And two, it's become this, like,

amazing lifeline for documenting
actually what's happening in life.

some form or fashion of data collection,

be it journal or scrapbook
or, or spreadsheet.

I trained myself to think of journaling

a compilation of all

I'm writing a story,
so I'm, I'm writing it

as a, a sort of daily entry
into the story of my life.

But then you can zoom out and look at, you
know, like I can go back now and see how

that happened, or, or how,
how insignificant a lot of stuff is,

but, like, it's clearly
part of my routine, right?

of an interesting way to just time stamp.

this was what happened in this year.
