William Tompkins worked for US Navy
intelligence during the Second World

was directly involved in debriefings by
Navy spies embedded in Nazi Germany's

most advanced aerospace projects.

Some of these Nazi projects involved
anti -gravity flying saucers that were

capable of space flight.

Tompkins' job was to design intelligence
briefing packets based on the Navy

spies' debriefings and to then deliver
these packages to leading U .S.

corporations, think tanks and
universities for study and evaluation.

Tompkins' incredible story begins in
1941 when U .S. Naval Intelligence

about his flawlessly designed models of
Navy ships he had seen at the Long Beach

Naval Dockyards in California. He was 17
at the time.

After the Navy learned about Tompkins'
model ships, which displayed top -secret

details of gun placements and other
sensitive information, they interrogated

both Tompkins and his father.

When the Department of Naval
Intelligence realized Tompkins possessed

ability to reproduce complex ship
designs using his photographic memory,

quickly arranged for him to be recruited
in the Navy's service.

Tompkins revealed that from 1942 to
1945, he participated in over a thousand

debriefings of US Navy spies who had
been embedded in leading Nazi Germany

aerospace corporations involved in
building flying saucers.

Tompkins said that he served under
Admiral Rick Abada, who was in charge of

intelligence operations out of the Naval
Air Station at San Diego, and three

Navy captains who were specialists in
different areas of naval aircraft

engineering and procurement.

The following interview extract features
Tompkins answering questions from Dr.

Robert Wood and myself on the
information he gained from the Navy

the different corporations and think
tanks he traveled to, and some of the

aerospace technologies that were being
secretly developed by the Nazis during

the war.

Tompkins begins the interview by
describing the small office where the

debriefings of the Navy spies took place
at Naval Air Station San Diego.

He had this little small office.

He had a muscle office.

And he was commander of Naval Air
Station San Diego.

And so...

The letter would be sitting here. I'm
sitting next to him, and we have one of

three captain bosses sitting here.

The typist was sitting on the other side
of the table, and the Navy operative,

lieutenant commander, or lieutenant,
would sit over there.

And he would lay out the information,

some sketches.

Very few photographs, so it was almost
all verbal.

Almost all.

And if it was a system that we had
already known about, other operatives

given us information two years before,
and it was an update of it,

he would then title all of the other

organizations.

that were involved with that specific
part of, say, the cigar -shaped

And what the weapons were, what the
operations were,

the different companies underneath the
ground, which were slave

labor organizations.

Well, I want to go back to this tape
with you and Rick.

and the captain and the spy sitting at
the table, how many times

did you get forward to events like that?
I mean, like within 10

or like 1 ,000 or like 100?

In four years, right?

So 1 ,000, maybe 1 ,200.

Well, that would be...

That would be like every night for four
years.

Yeah. So the nightly things? Right. It
was typically occurred

way after that?

Yeah.

They would stay with us for maybe a
week. Then we tried to put together

and better define this information.

Okay.

And then we'd put that together as a
package, and then we'd fly that out. So

would be usually one source would give
his story. It might take two or three

days for him to give it. Right, yeah.

Okay. And then it'd be packaged up, and
then you'd take it away. Yeah.

But I'm saying that this continued.

I'm saying.

I mean, yeah.

But what I'm trying to do is to grasp
the overall goal of those, say, 300

or 400 deliveries you made.

Yeah. And some of this has to do with
the Nazi history.

But did some of this also have to do
with, for example, the age regression?

I mean, Nazi age regression as well as
Nazi employment.

Well, most of it was the Nazi UFOs.
Okay.

You're talking about what the Nazis were
doing in a military war.

But it went to weapon systems.

I mean, all types of advanced weapon
systems have all

types of methods of war.

Did you get exposed to the Hannibal
craft designs or anything like that at

time?

I'm exposed to making sketches of some
of the stuff that was actually there.

Did you ever come across the term
honorable?

The descriptions of various models of
German anti -gravity vehicles?

Oh.

Was that real?

Did you ever come across a deal with the
designation?

One, two, three?

Yes, but I remember the stuff that we
got was the

wording is in English.

Okay.

Some of the documents that we got, of
course, were in German.

But we didn't get so much of the
documents.

It was mostly verbal.

And it was saying in his interpretation,
that was another thing, because I

remember they had one of the guys to go
check so -and -so. I want you back over

there. I want you back here next month.

And then there's updates to the
information.

And so some of the stuff that was in
German.

We had another group of people who
converted it to English.

And so you're working with information
that you don't

have background on.

And so what you're trying to do is put
enough of it together that,

say, Lockheed can take that information
and develop it,

interpret it.

and come up with something that could
possibly be used.

When I said that many, remember,

I went back to all of these facilities,
sometimes six or seven times, with

updated information that we got. Because
three years after they said it before,

the whole thing is now, it's been
developed, and now it's this, this, and

So do you remember what kind of material
you took to different places? In other

words, JPL.

Well, Caltech was called then, right?
Yeah. JPL.

At JPL, would you take material relevant
to the UFO craft

or the anti -gravity craft?

Propulsion.

Everything about propulsion, all
different types of propulsion, and stuff

didn't, I had no idea what this was.

And then controls, different types of
controls.

Support systems.

You can, almost any subject or any
question.

Did you ever want to ask for some of
that information that we were getting?

But some of the groups didn't get
everything.

How? No group got everything.

How?

Smoked the word sick health at Douglas,
you know,

MIT.

Yeah. And then maybe Lockheed.

Lockheed. Bowling North American.

Bowling North American.

Bowling Bowling. So there's seven or
eight different locations you made

deliveries to.

It's hundreds of different places we
took the data.

Yeah. We took the data to every Navy
research organization.

We took it to

What little company?

Revo Development Center, Old Minister,
Pennsylvania.

Right. Okay. That's a big facility.

I went 20 times back there with stuff.

Oh, I see. Okay.

And then the Caltech one, I didn't even
go to

Pasadena for that.

I went to...

And it was a weapons system out at China
Lake.

Because Caltech was working on other
programs, big programs there.

And they would pull their scientists off
of whatever that was, and they'd throw

these guys into that package and run
with the ball.

It was, you know, some of them that I
went to.

They wouldn't let me inseminate the
information.

They were not interested.

They didn't want to have a thing to do
with it.

And I had that with several universities
who were doing military

programs.

Purdue wanted it?

Yeah, Purdue was one. Yes.

Yes.

But what I'm saying is not everybody was
willing.

to help the Navy.

The Air Force, like Wright -Patterson?

Yeah. Wright -Patterson as well? Yeah.

A couple I had most didn't want that,
but we had our

list of who we thought could help.

But the point is, these were not.

Document after document that you believe
them, you give them this information

that has been verbally almost, very
little photograph, very little drawings,

of a specific part of the propulsion or
a method of

control. How do they control these
things?

What is technical things?

Yeah, all technical stuff, Bob.

And I don't mind talking about this
because, frankly, I lived

that thing for 30 years, and it

was staggering.

The German titles for stuff was

a problem, so we had interpreters there.

It would help us put the package
together to sabotage the Douglas.

Okay?

And so there's the misinterpretations
and the stuff is not done right. Oh,

that's part of it.

You don't get some nice good package.

And so packages were taken to places
that were insufficient information.

And they get all outside and upset with
me.

I've got to go get this and that.

But even though you were not trained
technically as an engineer for a

you were exposed to a good deal of
technical information in the process.

Yes. It was usually put in terms of
common language and common sense.

And so you understood it? I understood
some of it, yes. Some of it I had no

In his autobiography, Selected by
Extraterrestrials, Tompkins has provided

documents supporting his remarkable
claims, including a copy of his mission

orders that verified that he was indeed
tasked to act as a disseminator of

aircraft research and information.

Tompkins also provided in his book
copies of passes to enter and leave the

Air Station in San Diego with multiple
packages.

This substantiates his claims that he
was carrying intelligence briefing

to select US corporations and think
tanks.

The Navy spies revealed many astonishing
facts to Tompkins and his superiors

about the aerospace technologies being
developed in Nazi Germany.

Among the most remarkable is the Nazis
were receiving assistance from an

extraterrestrial race described as
reptilians, who were acting as

various German aerospace projects.

In an exclusive interview with XO News
TV conducted in San Diego on February

25th, Tompkins for the first time
revealed publicly the role of reptilian

extraterrestrials in Nazi projects.

Tompkins answering questions from Dr.

The fact that the Germans were given

this information from the reptilians set
up the program, they signed the program

to... support Germany, and they're
giving Germany

UFOs. Did you have that fact in any of
the briefings that you delivered?

Yes. There was?

Yes.

Did the Navy, for example, have it laid
out that there was a reptilian

extraterrestrial species helping the
Germans?

Say that again. I want to hear it. How
did the Navy Fives learn about reptilian

extraterrestrials helping the Nazis?

Did they see reptilians, or did they
read briefing documents?

Did they appear to the chatter amongst
German scientists about reptilians? How

did they learn about reptilians? Okay.

Very good.

or any separate classified meetings, get
-togethers, whatever.

And they formed an organization a little
bit like signing this thing over here

when we first started talking.

Rough, okay?

And OSS then interprets this

into a whole series of different
programs.

This then is disseminated through their
specific military

communication, whether it's a major
effort or something that's just off on

side. All of this is documented
together.

Now, in addition to that, they had, if
you want to call them,

consultants who are reptilian
consultants.

assisting all of those different things
that it takes to design and build these

spacecraft carriers and propulsion
systems.

So this is an extremely

well -developed program and documented
like

crazy.

And getting copies of the document was
hard for our

spies, but

this was a program in the upper level of
the SS.

It was compartmentalized, too. Yeah, it
was completely compartmentalized, but it

was well on there.

who had to do the work, had no knowledge
at all of what it was for,

and so they had to go do it.

And so I guess it's a little bit like a

company for manufacturing who has the
engineers do

their effort.

And then supplies are gained. You get
all the supplies to build it. And then

have people build it.

Only the very tip of the top have the
knowledge of what this thing is even

And so that guy is working with a
reptilian.

His group is working with reptilians.

They are doing...

They're making sure that the engineering
is engineered in a way to accomplish

this thrust effort or this propulsion
system.

So the Navy spies reported back on what
they had seen or whatever documents they

had retrieved and that this was the
conclusion that the Greens had been

with the Italians and that the Italians
were acting as consultants with some of

the Nazi SS compartmentalized progress.

Well, even more than that, one of the
packages that I got had a statement

type thing that was, I don't know how he
got a hold of it, but it was not

the original agreement between the two
countries or the extraterrestrials and

Germany. But it alluded to this.

And you don't have many of those around.
But there was this

tremendous program which the

operatives got into. There were
university

-type facilities.

Hundreds of thousands of even Russian
girls were brought in to these

facilities, and certain

groups of the

troops would get them pregnant.

And this program was then to come out
with massive numbers.

The reason I'm saying this is because it
takes a long time to have a baby.

So you're not planning to win the war
next week.

But that part of their program was set
up and structured to

parallel.

a reptilian community battle group
program to

go to other stars' planets and do the
same thing that Germany was going to do

to Europe and then this planet.

Which is, in other words, it wasn't just
taking over the

United States and killing some Jewish
people.

And then splitting it up. Doing it
throughout the galaxy.

Yeah.

So we catch the thing with way beyond
that. Again, what we just said about

was the tip of the iceberg of what they
were doing. And already reptilians doing

it to other stars, planets, all over
this area of the galaxy.

I mean, these young kids, the
operatives.

They couldn't believe half of what they
brought back of what was going on.

But some of them were really good
people, and they know how to get into

and listen to what's going on.

And finally, from that guy that he
talked to, and they heard, he heard, and

going to so -and -so, because, yes, they
were doing that over there. And he goes

over to two countries away from a fog.

Occupied country that have sold a
massive thing. Go on. Another part of

steel UFOs.

200 foot.

250 foot. Boilerplate steel.

Which is insane.

But this group said...

group took the information that was
given to them, they didn't figure out it

should be steel.

It should not be steel.

And the propulsion unit floated up

just like it was further.

And so that learning curve showed that
you can do these things all over

using

Totally different standard mathematical
or standard technical

terms of the way you normally do it.

And so thousands and thousands of
different engineering groups

are working different aspects of all
this.

Just one second. Some of them love the
vehicles. Others, they gave them

the vehicle to...

universe engineer.

And so that they could become familiar
with everything from

the inside out.

And so that different people, different
organizations could handle this in

different manners.

I mean, it was a massive program. And
the mission was to take over the planet.

Tear off all the ones that are a
problem. The rest of them make slaves

them.

Everybody on your planet.

Then, second phase was to leave the
planet with large squadrons of

UFOs after you've got them all built.

And do the same thing to other stars and
planets.

That's Germany.

In the last episode, we learned about
Tompkins' astonishing claim that the

were receiving assistance from an
extraterrestrial race described as

who were acting as consultants in
various German aerospace projects.

In this episode, we learned about how
the reptilians helped the Nazis locate

large caverns in Antarctica which would
be used as bases for the Nazis' most

advanced aerospace programs that were
being assisted by reptilian consultants.

According to Tompkins, the U .S. Navy
learned from spies embedded in Nazi

Germany that the Nazis used these hidden
Antarctic bases to launch space

missions to the moon, other planets in
our solar system, and most remarkably,

distant interstellar locations.

secret space program in Antarctica.

The operatives found this data and they
brought it back to the admiral's

secret office at the top of that
building. You can see the building from

the ground, over north of that one.

Really?

These fellows were all over the occupied
area in Germany.

And they found all of this equipment.

They found the program for extended
life.

That wasn't really an extended life. It
was a life program that the

extraterrestrials were already doing.

Yeah.

And so it was no big deal at all.

The move from Germany

to Antarctica was in operation in

1934, way before the war started.

In fact, some of the stuff went down.

In 1913,

large portions of

equipment were sent down there, but
right next to them were three tremendous

-sized caverns, which the reptilians
had.

Non -grazed reptilians.

Germany got...

Two more, but they were about a tenth
the size of the big reptilians.

So they were able to bring the supplies

down, mostly by submarine.

They built these fat submarines as
regular clones that they built so they

ship all this stuff down. And they were
shipping stuff down.

Right after the turn of the century.

I mean, whether they had convinced
themselves that

they didn't care, whether they weren't
interested in the war, whoever it was,

like the Vail Society, they had

almost 90 % of everything that it takes
to build...

extraterrestrial vehicles, whether they
were saucers or cigars.

They had that down to Antarctica

by 1932.

Some of it was going down.

And not the main programs, but they had
copies of everything that was

necessary to build these. They were
building them in production.

all over the occupied countries,
underground production facilities, slave

And the Germans didn't know anything
about it. The German population didn't

anything about this.

It was all classified.

Were they moving the weapons in Germany
or Canada?

Well,

the people in Germany knew nothing about
it. Antarctica knew everything.

Where were the UFOs, anti -gravity
crafts being built?

In Germany?

They were the prototypes in Germany.

There were three prototype vehicles,
okay,

which is actually something ready for
production in

Antarctica.

They put this stuff in production in the
countries all over Germany, and they

continued to build similar vehicles in
Antarctica.

Now, the question was asked, did we ever
get to boom?

We said, in some way, it was well known
that the

Germans had numbers.

of vehicles.

They flew out and came back.

One of the first ones, they got in
trouble and they crashed and the whole

died.

But that was almost all coming from
Antarctica.

Because they were three years before the
war ended.

They were always moving all this stuff
out.

And so the flights, almost everything
came from Antarctica with the same

During the war years, from Antarctica,
the Germans were watching the craft, and

the moon was one of many destinations
they tried.

Yes. And I don't know whether it was
true or not, but it was standard.

by several of those stars, that they had
gone to several stars and come back.

So that would be a kind of corroboration
that the so -called

Andromeda device, which was basically
some principle of teleportation,

was viable, that they were able to use
the Andromeda device to get to most

stars, just the most older brown, and
then come back.

Nazis used slave labour in their large

In addition, according to Tompkins, the
US Navy learned from its spies embedded

in Nazi Germany that the Italians had
also established the space program,

was under the leadership of the famous
inventor, Giuliano Marconi, in South

America.

You mentioned that they took, in the
book you mentioned they took 7 million

people over there. What were they?

Kind of like slave labor?

Yes, slave labor. Do you know, were they
predominant for one, you know, like

there were a lot of missing people in
Europe.

Were they, you know, using Jews who were
highly trained, highly educated?

They weren't taking the Jews, I
guarantee you.

Yes,

they were bringing people from all over.

Many of the northern countries, Denmark,
Sweden, Norway, that's true.

That was real close to the Germans.

And what about the Japanese?

There were some Japanese, and they did
work on vehicles.

But that was always a problem because
they...

I'll never work with him, but I know
that they had him there, too.

Right.

Were the Italians, the fascists, also
part of this Nazi space program in

Antarctica?

From Antarctica?

Or in Europe, Europe and Antarctica.

Mussolini?

engineers, scientists, also helping the
math students develop the technology?

Well, there was actually a completely
separate program from Hitler.

You had the labor agreement, but then
there

was one group who

were tied with, and I can't remember.

What's the girl's name?

Maria Wilson.

Maria Wilson. Yeah.

We were working with her, okay?

And it was a third.

The SS was doing it. She started it, and
she started doing it.

And then in Italy, there was a massive
one going.

It was a merger. Miami had the regular
Italian Air Force.

The one in Italy, was that headed by
Giuliano Marconi? Yes.

Was that something that the Navy spies
actually were able to identify Marconi

as? As an individual, yeah. In Italian?

Yeah.

There was a lot more.

Italian stuff in companies where

different people would be involved with

different, like subcontractor kind of
stuff.

And we had breakthroughs in

different areas.

I didn't know. Little.

Exactly. That was separate from
Mussolini.

Completely. Two different worlds.

Was Marconi's Italian studies, was that
in any way associated

with South America? There were rumors
that Marconi went to South America to

continue or to work on the Italian
foreign sources program. I heard that,

don't know for sure.

When I heard that, yes.

There was a lot of underground
facilities in South America, too.
