After hearing arguments at great length
from both the defense and the

government, Judge Salas has imposed a 41
-month sentence of imprisonment for

Giuseppe Giudice and a 15 -month
sentence of imprisonment for Teresa

Teresa was sentenced to 15 months in
jail. And on top of the sentencing, Joe

Teresa both have to pay over $400 ,000
in restitution. Teresa has until January

5th to surrender. The judge said that
she can spend the holidays with her

children, and Joe will start his
sentence once she is released.

How old is she? 15 months.
