The interesting thing is that once
the mortgage has been acquired,

the business in question suffers
an unexpected misfortune and folds.

- And Blake picks up the property for a song.

And something tells me Blake just
picked up Sammy's second mortgage, right?

that maybe I can stop him...

before he does something nasty
to Sammy or his stunt show.
