the federal law as passed by the United

States Congress, you also have to take
into account what's best for the tribe.

The Indian culture is faced with
genocide.

30 % of our children are taken away. 90
% of those going to white families who

cause these children to abandon their
heritage.

How can any child raised under her
influence grow to love or even respect

we are?

The only means of saving our world is
the child. And with everyone that slips

away, our race is one step closer to
extinction.

It's a desperate thing, I suppose, to
cling to children as a means of

police department at every turn after he

Vance is sticking Rogoff for the payback

being blackmailed into accepting today's

rape suspect, despite a total absence of
good faith belief that he committed any
