I mean, I guess I have to say trust.

As you know, hunting fugitives
is beyond dangerous.

But the members of my team
have become more like family

than co-workers at this point.

I mean, the trust we've built
over the last few years

not only makes us
more effective as a team,

but it keeps us safe and sane
when we're out on the road.
