Are you a different person than you were
when we first met you on the show?

Oh, definitely.

I grew up in Jersey my whole life.

husband, he's more of an ass guy, and he

I've definitely changed for the better.

I came on the show for fun, and it went

I mean, I was so naive.

Do you think where you're at now is
because of the show?

Not because of the show. I'm saying
there's people that came on the show

tried to hurt Joe and I. I mean, some of
them were housewives and some of them

were strangers.

Like, even people that just came to
parties started a lot of trouble.

I saw the house you lived in, Teresa,
before you moved into the mansion.

I live in a $5 million home now.

I wanted to let go of this silly
vendetta.

Well, I'd like to end it. But you know
something? She owes me an apology.

I never did anything to her, and you

birthday party.

And I said, well, Nono was sick because
my father just got out of the hospital.

How do you not pull your hair out?

She's a handful.

Melania, when the cameras are rolling,
she likes to act out. I want her to run,

but she's big. She runs to the camera.

Giudice both admitted to a federal judge

they committed mortgage fraud and
bankruptcy fraud.

I had a normal life, and now I'm in the
nightmare.

What I think about is, you know, being
away from my girls from a long period of

time. I mean, that's crazy. Or leaving
you. I mean, who's going to take care of

everything around here? You know what I
mean?

We need you to be around.

Don't even talk to Teresa about
deportation and stuff like that, because

a big problem.

When you get to Port Ayula back in the
country, ever?

Yeah, in a container.

They're dealing with the most powerful
agency in the world. They can't do

anything.

She got sentenced to 15 months.

Oh, my God. Come on. That's what it says
here. She's supposed to serve her term

first. No.

And then Joe goes in afterwards.

Judge Salas has imposed a 41 -month
sentence of imprisonment for Giuseppe

Giudice and a 15 -month sentence of
imprisonment for Teresa Giudice.

So was it surprising that you wound up
getting time?

I didn't understand.

agreeing to when you pled guilty?

Have you spoken to your lawyers about
that?

It's done now.

you may be deported. Do you think that's

going to happen?

We'll deal with that issue when it
comes.

Teresa, I remember you told me when we
spoke after the sentencing, you had a

specific request for Joe, your brother,
a way that he could support you.

parents every week.

You're going to do that?

Gorga, I read in court that Teresa's

attorney said that your parents rely on
Teresa to take care of them. Do you also

help your parents out at all?

My sister's there more.

She spends a little bit more time than I
do. I go to doctors' appointments with

them. He's working a lot. He's working
every day, so.

I know that your castmates reached out
to you in various ways. I mean, Amber,

were you wary about reaching out after
how your last couple calls went with

Teresa? I definitely was. I mean,
obviously, I was so overdramatic because

the issues that I was going through, so
I just didn't want it to seem like I was

thinking about anything other than her.
So I just, you know, short and sweet,

wanted her to know that I was thinking
of her.

Teresa, you had your issues with Teresa
this season.

How do you feel about the sentence?

I'm going to be completely honest. You
know, it's a tragedy what you're going

through. Trust me when I tell you, my
heart does break for you, okay?

knows I've, you know, we're Italian.

We know people that have been in prison
and family members and this and that. I

wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy
what you're going through. And your

husband, he loves you. You love him. But
what I'm saying is...

I can't be a hypocrite. I cannot sit
here and act like, everything's fine,

everything's great, I'm going to let
Teresa go because of what you're going

through. That was my mother.

She brought, you know, Victoria on the
show. I didn't bring anything up. You

did. You did, you did, you did. Well,
that's your opinion.

A publicist is threatening my publicist,

there's lack of that.

Nicole, after sentencing, you talked
about what you would have done if you

in Teresa's position. How would you have
approached?

The situation.

In which aspect? Tell me. The financial
disclosures.

Well, I just know when I went through my
divorce and there was like a case

information statement and when an
attorney asks for information, you must

all that down. Otherwise, it's almost
like... Excuse me?

I'm just saying, you're an attorney. I
don't really think you comment too much

on that.

I'm not an attorney. That's what I'm
talking about.

This is our experience. And he did not
ask you the question. He asked me the

question. So therefore, I feel if a
judge or something does ask for

whether it's your financial statement or
this, you must give it. Otherwise, they

do get a little upset over that. The
financial omission seemed to be a huge

of why you got the sentence that you
got. You have to wish now that you

those disclosures differently.

I mean, believe me. I told my account,
whatever you need. I gave them

everything. You didn't know that they
weren't listing the cars and the... I've

never even went over to financial
statement with anybody.

Our account would call us on the phone
and ask us questions and fill it out.

Wow. Listen, a probation officer comes
to your house. If we were trying to hide

something, when the probation officer
came, we would have got stuff out of

there. Usually an attorney does go over
those statements with you. Like when I

did represent myself in my divorce, so I
was pro se. So yes, Teresa, I do know

my legal terms. I did do all the motions
and everything myself. If you have an

attorney, your attorney should have gone
over that with you and never made you

write to fill out those papers. Like
I've never been through this before, so

don't know.

I've always been a person to always
cross every C and dot every I. Yeah,

I didn't want to, especially now, mess
up.

Teresa, there was a lot of noise this
season wondering whether you should have

been on the show.

People said, you know, look, you're a
criminal.

Why should I feel bad about what you're
going through?

What would you say to those people? No
one has to feel bad for me.

I feel bad for myself, and I'm going to
deal with it.

Just got to look forward and just get it
over with.

You can't break down.

Teresa, in court, you started crying
when reading your statement to the

And after your statement, the judge said
that Joe was the captain and he will

have to live with the sentence I gave
him. The first mate deserves a little

of a break.

You, speaking to you, quite frankly,
display genuine remorse. At the end of

day, I think you finally got it. You
finally woke up. Do you agree with the

judge? Do you feel like you get it now
in her words?
