you describe the events leading up to

your going to the home of Nina Emmons on
the night of July 30th, 1986?

We had a warrant for the arrest of one
DeWitt James, whose last known address

was 9220 Chateau Street, apartment 50.

What was the warrant for?

Possession of a controlled substance and
felonious assault.
