you guys build that in when you got

that? Oh, yeah, built it in. Oh, also,
we have faux grass out there, so you

don't have to pay for water bill. Oh,
that's great.

That explains the water bill. Yeah.

Well, luckily enough, we don't have bad
wind here, so the only message to them

is actually the sun.

Oh, right.

But we've redone them twice since we've
been here, so that's 15 years, so even

more than we actually did. Right, right.
And do you guys do satellites?

Satellites? Yeah. No, but we all do have
all, oh, geez, forgive me, my brain's

all over the place.

We have solar panels all over the roof.
Oh, that's great. That's great.

Yeah, so that also helps with the
roofing.

interested in the bathroom oh my god of
course i are come on let's go see that

okay it is gorgeous i think one of the
bigger selling points of this place

besides the meter obviously wow nice big
tub yeah yeah this thing is will fit

anyone it's fantastic it's just great
you know and all the uh you know the

on there guys you love jet at least
night

And a shower as well.

Nice big shower. Got different faucets.
Right, there are two.

That's really nice to have two things

All rooms have some amazing views. Oh,

Oh, yeah. This is important.

We just had a big trouble. They just do
it right. They do it so right.

Is the water running?

It sure is.

I really like the flooring in here.

The same flooring in every bathroom?

No, we changed it up in each one. Just
give everyone a different feel. That's

really nice.

that's a really nice willow tree you
guys have in there. Oh, yeah.

We actually imported that, too. Oh,
okay.

No, no, couldn't. It's not been long
enough. Right, right.

Oh, wow.

Yeah, it's just a beautiful view for
some lucky family. Right.

On the other side, all the towels that
are here, we left the house pure alpaca.

Really? Yep. Came from a very nice
alpaca farm down in Argentina.

We have to be careful. We are in
California.

People have a little, you know. Well,
it's not. It's just the fur. That's what

they regenerate. Oh, okay.

We try to have a greenhouse here.

Wow,

look at these jets.

I'm sure you've taken some nice.

Oh yeah.

mountains over there. Have you ever gone
camping up here?

Not as much camping, but there are some
beautiful hiking trails.

Oh, man. And just going on that, and you
can see some of your neighbors that go

out there all the time. The weekends
here are just marvelous.

And just last week, me and my wife went
out there and met some hikers, and we

all ended up having a nice cookout
later.

Oh, nice.

Come from a lovely family. How long has
he been working with you guys?

He's been working with us for pretty
much the whole time I've been here, so

years. But his family's been in that
business for, I think it's three or four

generations. Wow.

Yeah. They do amazing work.

We have some beautiful trees brought
over from Japan that he just makes bloom

every year. It's just amazing.

I will say, I feel very confident moving
forward. I feel great. I feel like we

could find a perfect family for the
plant. I think it's going to go really

I think everyone's going to really enjoy
it. I think it's going to just fly off

the market real fast.

So what do you think about putting this
bad boy on the market? I'll get it out

there as soon as possible. Fantastic.
