Welcome back in this tutorial we will create one object based on what we learn in previous

tutorial.

So, we will be creating this object.

So, let's click on start mechanical design, part design and ok.

And at first suppose in this object we will create this plate of 80 by 120 total 120.

So, click on sketch, select the horizontal plane.

So, I want this plate to be horizontal therefore, I will select this horizontal plane.

And click on this arrow below the rectangle and select center rectangle.

Give the center point, drag it and click.

Using constraint give the dimensions.

So, I want it to be 120.

Again constraint give this dimension double flip, give the I want it to be 80 press enter.

And click on exit workbench.

So, in this way.

So, actually the orientation is different.

So, we will just double flip it and interchange the dimensions.

So, I want it to be 80 and I want it to be 120.

Then click again on exit workbench.

So, both orientations will be the same.

Then I will have to create a pad of 15 depth.

So, click on pad.

Click this sketch and give the thickness of 15 and click on ok.

So, this plate is ready.

Then next I want to create this two circles of 60 and 80 diameter.

So, again click on sketch.

Select this surface, I want to create it on this surface.

And again circle, take the center point and click.

So, it is not at center.

So, we will just delete it circle.

Okay, is the center point and drag it.

Again one more circle, center point and drag it.

And take the constraint.

So, inside it is 60 diameter 30 radius.

It is 60 diameter.

Okay, constraint.

Then just zoom it.

This circle inside.

Okay, it is same actually.

This is skip constraint.

Again zoom it.

This one.

So, here I want it to be 80.

Then zoom fit.

So, in this way these two circles are created and they are fully constraint.

So, in this actually in the place of creating two circles because what happens here inside

depth is 15 and outside depth is 20.

So, I will just create outside circle.

So, I will remove this.

Select and delete it.

Exit workbench.

Then again create a pad and give the thickness of 20 outside thickness we want to give up

20.

Okay.

Then I will create this circle of 60 and I will cut it by 15 depth.

So, for that click on the pocket.

Select the, okay, before that create the sketch.

Sketch.

Select this surface.

Circle.

Center point.

Constraint diameter of 60.

Enter.

Exit workbench.

And pocket.

Now, I want this depth to be 15.

So, just give you here 15.

Okay.

So, in this way this cut is ready.

Next is this pocket of dior 30 at the center.

So, again sketch.

Select the surface.

Circle.

Center point.

Constraint diameter of 30.

Exit workbench.

Then again pocket to cut it.

Pocket.

Click on pocket.

Now, this depth will be actually.

Now, this is 20.

This is 15.

That means 5 mm x rise there and this is 15.

That means total is 20.

Or you can also use here.

Up to last.

So, automatically it will take the depth.

Then preview.

So, it has taken the depth automatically.

Then click on okay.

So, in this way this top part is ready.

Then next portion is this side side portion.

So, for that we have to create the this outside shape on this surface.

So, again sketch.

Click on this surface.

Zoom fit.

Just pan it.

Suppose we will create one rectangle.

Just click on this rectangle.

Press control and click on this line.

Click on constant depending on dialogue box and click on coincidence.

Same way take this line.

Control this line.

Constraint different in dialogue box.

Coincidence.

Again this line.

This line.

Click coincidence.

So, it is properly placed.

Then its height.

So, the height is 50.

So, constraint.

Give the height of.

Double flip.

And give the height of 50.

And then.

Then next is this circle.

Now this circle diameter is this 80.

It is the diameter of this circle.

So, we will create that circle.

So, click on circle.

Take the midpoint.

When inside circle is filled.

That means it has reached to midpoint of the line.

Click on this line and remove the unwanted portion.

Just click double click on quick-train and remove this.

Okay.

Yes.

Then give the diameter supposed to this circle.

So, diameter is or radius is 40.

So, in this way it is fully constant.

Green means it is fully constant.

Then click on this exit workbench.

In this only you can also create this internal circle also.

30 to diameter.

So, you will take circle.

Take this point.

And constraint.

And give the diameter of 32.

Then click on exit workbench.

Then to convert this into a 3D object.

Click on pad.

So, we want on the other side.

So, click on reverse direction.

Give the thickness.

So, here thickness is 20.

So, you will give it 20.

Enter.

So, this portion is ready.

Then next is we can mirror this shape on opposite side.

So, for that just click on this part body.

So, this is our pad that we want to pad 3.

That we want to mirror.

Then just we will take this toolbar, drag it and keep it here.

And from here, okay one more is here.

Other one.

Okay from here we can use this mirror.

Click on mirror.

So, here is askew mirroring element.

So, it will be mirror around this plane actually.

If you see the side view left here or right here.

Okay.

Front.

Front here.

So, this plane is between these two parts.

So, this plane will be the plane around which it will be mirror.

So, we will take this plane.

So, it has been mirror and then click on okay.

Then just click on this as a metric view.

So, in this way your this view is ready.

You can zoom fit it.
