college apps. We do as we're told, get the scores we're told that matters.

How are you feeling with choices you feel like you've made that you think

been 100 % in control of?

I think I've went full force into making every decision that I

put my mind to. I want to do something, and I do it. And sometimes I do it

unconsciously, and I think that's the true meaning of free will.

Yeah, because you're, like, not giving too much thought into it. You're just

kind of letting your body go and just letting it experience it and just

it done. I like that. That sounds really good. I love that. Lexi, how do you

feel about that?

I think a decision that I made was, you know, choosing my major.

Like, the reason that I ended up here, I was actually going to do computer

science. Okay. But when I used my free will, I realized I wanted to take a

different path.

That's beautiful.

I love that. You decided, you know what, that's not my path that I thought. And

you were able to change that. And you just switched and changed your mind like

that. I love that. Tony, what were you thinking?

I think the life goes through as it is.

You don't have to have the choice.

You just do.

like. You know, I said there's no wrong answers, but I feel like these are very

would love your insight. A little more insight from you would be wonderful.

I think I'm understanding where you're coming from with that one. That makes

sense. You make us think a little bit more. You know, you're trying to kind

of, what is, what's the term I'm looking for? You're trying to challenge what

You know, and hearing actually is where oral language is acquired.

So when you hear me explain these, um, these

lessons and these things, it's easier for you to learn and you should start

dramatically developing these amazing, like, language

skills, you know?

It helps develop your language to get a more diverse and more sophisticated type

of language. Do you agree, Kylie? Because I think you're a perfect example

that. So Kylie, you use very wonderful language.

So how do you feel? Do you think that's something that by just hearing others

speak with language like that, you've acquired that knowledge?

How do we know whether everything is predetermined and set for us versus we

our own free will, right? How do we know? And that

what we're trying to figure out and that's what we're trying to study.

And it's one of those things, I don't think it's very black and white. It's

either this or that. I think there is a lot of things that are intertwined.

But I definitely have a good, I feel that Tony's, you know, questioning it

and his theory. I definitely 100 % agree with that. But I do feel like we do

have some sort of choice.

interactive.

of the freedom and free will.

What's like a nature versus nurture thing?

You know what? It's one of those things that, hey, where you just brought, like,

you're just already coming into the world. It's already in your genes. It's

your blood. This is just who you are and what you're going to be. You're

destined for that.

Or, like, the nature part.

I think that's the one, right? Or, no, nature is that. The nurture is that.

Yes. So the nurture one is...

I want to teach you.

And, you know, when you start learning these leads, and that's your choice.

Because you're taking time and you're choosing to learn about these different

things versus it all being instilled in you. So I feel like that also has a lot

to do with freedom of choice and free will.

There's a lot of different, like,

It's not just light.

Like I was saying, it's not just very cut and dry.
