So I did that process, made the appeal.

The next morning I had a email subject
line.

Your appeal has been reviewed or
whatever it was. And I'm thinking to

yeah, no way. And it's a
congratulations.

You got your YouTube channel back. So
all of the videos on my YouTube channel

me over the 15 years of bounty hunting
that I have on there.

I mean, there's a lot of things on
there. They were all restored. They all

back until the second I sat down with
survivors of the attack of the USS

with Phil Turney and his fellow

at one of their reunions, and then bang,
they just took it away again.

is a 384 page lawsuit against the

allegations, they've been admitted now.

at X have admitted it. We've got

discovery from Biden or Missouri versus

the case should be open and shut.

So during your investigation, gathering
all this evidence, obviously, I mean, it

took you down a rabbit hole of who's
actually calling the shots here. So what

did you find?

Well, you know, the original
disinformation dozen report that we were

from originated from a...

nonprofit in Britain called the Center
for Countering Digital Hate, the CCDH.

You know, imagine that, Stu. A group
that claims to be against digital hate

produces a digital hit list.

We're targeted then. They're doing
exactly the opposite of what they're

to. But that's where the disinfo dozen
originated.

And by the way, Soros, his open sources
foundation was a big contributor to the

CCDH. We've now discovered, based upon a
lot of digging from Sayer G and other

investigative reporters, that...

MI6 could have been involved. Mossad
could have been involved.

CIA could have been involved.

I say could have been because it hasn't
been proven, but there's pretty good

evidence that this was a huge
undertaking that wasn't just the CCDH.

funding and they had other entities
involved in this. And it was basically

targeting anyone that did not agree with
the government's official story about

COVID and the vaccines.

And interestingly, after the disinfo
dozen was published and we were targeted

with literally hundreds of articles
worldwide.

mentioning us by name, Bobby Kennedy,
Dr. Mercola, Dr. Buttar, a lot of people

that you know were in that list.

And I don't know why you weren't in it,
but regardless, we were the disinfo

dozen. We got reporters showing up on
our property wanting to interview us.

We were literally just, they doxed our
house. On CNN, they showed where we

in one of the reports about us on CNN
with Wolf Blitzer. It was just insane.

And it's all because of this report that
we were spreading allegedly 65 percent

of the disinformation about COVID
online. It was attributable to these 12

that were deemed to be the disinfo
dozen. Well, it later turns out that

number was just made up.

They just pulled it out of thin air.

Facebook, as a matter of fact, even came
out a couple of years later and said,

well, actually, these people are only
spreading 0 .5 percent, which is, you

know, less than 1 percent of the
disinformation about COVID.

and the vaccines. Now, we would disagree
with them that it was disinformation.

All we were doing was literally sharing
CDC links to their own website or FDA

studies about these vaccines or FDA. We
got a hold of a PowerPoint, by the way,

Stu, and I think you've probably seen
this. It was a couple of months before

they authorized the COVID vaccine for
emergency use. And on that PowerPoint,

this was one of the FDA's meetings
behind closed doors.

All of the things that we've been
seeing.

The sudden deaths, by the way, died
suddenly, amazing film.

Sudden deaths, the cardiac problems, the
stillbirths, the issues with

fertility, all these different side
effects from the COVID vaccine, they

listed in this document that the FDA had
before they authorized it. They knew it

was going to cause all these problems,
but they still released it. They

authorized it for emergency use. And
that's one of the reasons too, Stu, that

why ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine
and those things were demonized because

they did work well against COVID,
against whatever COVID was. That's

But they did work to help protect
people.

And the FDA is not allowed to authorize
the vaccine for emergency use if there

are other therapeutics that are known to
work.

That's why those two were demonized so
much in the mainstream media.

And if you used, you know, ivermectin.

You were made fun of and you were using
horse dewormer paste and all this other

stuff. They did that so the public
didn't know that there are options out

These are reputable treatments for COVID
or preventions for COVID so they could

push that vaccine through.

You know, I mean, with a country that's

declared by Donald Trump, I mean, we're
going to war in a foreign nation.

all of this timing coincides with the

release of the Epstein files, and I've

Center for Countering Digital Hate. How

do we defeat this? I mean, if the
courts, if the judicial system, as you

If the same people have installed all
this, how do you defeat that? How do you

remain optimistic, I guess, in your
lawsuit? Are you?

Yeah, we're optimistic because we do
believe that we have enough evidence

have have filed for motions to dismiss,

which they always do. We just don't
think they're going to be able to. So,

really think are going to work and that
I'm not going to be able to share at

thought that he may have to at that
moment come face to face with the

people who would ask him, why are you
not doing your job?

You know, you work for us, and these
people, they just don't feel like they

Kleinbaum demanding World War II -style
internment camps for Nick Fuentes, for

Candace Owens, for Tucker Carlson,

pushing concentration camps for American

them combined. Yet it's still on the CDC

schedule. How does that make any sense?

And, you know, also, Stu, you were
talking a little bit about January 6th.

were there on January 6th. We had a
rally two weeks away from the Capitol.

And so we were there. We actually had a
permit, which is the only reason that we

didn't get shut down.

because we had a permit from Washington,
D .C., but I was literally there at the

Capitol, at the door, and we had friends
that went inside.

And the story that they've told about
that event and what really happened is

consistent from what I saw, because what
I saw were patriots there singing the

national anthem, being extremely
respectful to police.

I saw, and I know personally, people
that walked through peacefully.

Stayed between the ropes and stanchion
there in the Capitol.

And so the story of this huge
insurrection, other than what was

probably by the FBI itself, it wasn't
instigated by true patriots.

Which is the reason I'm wearing the 1776

documentary, by the way. You're like,
yeah, that's the same shirt. I do

have more than one shirt, but I wore
this one today specifically for that

reason. Because I feel like this is our
1776. We've got to stand up now, save

Otherwise, they will want to put us in
the camps.

So what stage of this process is your
lawsuit at now?

Well, we've got a huge lawsuit. Mike
Adams has a huge lawsuit as well. And so

what has happened is we filed them at
similar times back in 2024.

They've both been kicked from Texas,
where Mike is, and where we are here in

Tennessee. Both states sent them back to
California.

because that's where big tech asked them
to go there, which we disagree with,

and we're trying to get them back into
our home states.

But the judge now in the Northern
District of California is looking at our

cases as what's considered to be a
combined case.

Now, from a legal perspective, I don't
really know what that means other than

she's looking at them together.

They're not technically the same case.
They're different lawsuits, but she's

looking at them together.

So that's where it is right now. All the
defendants, all of the big tech,

Tyrants out there have filed for motions
to dismiss saying that we have no

grounds. It's absurd. We have 389 pages
of proof. We have admissions.

So yeah, of course we have grounds for
this suit. But that's where they filed.

And so we're now waiting on the judge's
decision on will these cases go to trial

or will they be dismissed? We're praying
that she does the right thing. And we

go to trial either in Tennessee, Texas
or in California.

And if so, they're cooked.

Because we get into discovery, we'll
find out where all the rest of the

skeletons are buried, and they're
cooked, and they know they're cooked. So

don't want to go to trial. So they're
going to do anything they can to stop

trial from happening.

And that's why they want it, you know,
out of that jurisdiction.

That's why they didn't want it in
Tennessee and Texas, because we had a

chance here.

We're praying that the judge that has
the case in the Northern District does

right thing.
