to the hold the crime
had on their beautiful city.

In the study of the Earnshaw home, the first
meeting of the committee of five was held.

Each man had been chosen because
of his outstanding civic leadership.

Present besides Earnshaw were
Juan Stanza, Cuban importer and exporter.

Dennis Teller, owner of one of
Miami's large department stores.

Frank Alton, one of the
directors of bars association...

and Clifton Stanley of the hotel association.

Mr. Earnshaw, in theory your plan is good,
commendable, but how should I say it?

We are babies in the woods, what do
we know of dealing with criminals?

- What we don't know we can learn.
- That's theory too.

It's taken Tony Brill and his mob
years to establish their business.

- It would take us just as long to stop them.
