That's why it's conditioning the

seconds to get people engaged

and if it's not caught them within
that instance,

they're just going to switch
the channel over

and not be interested in it.

At the end of the day,

we need to be getting the key
information that Dean wants in there

about air conditioning and his firm.

My biggest concern would be that,

No. For me, the domestic market is

And we've cut out two thirds of

and we're just going for domestics.

and then you've got the home
above it.

It's definitely been played really,
really safe.

It wouldn't grab my attention
to look twice.

It was very much
a last-minute decision.

The reason for it is also to give

What this is
is a dhal base.

So chana is chickpeas
and the chaat is like a spice.

In terms of the taste, I'm, like,

that there's chickpeas

in between the layer of cheese
and the base,

like, when you bite into it,
is delicious.

Anisa, I mean, I've cleaned this
plate.

I absolutely love this.

I really liked the pizza.
I thought it tasted great.

apart from my speech at my wedding.

I know what yous can do in a pitch.
I know how good you are.

a massive issue on how it's said,

as long as it's confident.

What I've done in the last few years
is hone my operations.

So my average review number
on Uber Eats is 4.7.

On Just Eat, it's 4.8,
on Deliveroo...

That's really high.

Yeah.
So I've been consistently good.

Um, Dean. Yes. Uh, you've already
started making money.

Yep. Yep.

And your idea is that by doubling
up the amount of vans you've got,

um, we're going to double our money.
Is that right?

Yeah. Pretty much.
So that's the next step for me.

If I buy a couple of vans
and got more engineers,

I can deal with the workload
that I've got at the moment.

I've been a supervisor

for one of the biggest air
conditioning companies in the UK

and I've seen the operation.

I know how it works.
I had 24 blokes underneath me.

If I can get to that stage,

I can run it a lot more smoother
and better than what they've done.

And I know it's possible. Yeah.

So you're going to continue with
the residential...

That's right. ..market. Yeah.

Not try to address offices
and things like that?

Yeah, so at the moment, 90%
of my work is domestic.

I just prefer the domestic market,

because that's where I think
the gap is.

that your recipe is unique to you,

could be quite easy to copy,
I think, though.

What makes it special is,

we're honed in to just Indian-style
pizzas.

Yeah. For example, if I went
to Pizza Hut or Domino's,

I wouldn't necessarily trust them
in making authentic toppings.

With the money, I would be able
to develop my current kitchen

to become a central hub

and then develop other
dark kitchens around it.

It's a very cost-effective way
of scaling

and getting my pizzas out there
to more people.

So what is in the dark kitchen, then?

So with a dark kitchen,
you only need one person there,

because the ingredients are all
cooked beforehand

by professional chefs.

You only need someone
to assemble it.

It's a lot cheaper than making
a brick-and-mortar store,

because if you think of
the space you need,

it's smaller than this desk.

So my investment could fund a couple
of new dark kitchens, is that right?

Yes. Correct. What do you do next?

How do you fund the fourth one
or the fifth one or the sixth one?

Because the profit margins are
so high,

my goal is to have ten within five
years.

And I think that's very reachable.

There are bigger brands who
are doing it even quicker than that.

What's the profit potential

in five years' time with ten
all-singing and all-dancing?

So we had around half a million
pounds' profit with the ten.

Sounds good, but it's got to be done.

It's got to be achieved.

Now, Dean, according to your figures,

your next set of accounts is going
to show half a million. Yeah.

Before we came into this process,

I had it done and it showed
11 months was 461.

Right. And your guesstimate
of profit on that?

Is about 160. Right. OK.

What are you going to do from
the get-go?

Day one. I've given you the money.

You're going to get a smaller
warehouse of some kind?

So I'd get a base, even if it's
just an office, a small office.

So that's going to cost a bit of
money. Yeah?

Are you ever going to be in

where you are not
personally driving a van around?

Yeah. So this is
what the investment's for.

It's going to give me
the opportunity

to come back off the tools

and just run the operation
a lot more smoother.
