I'm really disappointed in the school.
We were celebrating Earth Day every day

purses and shirts and stuff. It's always

So we actually did this at the farmer's
market.

We found someone who uses recycled
materials to create other items.

Now is that a, like a potter's type of

Yes. We wanted to take a pottery class
so we could learn how to do that

ourselves.

But we just wanted to support some local
artists.

And look at these.

These are so beautiful and artistic. Oh
my gosh. Those are amazing.

Yeah, we support... You guys are just
too much.

You are all about it. We're all about
supporting our local community.

Yeah. And trying to make the earth
greener.

You know what? More people need to do
their part.

And it's crazy just all the ways and all
the stuff people don't think about.

plants are natural air purifiers.

it was. But they ended up finding them,

join us and be able to get us these

of outfits.

Yeah, these were very nice. I mean, I
love the colors and everything.

Yeah, I'm happy that we can be, you
know, economical and fashionable.

Exactly. You know, it's a win -win
situation for everybody.

down every single year.

But you can actually reuse them six
times.

Yeah, you can reuse the wood up to six
times. Really? Because of the byproduct?

times, the fibers in the tree are no

usable. But I would say, yeah, you get a
lot of use out of, you know.

the trees and the wood and everything.

it became globally recognized. So every

country now, for the most part,
celebrates it Thursday.

any idea how it went global?

they recognized it. Oh, yeah.

that the dates align.

So that's between spring break and

finals. Right. So they made Earth Day
that day so college students would be

motivated to, you know, participate in
economical activities.

And it definitely helps when you give us
extra credit. Yeah, exactly.

So it gets funny that, yeah, exactly.

That makes perfect sense.

love being able to use electricity
without having to get all the other

stuff with chemicals.

energy product.
