They crossbred a rare variety of
Red Cycle with an Asian Surrey.

So they have the look
and coloring of an apple,

but the Surrey flavor
has hints of apricot.

So that's why it was so sweet.

They also have a longer storage
life and less susceptibility to bruising.

That's brilliant.

So does this fruit
have a name yet?

Not yet.

The scientific name
is Pyrus Phoenicius.

I'm being a little cautious
