Original subtitles

What a final. I can't have been the only one who screamed out loud.

It's been an explosion of emotions.

Sadness, joy, and disappointment.

Our finalists are on their way here now. What's going on in their heads?

There are a lot of thoughts going on there.

Those that feel Faithful might be the most treacherous in this game.

Does Maria Montazami regret her hard play?

When you see that a person is a bit more sensitive, back off.

We're celebrating with the winners.

Who would have thought that Dumb and Dumber would win?

And we meet those who fell just short.

-Are you crying? -Yes.

Welcome to 'The Crypt.'

We're going to start with one of the series' most influential players-

-who fell just before the big final battle.

Maria is someone who has really invested herself in this game.

She is emotionally invested in those she suspects.

And she has always had a suspicious look towards me.

"You've been murdered by the Traitors."

Well, now it's my turn to go.

Hi, Maria! Please have a seat.

-How are you? -I'm good.

You are the last player to be murdered.

I was actually very happy, because I said from the beginning-

-that I'm here to see-

-if I'm street smart enough to read a Traitor.

Then I want to go home so that a young, happy Faithful can win the money.

Let's go back a bit.

You've pointed out quite a few as Traitors. Quite a lot.

I know with 100% certainty that it's Amie.

-I'm a Traitor. -Yes!

I got cocky when I was so incredibly sure about Amie.

"I'm playing my game. Tomorrow you're out."

-Mikaela. She's out tomorrow. -No.

I know it's you. Who says that?

Mikaela got really scared. I feel really bad...

You're a Traitor.

Everyone just voted for Mikaela, and thought I was some kind of 'know-it-all.'

Mikaela, 14 votes.

I feel really guilty for doing this...

When you see that a person is a bit more sensitive.

Back off. Take it easy. That might have been a bit harsh.

She's probably really sad. Sorry.

Let's get into the fact that you're psychic. How does that work?

I'm an expert at seeing people's insecurities-

-because I've been very insecure myself.

And then you're unfortunately under my finger like a fly...

-...and I won't let you go. -What have you learned from the game?

Yes, first and foremost that I love Swedes.

They're so cautious and nice. Wow. I mean...

Here I come like a steamroller. Big and crashing into the wall.

Like this... But I've learned that it's fun to play a game.

It's fun to be together with these people.

We've really had a great time.

It's fun to have me here.

This has been the last round table now.

Several players have been banished.

-We're going to bring them in one by one. -Yes.

The first banished, welcome in.

-Thank you, Katia! -No, Momo.

Oh, damn. What happened?

I don't know. I got far. I'm satisfied.

I wanted to win the money, but I'm proud of my performance.

-Did Anders mess it up for you? -Anders messed it up for me.

I suspect you. You haven't gotten a single vote.

Some can take risks. I chose to befriend people.

Good morning, everyone! How's it going?

But I chose to trust Maria's pact.

-Who are you voting for? -Yänjaa.

Being nice got me far, but it stopped me from winning.

It felt sour, but the experience is worth more than the money, really.

-Glad you were here. Thank you. -Thank you too.

I shed a tear after the last round table.

I haven't cried in almost 20 years.

But it wasn't a sad tear, but a 'proud of myself' tear.

-How nice. -Yeah, it felt good.

Now let's find out who the next banished is. Are you ready?

Next banished, welcome in.

-No, Henrik. -Is that so?

Hi, Henrik. Have a seat.

-How are you? -I'm good.

You were very moved at the round table.

Yeah, I was. I had decided that I was a bit done with it.

But when everyone who voted for me became so emotional...

I'm doing this for the girls.

I couldn't help it.

Because it was very nice. It was an honor.

There are many unexpected friendships in this game.

Absolutely. I'm thinking a bit about how many of these people-

-would I have met if it weren't for this game?

Yeah, maybe Anders Öfvergård, but not Momo or Maria.

Or Kaeli or any of the others.

-What have you learned from the game? -That I hate round tables.

I never want to sit at a round table again!

We're going to keep talking about this, and more.

But I want us to bring in the last banished before the end game.

-As long as it's not Victor. -Let's check.

Welcome in, the last banished.

Not Victor. No! I wanted you to win.

-Good evening. -How are you?

-It's good. -Do you know what we should start with?

Of course, there are still Traitors left in the game.

It could be that one of them is sitting here.

-Maria is Faithful. She was murdered. -Is it you, Victor? Huh?!

Should we start with you, Momo? Are you a Traitor or a Faithful?

Maria, Henrik, and Victor.

-I'm a Faithful player. -What the hell!

Anders has a bit he needs to explain.

-Henrik? -No, Victor.

I'm a Faithful. But that might not have been a secret.

And Victor, are you a Faithful one or are you a Traitor?

When people ask questions and I don't want to tell the truth, I say:

"For investigative reasons, I don't want to name it yet."

-Don't say you're a Traitor. -You've been clever.

-Are you crying? -Yes.

And sometimes less clever.

-Damn, you're mean, Victor. -Are you Faithful or a Traitor?

I'm actually a Faithful.

Oh! What luck.

Oh no! You broke her heart.

Here I have pictures of those who are left.

We have Yänjaa, Kaeli, Samir, and Sara.

I can reveal that there is one Traitor left.

My strongest feeling is Sara.

My strongest feeling is Skyttedal too.

No, Yänjaa. Something happened there at the end with her.

At the same time, Sara suddenly became quite aggressive this morning.

She launched a whole new theory that got me eliminated today.

So I'm saying Sara.

I can reveal one more thing to you. One of you is right.

-Here, you have two Faithfuls. -Oh, how nice.

-I've been right all along. -You have been.

Damn, I'm good. Excuse me.

-You're really good. -I don't want to swear.

-Do you want to know who the Traitor is? -Very much, thank you.

The only Traitor left who has played you all...

-Of course, of course. -Sara Skyttedal?

Yes, I knew it.

-She took the whole thing? -We don't have a winner yet.

We'll see. It's been such a fun game to follow.

-Thank you so much for coming here. -Thank you.

And don't get too psycho. It takes time to be normal.

I want to assassinate Sara now. Or really kill her.

-Yeah, I'm in. -Thank you very much.

-After the break: We meet the winners. -Dumb and Dumber have won.

-And hear how Sara takes the loss. -What jerks you are.

A woman's game almost made it all the way.

-Are you Faithful? -Yes, 100% Faithful.

After managing to outmaneuver most of the Faithfuls,

-she stood as the only Traitor left in the end game.

Sorry.

The last person to be betrayed by Sara was the memory champion Yänjaa.

Yänjaa, it has been an honor to have you with us.

And she is now on her way here to tell us how she took the loss.

If we all kept our promises and voted green—

-the game would have ended, and we would share the prize pot.

If we had shared the prize pot, it would have been 83,000 SEK per person.

I still believe that all four of us are Faithful.

So I don't understand Kaeli.

Welcome in, Yänjaa.

-Hi. Have a seat. -Thanks.

-Hi. -Hi.

-How are you? -Not good.

What's going on in your head?

I'm thinking that those who seem Faithful might be the most treacherous.

Because all the Traitors have been much nicer to me than what happened now.

You were so close to a win.

And you fell just at the finish line. You're disappointed and exhausted.

But what do you think happened when you left?

I think either all three voted green.

Or that Samir and Kaeli voted out Sara.

-Do you feel very betrayed by them? -I feel incredibly betrayed.

Do you think there is any Traitor left?

I don't think so, but I don't know.

These three players were left: Sara, Samir, and Kaeli.

I'm going to reveal one more thing to you. One of them is a Traitor.

Oh really.

Who do you think it is?

I've always thought it was Samir, but right now I feel it's Kaeli.

The one who is the Traitor...

-...is Sara. -Oh really.

Well played.

How does that feel?

I'm totally okay with Sara being the Traitor.

Because if she has played the way she has, I understand it.

The winners of this season are Kaeli and Samir.

-Okay. Cool. -What do you take away from the game?

That I am much stronger than I think I am.

I understand that you are disappointed and sad.

But you will come to realize that you take something nice with you.

It's already a positive experience, even if it feels bitter now.

I have all the sympathy for that. Really.

-The viewers at home don't understand. -No, they don't. But we do.

-Thank you so much, Yänjaa. -Thank you.

In this game, you can never be sure of anything.

Even the two Faithful winners had a hard time understanding that they won.

How smart was I?

My brain has never worked this hard in its entire life.

Good job, darling. Good job!

Throughout my life, I have gone against myself and felt like this:

"I'm not that fucking smart."

But I had something in this game, and it was enough to go all the way.

We brought home the victory. Boom!

Welcome to the "Traitors" hall of fame of winners:

Samir Badran and Kaeli!

Boom, boom, boom!

-Oh my God. Come here. -Congratulations!

Thank you so much. I can't believe it.

No, it's totally insane.

Who would have thought that Dumb and Dumber would win?

As we said, two imports take home "Traitors."

You mean there are three imports who have won this?

You're a bit more developed than the two of us.

Kaeli and Samir, congratulations on the win.

Thank you so much.

What was your strategy in the game?

At first, it was to point out everyone.

No, no, no. Seriously. Go in. Point out as many as possible.

I want them to think that I'm not thinking at all.

Like zero. Because I don't want to be a threat.

It worked for quite a while. No one looked at me.

You know, I didn't get a single vote throughout the game. Like none.

When did you feel like: "Now it might work."

"Now we might make it all the way to the final."

When we got Anders out, I thought: "Okay, now my game is on."

You were the one who made us win.

I had kind of given up hope, but this morning I was just:

"I know I can trust this man 110%."

"I can't trust Sara or Yänjaa."

I saw you very strategically, but I thought:

She's voting for Yänjaa because she knows Samir will do it too.

And that Sara will turn against Yänjaa.

Then you two have a pact, and you went against Sara.

-Yeah, that was the pact. -When did this pact come about?

This pact came about when we were going to vote out three.

I didn't say anything to Samir.

She had a silent pact. But the thing is...

As soon as I said something to him: "No, Kaeli. Listen." I can't.

I'm just: "I'm playing very tactically."

"If Samir says anything, then everything will fall apart."

That was good. I can never be quiet.

Because I knew you were Faithful.

I have to make sure Momo, Victor, and Henrik go.

I had talked to Yänjaa and said: "It's us three girls and Samir."

"I trust Samir."

"Do you trust Sara? Do you trust Sara as much as I trust her?"

I tried to give Yänjaa a chance to change her mind.

Yänjaa, I can't leave this castle today-

-and have lost to Sara Skyttedal.

-No, you're laughing. -In what way, spiritually or what?

As much as I believe in you, I trust Sara right now.

I don't think it's Sara at all.

I tried to change Yänjaa’s mind, but she refused. So she had to be thrown out.

-I'm so impressed by your game. -Thanks.

What would you have done if you hadn't voted Sara out-

-and she says: "I'm a Traitor."

I would have ripped off my veil. I mean something.

I would have gone to the nearest bridge and jumped off it.

Just think about how Sara feels now. We did the same thing to her.

We took her out at the last minute... Do you understand? We took everything she's done here.

-What do you think she feels? -She's planning a murder on us now.

You know what? Should we find out?

-No! -Sara, go ahead. Come in.

No!

-Oh my God! -Sara! No, you're crazy.

-I can't even look her in the eyes. -Do you hate us?

-Can you give me a hug anyway? -I don't want to be your enemy.

-Congratulations. -Thanks.

I've fooled you longer than you've fooled me.

But seriously, you're disturbed, Sara!

-How can you act like this? -Hi. Here you go.

Yeah, it's actually sick. How could you?

-You had me. -What assholes you are.

You must feel that.

I don't feel like I'm an asshole. You are an asshole.

-I got my role. -Yeah, that's true.

You've been one for real. I've been one for show.

Have I been an asshole for real? When? I was in the last two episodes.

-You've been a real asshole. -But I have a question.

How could you even hold it together? I mean, I don't understand anything.

You're the most Faithful. I thought you were Faithful from day one.

You're the only one I haven't suspected.

Your damn speech: "I didn't want to be here. Everyone suspects me as a politician."

People have so many opinions about politicians. I've felt that here.

When I showed up and people saw me. Anders just said: "She's a Traitor."

-No one is a Traitor! -You can't say that.

"A politician that everyone talks badly about. I'm not that kind of person."

I bought it straight away. This is my sister.

-And your sad face at every... -I was ready to defend you.

I thought like this: "No one is ever allowed to talk shit about Sara."

-But now? -Now everyone can. I'm starting the talk.

We have to give it to you - you've played an extremely strategic game.

What was your feeling when you saw how the game started to develop?

When she throws in the first red. Did you feel there was a chance?

Yeah, a tiny little chance.

But, I actually started mentally packing my bags.

-And how come you... -"Backstabber. Right, me too."

But why did you vote for Yänjaa? If you had voted for me...

Because I thought: "What if they stay there."

You never know.

Sara, I like you. But this morning I said,

"Kaeli, you don't trust politicians. What the hell have you started now?"

It turned out to be quite smart.

-I just thought: "No, something is wrong here." -It's been so much fun to fool you all.

It's been really fun.

-But it's been fucking hard. -What was the hardest part?

It's having to always be on your guard.

I haven't lied about everything.

It's me. They're still real stories, you know.

But then you always have to keep some kind of guard-

-to not expose this role.

I saw how affected you were when you voted out Farao.

I haven't faked my tears.

You feel a guilt when you send people away.

I also know that I'm doing it consciously.

I know I'm sending home someone who's Faithful. It's not fun.

-Why didn't you take me and Samir out? -Yeah, that's actually really important.

I felt like I bonded with you guys. Of course, you want to keep them.

Then it was lucky that I thought you were the most Faithful.

I woke up every day thinking: "Why am I still here?"

It was because you liked me. I like you too.

-I actually like you too. -What about that money...?

You don't need it.

-You know what? We should toast. -Okay.

Cheers to the winner of season 3.

And to this year's most strategic player. Cheers.

Now, we close this chapter and get out of the bubble.

And we're going to keep talking.

Arrivederci!
