the words they choose.

that mean exactly?

we decide what we wanna say,

the words we wanna use.

But very rarely do we
pre-select the grammar

in those sentences.

And it's those choices
that reveal our unconscious.

- Unless they don't talk.

- In a sense, yes,

but even Amanda not answering

is in itself an answer.

a shrink get a subject to talk

when they don't want to?

notes, in order for Amanda's

therapy to be successful,
Amanda would have to form

a similar emotional attachment
to her.

- Okay, that's a little naive.

I mean,
given Amanda's psychopathy,

an emotional connection

her defenses up.
