artisans can work with peace of mind,

merchants can trade with peace of mind,

and scholars can study with peace of mind.

A world where diligence can lead to wealth and honor,

and goodness can prevail under heaven.

A world where every person under heaven
can live like a human being, in an age of peace.

of the previous dynasty wanted.
